Went in for henna tattoo satisfactory. Decided on eyebrow threading and tint satisfactory.. Showed photo sample for gold color highlights to cover gray... ended up with light brown silvery highlights. No sign of gold highlights and not anything like the photo or the photo the hairdresser showed me he's done on clients. When I told him about my disappointment he didn't offer to correct. I just got my eyebrows done with Rozina, and felt very safe during the entire experience. They took my temperature before entering the salon, and Rozina uses a belt to attach the thread she uses on your eyebrows, which makes it highly sanitary. I've come here 3 times over the last couple of years for women's haircuts but don't think I'll be returning due to the increased prices. I'll start with the pro's: convenient location with free parking, fast haircuts. Cons: I recently paid for a women's haircut (no wash and a simple styling) and it was over $90. When I first came less than two years ago, the same exact haircut with no wash and a simple brush styling was $70. Additionally, the haircuts are not the best quality I've received for the same price and I found some pieces that needed trimming when I got home. Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and asked for a clean up. The woman who helped me thinned them out and unevenly cut my eyes brows. On top of that, the shapes aren't even symmetrical ): I had been growing them out for two months to get ready for my upcoming wedding. I'm hoping to be able to grow them back out in time to get them fixed. Also, when the woman rung me up, she charged me $9 and I gave $2 on top of that. This was my first experience getting services at a beauty salon! I took my visiting girlfriend here for roots touch up and she was dogging me all day about getting my beard and eyebrows trimmed. While she was getting her hair washed, the lady just asked me out of the blue if I wanted the eyebrows done. After I heard it was only 6 bucks to get your eyebrows threaded, I thought I should check it out. So I came with a friend. When we walked in the place was pretty full. But I got prompt service. I was directed into a chair, while my friend had to wait her turn. At first I thought I had gotten any other lady who doesn't really care too much about her costumers, but she was really sweet!
