I called to let them know and the delivery had not gone out yet. I wasn't sure where she was and they assured me if it wasn't to a place they delivered I could cancel and get a full refund. Once I found out what hospital she was in I called back and it was a hospital they delivered to. The day was saved and beautiful arrangement delivered. I'm thankful for Michelle doing what ever it took to get the flowers there or issue a refund. I live in a different state and only have used them to send my aunt flowers on her birthday, but if I lived nearby this would be my go to place for everything flowers. Prices are up this year but that's true for everywhere and I didn't find anything to be outrageously expensive. The other kind of place is the Asian restaurant category. Some diners want American English and American wait service and rate low, while others are looking for good authentic ethnic specific cuisine with culturally specific appropriate customary service and rate high resulting in the best place for me having a three star average. Marijuana dispensaries are like this, the Goldilocks three star average comes from lots of disgruntled stoners being upset for the sorts of reasons stoners get upset about, and anyone who has spent too much time with stoners like my brother or with my brother himself, will readily identify. My brother recently got mad at me for texting him while he was busy being stoned. At the same dispensaries some more casual users give five star reviews because they get such a thrill out of the occasional ganja high that the appreciate the opportunity and the combined result is the attractive three star average. Yes, I could have just said, "quick and friendly service" but Emily already wrote that, and the service was indeed friendly (even security) but it wasn't quick because one of those stoned problem children was in front of me in line at every cashier position. By the way, for those of you who are new to this, 15% is a fair tip. Fifteen percent plus the store profit margin is still less than pre-legalization dealer markup for this level of quality.
