She helped me narrow down to few best options. I ordered the New, "Bulgogi Steak Mac & Cheese" and "Pad Thai." Let's start with Steak Mac & Cheese. It's so unconventional yet so watery and delicious. The perfect combination between the seared large steak pieces, very creamy and cheesy noodles, make this for a great meal. Pad Thai was also surprisingly delicious. I've visited the home country who pride themselves in amazing customer service and perfecting the Pad Thai dish. It's very difficult, in my opinion to duplicate those great ingredients and texture that Pad Thai is so famously known for. After visiting Thailand several times, for two weeks at a time, I ate mostly Pad Thai, from different vendors. I'd say, my taste buds have a some experience in delicious Pad Thai. Having said that this place nailed it. After I placed my To-Go order, I asked them if I could take pictures of the two dishes before I get them To-Go. They did a great job bringing it in a tray. Each dish presentation was top notch. I felt like I was at luxury restaurant. If you're looking for something different and authentic, you can't go wrong with this spot. The manager stole food from 2 customers and money from another one and got into fights with two different customers within 30 minutes and threw their food away and refused to refund the orders. The manager is abusive to his staff and his customers. They leave all the tables sticky and it takes over 45 minutes to get something as simple as a bowl of plain Mac and cheese. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I walked in and stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged by a single employee. The staff had their backs turned, were joking around with each other, tossing food items across the prep area, and acting more focused on entertaining themselves than helping customers. Watching employees laugh while handling food so carelessly was honestly concerning and came across as extremely unprofessional. When someone finally addressed me, it was with a rude tone that made it feel like I was inconveniencing them simply by being there. On top of that, multiple employees were on their phones while customers were waiting for orders. It became very obvious why my food was taking so long. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service, professionalism, and respect should still be expected. This location seriously needs better management and employee accountability. The cashier and the food runner are always the same person and she is typically friendly and helpful. If they are running a Mac&Cheese special you can't go wrong. Be prepared to wipe off your own table and prepare to be disappointed in the cleanliness of the drink area. The soda machine makes a mess every time it gets used. It is in need of maintenance. First time eating inside and at the Illinois location. I ordered the linguini Rosa. It was a little on the spice side. I've ordered online prior with their stl location. They have plenty of seating. We were greeted upon arrival. They also have outdoor seating. Their menu is on the board at the front. They have plenty of soft serve drink options besides soda. You can add protein to your bowl for extra and make it a meal too. I don't pay attention that mine had mushrooms. So I'll make sure to watch out for that next time. My friend and I overhead the staff getting a little loud but it was hard to say if they were just talking to each other playfully or arguing a little. I'd definitely go back again. I'd make sure to check the ingredients. We were just stoping in on the fly before an event. They are connected to other business that share a parking lot. read more

Before even entering the establishment I placed an online pick up order. It was done and ready on the pick up shelf for me when I walked in. I ordered the 3-cheese toretellini Rosa, substituted the mushrooms for more spinach, and added steak and flatbread and a chocolate chip cookie! Everything was fantastic!! The food was filling and just the perfect portion size to make you feel full. I will admit, adding on the flatbread induced a food coma. The chocolate chip cookie is a must!! I have never had a chocolate chip cookie taste that good before, and it's a great size! The next night I ordered for pick up again because first time online orders get a free entree afterwards! I ordered Cajun shrimp . Which I've learned from the restaurant was supposed to include peppers and six pieces of shrimp. I decided to do the up charge artichoke hearts. When I receive my order, I had three shrimp in total. And 1/8 of an artichoke heart. I wanna clarify this order was through DoorDash. I'm not sure if the store doesn't provide the same service via delivery but that's actually rather delivery. People are paying a up charge for the product and getting subpar ingredients/orders fulfilled. Bottom line for me and it's gonna take a lot to get me to try this company again. The woman at the counter probably pays more attention to her nails and makeup than any of her customers. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledges me(store is empty.) I end up over paying($13), no receiving a side, dessert, drink or any type of recommendation to order in a manner that I would receive all of those things at the same price. We enter and they have two employees talking literally inches apart and then after a minute I ask if I can order and it took her everything she had to say yeah.
