I ordered takeout from Panera Bread on a busy Saturday night. The service was good. There were a lot of people, so I waited a bit for my order, but nothing unreasonable. I got the Ciabatta Cheesesteak, and it definitely looked very different from the picture. There wasn't much meat, and it wasn't spread evenly--one side of the sandwich had very little meat. That was disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to it. I also tried the butternut squash soup, which I had high expectations for, but it lacked flavor. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup more--it was richer and more satisfying. Overall, it was an okay experience. The service was solid, but the food didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. Might come back for the soup, but I'd skip the cheesesteak next time. read more

Panera is so so yummy! Every time I go, I am always impressed and have a good experience. My last couple visits have had smaller portion sizes on the half sandwich. I don't know if this is something that they are doing to cut back on portion sizes or what, but that is a disappointment. The food is always fresh and tastes good. read more

Loving this new location close to home! It's super quaint, welcoming, and inviting. The decor and ambiance is on point. They have employees checking in on tables and on your food, and even helping to clear your dishes. I've always loved Panera Bread - their soups, salads, and pastries are on point every time I come in. More recently discovered their chocolate croissants O.M.G. - my newest favorite (ahem...addiction) and can eat more than 1, in one sitting . Their balsamic chicken greens salad with grains is refreshing, and tasty - would get again. The ciabatta cheese steak sandwich was very well received by the fam. And you don't skip on the Mexican street corn chowder - hearty, filling, and tasty. read more

I've never been to a place where the cutlery was so gross that I felt the need to grab plastic utensils, but that's exactly what happened here. The silverware was covered in a cloudy film, which was really off-putting. This gets 3 stars because this place is clean and seems to be ran well, and I feel bad for the managers that had to meet with this corporate lady who is extremely demeaning, power hungry, and makes their quarterly reviews all about how powerful she is and how bad everyone else is at everything. I'm so disappointed. First off all the place is tiny. Then when I got my food I almost laughed at loud. It literally looked like I ordered a kids menu meal for a five year old. Yet, I ordered a normal adult sized meal. The picture I have I took after having only one bite. I then realized I should take a picture for my review. I ordered the same meal many times before but it had been awhile due to moving and not having one nearby. This location was finally built closer to me and I was excited to have it again. I'm so tired of portions being ridiculous small yet ridiculously expensive. And they gaslight you when you question the size and if they gave you the right thing claiming it's always been this size etc. I'm just so disappointed in this place. Today (8/21/24) we attended the Grand Opening for this location. Usually there is a big fuss and swag and everything happening! This location had nothing! Hahaha we went at around 920, they opened at 7 so they had been opened for a bit even though it looked like they just opened the whole store then. It was a bit disorganized. Outside of my little group (3) there was one other person there doing dine in. We ordered on 2 separate checks, I got a bagel sliced not toasted or anything not only did it take about 5 min longer then my sister's toasted Asiago with spread. I had to go up and tell them that they missed my order, which was kind of sad being that we were basically the only ones there that weren't workers. 2nd round of food we ordered a bit more, again my sisters came out first (more food then me) and mine 2nd even though like before I was ahead of her and had less food that needed to be cooked. There were 5 managers with manager tags on that we could see and about 7 team members. So with all those hands and we still were getting food late and not ordered right?? Seems strange to me. We loved Panera in CO but seems to be falling flat her in Utah a little. I just thought it was also strange that for a grand opening they weren't doing anything? No games or music at the minimum! Don't get the chicken and wild rice soup unless you like you soup to have the texture of oatmeal. The soup does not resemble their picture at all. I tried to eat it because I am sick, but I guess not that sick. Their chicken noodle soup was great!! I will still be a costumer. read more

Ordered the new Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast and was definitely not impressed. The sandwich is small so for the price $9.79 for what is basically a grilled-cheese sandwich the value is poor. The sandwich has a fairly meager amount of meat and cheese. The flavor was good, but the value proposition left much to be desired. I suggest you pass on this sandwich. read more

Terrible. Their sandwiches I have tried the quiche in the last five years. They must've changed the quality of their food because it is all subpar. It used to be 10 times as good as it is now definitely pass this up. It is not worth the money taste like fake eggs And the crust on the quiche was so soggy and not flaky and crispy like it once was today sealed the deal. It was my last time. We were tempted by the croissant sandwiches that look so delicious on TV. When we arrived at the Pleasant Grove restaurant, we were greeted with an ordering kiosk, which usually wouldn't be bad. This particular location has no patience whatsoever. If one doesn't make a decision within 0.001 seconds, the screen kicks to another screen that asks if one is still there wanting to order. I like to have slightly more time to read the menu. This system is a little high strung about timing. WE NEED MORE TIME to decide and add tasty additions to our sandwiches. After being kicked off the Kiosk five times we were finally able to get our order in. They only carry Pepsi products which causes the loss of two stars in my review right of the bat. Their juice and lemonade that are available leave much to be desired. There is no root beer available at all. Pepsi products taste like crap. Who needs that poison anyway? The ambiance is pretty good overall. The sandwiches were flavorful and amazing. They tasted as good as they look on TV. Each sandwich order includes some really good kettle cooked potato chips. (I don't know how to describe them but they were awesome.) my only suggestions would be to get rid of the impatient order kiosk, put the Pepsi down the drain and offer real soft drinks like Coke products. Big shoutout to Jaiden B. at Panera Bread for giving me the most chef's kiss experience ever. I walked in, and Jaiden greeted me like I was royalty--if royalty ate bread bowls and wasn't picky about their salads. I made some insane, overly complicated changes to my order (you know the type), and Jaiden didn't flinch, didn't roll their eyes, just navigated it like a pro. Honestly, I'm convinced they could handle world peace negotiations. 10/10 would trust them to make the most stressful decision of my life (like choosing between the macaroni and the soup). Jaiden's vibe? Like a mix of customer service guru and your best friend who's always got your back. If Panera had a "Employee of the Year" award, Jaiden would win it every year. I am a regular customer of Panera and love their food. It supports my lifestyle and fitness goals for a fair price. HOWEVER the service at this specific location is terrible. The drive thru worker on Sundays is rude, demeaning, and straight up disrespectful. I truly hope management can get rid of this girl so I can become a regular again! read more
