Food is so good! Mediterranean food is light and can be a healthier option for fast food. We always get the build your own (BYO) bowls. I get hummus, rice, falafel (as a vegetarian option), with all the fixings. My favorite sauce is the garlic sauce. I always order extra garlic sauce because it's that good! A pita is included with each entree which is nice! My BF and I always order another 4 pack of the falafels and dip them in garlic sauce! The service is great! It's very casual. First time at Naf Naf Grill x Eagan location and I'm in love! Family friendly ambiance!! I built my own bowl and everything from the proteins to the toppings was fresh, flavorful, and filling. It honestly reminded me of Cava, but with its own delicious spin on Middle Eastern eats. The staff was super friendly, and I even got to chat with the district manager who mentioned they're celebrating a new opening in California... congrats to the team! Only wish? I'd love to see some kind of spicy or whipped feta option (Cava fans will know what I mean). But even without it, the food was well worth it. I'll absolutely be back again! read more

I tried Naf Naf for the very first time today, and I can't wait to eat it again! It is a fantastic option for lunch if you are in the mood for something different than your normal rotation, and super flavorful! I opted for the plate: rice, crispy chicken, chicken shawarma, all veggies. I also ordered the tziki and garlic sauce on the side along with some fries. The flavors were BURSTING and I'm obsessed with how fresh everything tasted. Unfortunately I asked for hummus and pita as well, and that wasn't included in our order. read more

Food tastes really good...one MAJOR flaw...portions. I ordered a chicken platter and I barely got any chicken - it was all toppings. There may have been 1/3 of a small chicken breast in there that was digging around to find. A medium hummus came in a small ramekin like a side of ranch. For what I paid, I'll never go back. I love Naf Naf falafels. Crispy on the outside and warm and good inside. The consistency of these were good and the same as other locations I enjoyed. But I gave them 4 stars bc the salad was not fresh and didn't give much. Yes this was a kids meal for an adult and it was very nice they allow this when ur not too hungry. But salad is what makes a meal amazing and healthy. The rice was good and the added pita fills you up w any sauce you want w no extra charge. Today it's 35 degrees and it was really cold in here and the air blowing was also cold. So it was kind of not a cozy dining experience bc my hands and food got cold real fast. I'm in love. I ordered Naf Naf for lunch one day (the chicken Shawarma salad) and I cannot wait to order it again. The salad comes with a piece of pita bread that not only complimented the dish perfectly but tasted awesome. My salad also came with onions and it was perfect. The seasoning on the chicken was superb. I also got a piece of sea salt caramel baklava and WOW. It was really good. It was a little too sweet for me so I plan on trying the original baklava to see if that's a little better but wow it was still really good and I'd still get it again. read more

Visited Naf Naf Grill on a Thursday afternoon for lunch with 5 other people. At Naf Naf you go up to the counter to order tour food and then take your food to a seat to eat. I chose to get a bowl with cous cous and lettuce. My protein was falafel and chicken and then I added an assortment of toppings. I thought the price was very reasonable. I thought the food was good but could use a bit more flavor and my dish came with pita bread which was appreciated. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean! read more

I was staying nearby and there weren't a lot of vegan-friendly options in the area, so I was here almost every other day while in town. I alternated between the falafel pita and the bowl. I piled on hummus, baba ganoush, purple cabbage, onions, harissa, and tahini sauces. When getting the bowl I'd add rice. Everything was so good. Their pita bread is so soft. I think, however, that something in either the purple cabbage or the onions didn't agree with my tummy. That's all I'm going to say about that. I also love their fries. Every time I went, they would make the fries fresh, so I loved that even more. On one cold night I decided to try their lentil soup. It was delicious! Naf Naf na boo boo Eagan! This is the third Naf Naf I have visited--the other two being in Washington, DC and Minneapolis. The flavors are consistent which is what you want in a restaurant. I love their Babaganoush (eggplant spread) as a base to my bowl--it's consistency is right: neither too thick nor too runny. The chicken (rotissary) shawarma is moist and flavorful, too. One can eat reasonably healthy and flavorfully here for the price of not much more than fast food ($10). This particular location was a messy and understaffed (basically run by teenagers). I don't blame Naf Naf for thr labor shortage in the industry but it could use some adult supervision. read more

