If you could give 6 stars I would give them 6. My eggplant Parmesan was absolutely the best best. My wife's meal was just as fantastic

Chicken Parm Panini

Absolutely Delicious! I highly recommend the Chicken Parm Panini. Large portions and the chicken was cooked to perfection!

I had not been here in a while and very glad I finally returned with my family. We really enjoyed our dinner! Small restaurant, so space is limited. I called and made a reservation day of with no issue. The mozzarella bruschetta is a great appetizer to share between 4 people. Also my chicken pesto pasta was great, it is a rich pasta (made with cream sauce and pesto) but is full of flavor! Service was very good and friendly staff!

Love! Dare I say, hands down the best meatballs in South Florida? Yes, I did it. I don't mean to offend Matarano's because their meatballs are legit too. But, seriously, if you're in FLL and want a wonderful, authentic Italian meal that's quick and not too terribly expensive, Noodles and Panini is your place. Service, as always, is wonderful, and the place is upscale and clean. This time, we have evidence. See the pictures.

Chicken parm

All I can say is most underrated food, absolutely the best chicken parm on the entire street. Cozy little spot right in the middle of las olas. Highly recommend a wine Wednesday night (1/2 off bottles) and some chicken parm

4 of us went here to celebrate my birthday by accident. I had made a reservation at a steak house. However, saw this place upon parking and was drawn to it. We were greeted by Cecilia the Host. She was very patient with us as we could decide between indoor and outdoor seating. She came up with the PERFECT solution. Fabio was our waiter, he knew the menu inside out and all his recommendations were SPOT ON. Ask for him. The restaurant decor is like Italy meets Las Olas, very classy. Inside you have a clear view of the clean kitchen. You also have the option to be outside with a nice street view and are able to people watch comfortably. I can't say enough about the food, EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND AMAZING. One of the BEST ITALIAN CULINARY experiences I've EVER had. I could consume food from here everyday. You can tell everything is made fresh in house. Even the produce used, like their tomatoes are EXCELLENT. I SHALL RETURN

It has been since before the Pandemic that we have been to Noodles Panini. Every experience here has been different and all have been a great dining experience. The food is always fresh and the portions we have learned are big enough to share. All pastas are made in house and I always know that the ingredients in the pastas are fresh. Last night we sat outside and had a great dinner. We ordered the Expresso Martini and Cucumber Martini. The cucumber martini was probably the best I've had. More cucumber flavor. We split the Pumpkin Ravioli and the Clams. The clams were in a nice light red sauce and could not help to dip the crunchy bread in the sauce along the way. Great portion on the clams and the ravioli had 6 tasty pieces. So fresh and could of stuck to that as an entree. We decided to split the Penne and Portobello Mushroom entree. So delicious with oven fried tomatoes, grilled chicken, goat cheese and Parmigiana Reggiano. Again, big enough portion to split. The place was packed last night and still the service was impeccable. Sitting outside is my preference regardless of COVID or not. Love people watching on Las Olas. We will keep going back and hope to see their outstanding Whole Red Snapper on the menu again!!!

As I walked up to the door I started having second thoughts. The dining room was set up for fine dining, but there was one other table. The host greeted us warmly and we were seated promptly. Sergio removed the extra place settings, a sign of a good restaurant. He offered us either still or sparkling water as we received our menus. The price points were very affordable. You could easily find these meals for twice the price elsewhere. We started with the mini meatballs. Scrumptious! You must try them. The bread, oil and herbs presentation was impressive and tasted great. I ordered the Penne Bolognese and my guest ordered the crab ravioli. The Bolognese tasted like it took all day to cook. So good, and piping hot. The pasta was perfectly al dente. Sergio brought us a complimentary vegetable soup to sample, and the we were offered dessert. I chose the Lemon cake, and my guest tried the cheesecake. Both exceptional. Then were given a complimentary amaretto shot after dessert. Sergio was the best server I could remember I. A long time. This restaurant should be full every night, folks. I hope that you'll check it out!

She's lived here her entire life and is very particular about where she eats. She says a lot of her longtime favorite restaurants have really gone downhill over the years, so I was excited to try one that has remained consistently good. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, which is pretty common in South Florida. Once you walk inside, though, you forget you're in a plaza. It's beautifully decorated with a warm European feel that makes it inviting and cozy. It's a good-sized restaurant, and my girlfriend mentioned it's usually packed. Since it's currently the slower season, it wasn't as busy, which is a little sad to see, but hopefully business picks back up when the snowbirds return. We were seated right away, and our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The menu had an incredible selection of authentic Italian dishes, along with several specials listed on the board that all sounded amazing. We decided to share the meatballs and the Bolognese, and that ended up being the perfect choice. I also ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio. At $15 a glass, I definitely cringed a little because I always think about how the whole bottle probably costs around $20, and one glass is never enough! They also brought out fresh bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let's just say I ate far more bread than I planned because there was absolutely no way I was letting any of that incredible meat sauce from the Bolognese--or the rich sauce from the meatballs--go to waste. The food was absolutely spectacular. I honestly can't say enough about how delicious everything was. Every bite tasted homemade and full of flavor. For dessert, I skipped the sweets and ordered an espresso martini instead. They did a fantastic job. The last upscale restaurant I visited in West Palm Beach served one of the worst espresso martinis I've ever had, proving that just because a restaurant is expensive or considered "high-end" doesn't automatically mean the quality is there. This restaurant absolutely delivered on both the food and the cocktails. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience. This is definitely a restaurant I'll be coming back to whenever I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area, and I can certainly see why it's one of my girlfriend's favorites.
