Whoever the cooks that were there this evening around 830p 01/12/26 did a really great job with appearance, taste, texture, and consistency of the two bowls I got. I got the pad Thai with tofu and Japanese noodle with tofu. The tofu was at a very nice consistency in texture and it was very flavorful. The workers that were there tonight. The Bulgolgi steak Mac & cheese was surprisingly delightful! I substituted the elbow noodles for cavatappi. We also tried the garlic bacon Mac. Not so great - sauce was a weird consistency and I couldnt taste the garlic. It met the need for noodles but it won't be a place we regularly order from. Ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken through InstaCart which actually did a quick job of delivering. Now for the review. The chicken was over cooked, dry, chewy, and were little salt bombs. The rigatoni noodles were half cooked, dry, and flavorless along with the skimpy amount of marinara sauce. The Mozzarella was pactically non-existent, and the "fresh" parsley was more like cooked spinach in texture. Told the wife " Hey let's go grab something quick but delicious". We went here . Put our order in. Us, along with 11 other people waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. Orders kept coming out but they were going to door dash drivers . Everyone was confused and hungry . I was patient and received my food. They got the entire order wrong. Went up to get a refund since I had not ordered this. The manager refunded me 26 dollars but had charged me 46 dollars. Ended up leaving hungrier than when I arrived and out 20 dollars. This is high for this specific review, because I enjoy Noodles & Co normally. They have good noodles, service, and I like being able to customize my orders online. That being said, I decided to try the Steak Stroganoff. This was the worst thing I have purchased from them. The noodles were way overcooked, and the sauce was thick covering the whole dish, whereas I couldn't see or taste anything else. There was no seasoning or spice to it, very bland. My wife raves about the service and true to her words, when I brought the other son and our subpar Panera service food in to eat with them, a worker immediately came over, welcomed us and gave my son a kids activity packet from Noodles. Here, in the Heartland of America, things should have been better, but I was mistaken. Two modest bowls of noodles and two small (literally the size of a coffee cup) side salads, $25 ~ no drinks. My fiance and I ordered for the first time yesterday. I'm a lover of macaroni and cheese and I was very excited to order some. We both ended up ordering it, mine was customized with the parmesan crusted chicken breast and shucked corn added and my fiance had his with meatballs added. The chicken, corn and meatballs were great and the noodles were cooked well, which is something that, as an Italian I can appreciate. I hate over or undercooked noodles. The problem is it is supposed to be macaroni and cheese.. to me that means that there is a cheese cream sauce not just a bit shredded cheese melted on top and that's what we got. Some shredded cheese melted on top of nearly naked noodles. I had to put some butter on mine so I could eat it as buttered noodles. I think this dish has the possibility of being outstanding but if you're selling macaroni and cheese, don't forget to actually add enough cheese and not just shredded on top, that is not macaroni and cheese especially when it costs over $10 Very disappointed. read more

Came and ordered during lunch on tuesday, i ordered my noodles and when they came, i didn't get silverware, and there was a black hair in my food. I sent it back and all the lady (who i found out was named Laura) just said "oh" and took it from me. Having worked in the food industry, she should have reacted much differently, especially since she was giving me manager vibes. When she brought me my remade pasta, she forgot my utensils again and i had to ask for them. Later, they messed up another persons order, then the man got angry and walked out. Laura then daid "oh my god" while laughing, not even seeming a bit concerned that they had two mess ups in the past 15 minutes. Now the cost 2 small bottled waters 4.20 4 items spaghetti and meatballs Wisconsin mac and cheese I ordered it was ok but like just ok if you bought a boxed thing atv the supermarket and made it would be the same. My wife got the pai thai and asparagus and noodles again both ok but nothing to write home about. The service was as one person put it deadpan not friendly but not unfriendly either. Honestly, the prices are a little unreasonable for what you get. The veggies were under-cooked, as were the noodles, and the portions are kind of small. Honestly, you're just better off making your own at home. It'll be cheaper, you'll have better portions, and you can be sure that everything is actually done cooking. We came from a neighboring community to go to a medical appointment. My husband is usually very fussy when it comes to restaurants and hasn't been impressed with any of my suggestions, but he sure did like this one. It's inexpensive and excellent compared to many of the options in Sioux Falls. The person taking order explained all of our options clearly and was upfront about the meat in the dishes costing extra. While I had the mac and cheese, my husband devoured the stroganoff and were impressed by both the size and the quality of the food. However, It is slightly confusing when you walk in. The menu is in the queue to the left and we wandered to the right and walked up to the front. Maybe they need a sign or something that says "Start Here." Some of us are a bit more Polish than others.
