This is the Noodles & co. that made me fall in love with Noodles & co. I grew up on buttered noodles so it had a high chance of success but they somehow made the simple dish so much better with some seasoning and butter amounts. The service has always been kind. It is faster food. I do miss the real plates and real serving ware. Now you get a to-go experience even when you're eating in. It is a great space for children. You are only missing a toy with the meal and the play place. I prefer it without thank you. They have great kid-friendly options on a plate that separates their food nicely. I use to loveeee the pad Thai at Noodles. Always came here just for that, but now they changed their recipe on me and it's disgusting. My next choices on the menu are either Cesar salad or chicken noodle soup....Yeah not that exciting. Mac n cheese and their Japanese pan noodles are basically the only other good things on the menu but sometimes it just doesn't do it for me. The place itself is cute and the service is just fine. Went there two days in a row for takeout. Got wrong order both times. First time a total different entry. Second time they forgot the chicken, so just the base. I did have the right entry on the ticket, but the persons cooking and finishing the order managed to mess it up two days in a row (different people even). Stopped in here for a quick meal and it sure has been a while since I've stopped into a Noodles & Company. Upon entering staff was super friendly and greeted us very kindly! Offered help if it was needed on selecting any dishes. Their menu has a lot more than what I remembered and for sure lots of options as well! There's also soups, salad, sandwiches and even appetizers on the menu to pretty much give yourself a full meal experience. I went ahead and order the steak stroganoff regular bowl nothing fancy nor crazy. It's been my common go to dish and I wouldn't be disappointed. If you haven't been to a Noodles & Company upon ordering you'll grab an open table and they will bring your meal out to you since you'll be provided a number upon purchasing. As the food arrived and already excited to eat there was no mistake or mess up on the dish at all and the steak stroganoff had everything I wanted in it. The steak, the mushrooms and of course the stroganoff like gravy to complete the noodles and the all the ingredients together! Loved every bit of it and I could have not been more happier! But when one worker asked another worker if she made the chicken Alfredo and she said yes, she asked if she put vegetables in it and she replied "no because I don't give a fuck." Then they informed her that somebody was at the counter and asked how she could help me and I explained I was waiting for my chicken Alfredo. I love Noodles & Company. A lot; I always have. And I always will. This is my most frequent stop for lunch during the work week and although I try to mix it up by trying different things I always land on the same couple choices. My current obsession is the Med Chicken Sandwich with side salad duo. Although you may be thinking, "Why would I get a sandwich at Noodles and Company?" you should rethink your choices. Their new flatbread sandwiches are bomb. Double bomb actually. My noodle dishes of choice are the Pasta Fresca with feta cheese, the new Truffle Mac & Cheese (truffle oil = divine), or the pad thai. The restaurant is a little on the small side but I usually get my order to go (very quickly I might add) so it isn't a problem for me. Also, the workers are very friendly and never screw up an order. Another thing to keep in mind is if you need lunch or dinner for a group of people the big box deals are the BEST. You can order almost anything from the entire menu and it's enough to feed several people. And it's not even that expensive. Overall, a very solid choice for lunch or dinner any day. read more

This is the closest Noodles and go to my house and I'll never be back again! Grrr!! Everyone was either just standing around looking super confused or leaning on the counter. It took over 20 minutes for a order of buttered noodles, that's all no protein added or anything. All the order tickets were scattered all over and they couldn't find mine, so they just called out " Eh whoever ordered the stroganoff or buttered noodles." Seriously? Not good at all. Sorry, noodles were old tasting and the steak was dry and flavorless. Then there was the dumplings! So it's my first time to noodles and as I'm waiting for my food there is a gentleman preparing people's food and not wearing gloves and he keeps repeatedly wiping his hands on his shirt. Then delivers an order to a table and grabs the "caution wet floor sign" puts it back and continues to prepare others food. That is down right disgusting. I've been coming to this location since high school. There usually isn't a long wait time. My order is always correct. Sometimes tables could be cleaned faster but that depends on how busy the place is too, I suppose. All in all, good experiences, and will keep coming back here. read more

The female manager here is fantastic. I had an order take while once, but while I was waiting they offered me a free drink, and threw in a Rice Krispie treat when I left. The manager apologized more than once even though I didn't say anything. After I left I called to say give props to the woman who helped me to the manager, and when she told me she was actually the manager I decided to write to the company to tell them how great she was. There was only one tiny piece of broccoli, no cabbage at all, couple carrots. Noodles were dry and stuck together. No sauce. Daughter had the whole grain Tuscan Fresca. NO flavor at all. Cheese bread was dried and tasteless. We both threw the food out after a few bites We arrived around 6 pm on a Wednesday. Place was busy. Thought food would be fresh. Working just around the corner I've experience the same issue twice within 30 days. I order two meals with sides for each. I get both sides and one meal is missing. I spoke to a "Manager" weeks ago who said I was getting the $11 back for the missing meal. It never happened so I figured oh well everyone makes mistakes. Well today again the same thing happens... This time I call and speak to a lady who offered to remake it but I don't have another break to get over there to get it so I just ask for the refund. She says please wait to speak to a Manager. Literally the phone goes dead as I'm hung up on. I call back and speak to a Manager who doesn't normally work at that location. I explained to him the fact that a refund was promised to me prior and nothing happened so I asked if there was a transaction number, conformation number, incident number, ticket number or WHATEVER I can use to refer back to this promised refund... Get this $H!T... He says, "No, you just have to take our word for it." Working in call centers I deal with people so I didn't lose my mind over the phone so I decide to open up Yelp, which I haven't been on in many months to put up this RANT! Rant over. The staff lacks leadership. I've gone here three times in the last 2 months and each time it seems like none of the employees want to be there. The service is slow, people move with zero sense of urgency, lots of standing around. I have been dining at this location for a long time I love the food here and the service is usally good. I dined here today and wanted to recycle a gatorade bottle and was told they don't have recycling that they just throw things in the garbage. Either the workers there are lazy and think I am stupid or Noodles who claims to be Eco friendly is not living up to their name. Can this be that a company who serves bottles of wine and beer is not recycling?