First time here. I have health issues and need to eat low carb. I asked upon entering as menu appeared overwhelming. I must have had the first time here look. I chose Baba Ganoche and lettuce bowl with cabbage, chicken schwarma, pickles, tabouli salad, and garlic mayo and some type of tahini or hummus. I enjoyed it, but tahini too overpowering. Next time I will leave out. I'm going to give my son the pita. The cost was around $10 and I'm full but not stuffed. I like that there is adequate parking in back. I was in the area for work. Naf is Naf is one of our favorite fast casual stops. In fact it could be our favorite. Our first several visits were to the Naf Naf in Woodbury. We were then excited to hear that a Naf Naf would be opening up in Eagan. After a couple of meh experiences at the Woodbury location, even though we are usually loyal to a location, it was time to check out Eagan. We have been here a couple of times now and have nothing but positive things to say. The Naf Naf fries are just as addictive. Lately I have been a fan of their hummus bowls. I usually order a bowl with the works which is vegetables, cabbage, onions, pickles and then both that killer green S'khug sauce and their garlic sauce. The bowls come with those amazing pillow like pitas. One a recent visit we tried their special which was a chicken ka-bob. The chicken was tender and juicy and flavorful. We really enjoy this type of food and will certainly continue to visit Naf Naf. Be sure to download their app for some nice perks. read more

If you have celiac, it's best to order at the store when you're standing in front of the counter so you can tell the employees to change their gloves. I love the food at Naf Naf. I've been to this location several times and have been happy. On my recent visit I was treated rudely, and for no good reason. The gentleman serving me couldn't seem to understand my order - whether that was because of a language barrier or the mask or what I don't know. He kept misunderstanding me, and when I would clarify, he'd roll his eyes at me as if I was inconveniencing him somehow. I was ordering three items, and while trying to get the first guy clear as to what the base was, the next man started barking at me to tell him what toppings I wanted. Told us to take some chairs so we could sit. They then continued to sweep and mop around us. Working in the food industry I understand getting a head start on clean up. But it was 8:30 when we went looking for a table, and they close at 10pm! Felt very uncomfortable sitting there eating while they sweep and mop right to you table. Food was good, pita and falafel were great, the meat however was dry. Somehow the amount they give out here seems less than the other locations. read more

Great place to stop when you are craving something lighter and more fulfilling than greasy fast food. I especially adore the falafels. They are great! I usually go with a bowl (you get a side of warm pita) and load it up with rice, purple cabbage, pickles, garlic sauce with a touch of tahini. Yum! The bowl is so vibrant and colorful, it definately excites my senses which I'm sure makes it taste that much better. I have never had an issue with staff so we are good to go there. read more

I have to rewrite an update to the review. Normally I don't however the manager invited me to come back out and try them out and I did. I did let him know why my review was not great and I was a bit concerned coming back in. However.... when I came in, the cashier in the back came rushing out, smiling and friendly and polite. She was someone that wasn't that pleasant the first time I went which made me surprised by her change of heart now. The French fries were made fresh. The food was good. The service was very pleasant. I'm the last person to write a bad review but after that encounter i feel like it's necessary. This place has probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a quick causal restaurant such as this one. All they have to do is greet the customers, ask them what they want and dish up to food. But this particular crew is was not capable. It took them at least 10 minutes to help us and we were the only people in line!! We asked if we could stay and we eat inside the restaurant and they said yes. They then proceeded to tell us 5 minutes later they were closing in 20 minutes and then felt the need to say It over and over again. They even started mopping around our table as we were trying to eat our dinner (which did not taste good). Overall awful experience. read more

After posting my first review of this place about the terrible service with the evening staff, the management reached out to me and offered to give me a free meal at this location. I've been back a few times in the evening and the staff problem has been taken care of form what I experienced. I give them props to listening to their customers. What looked like a great concept was not executed correctly so my review is disappointing.. I am used to the chipotle style of quick casual.. wait on a lite and the your bowl or meal made to order in front of you.. great idea for Mediterranean food which I love.. the look and feel of the place in fresh bright and inviting.. smells good too when I walked in.. What experienced was near empty food containers on the line to pick my ingredientes and luke warm at best proteins.. I had a chicken shawarma salad that started with a big bowl but didn't get filled with much salad.. then the chicken went on but not with the fresh hot chicken but with the chicken that was sitting out getting dried out and the just mixed in front of me to make it look moist.. I saw 2 vertical broilers but the meat was being cooked in a flat top.. the Israeli salad was runny and tasteless and most of the add in containers were almost empty. We ordered a large hummus but it came in a thimble sized container.. not much value for 6.00.. It seemed as if the crew was very disorganized, not sure of what the menu was and how to execute it. Overall it's a great idea but this location needs to be retrained and supervised a lot more closely.. read more
