Love this little coffee place. The menu doesn't do it justice, so don't let it scare you. The baristas are super friendly and willing to try whatever you'd like. One time we experimented a London Fog with Rooibos and honey.. it was amazing. The chai is my go-to, but ask for it extra hot or else it's kinda Luke-Warm. Very cozy and great for studying and I love how close it is to ORU. The only thing is the hours, many times I have to choose another coffee shop bc I know I'll want to be there longer that it's open. Nordaggio's coffee was there way before the " Starbucks invasion" happened in Tulsa around 2002. The atmosphere is very nice and classy, they have leather couches a fireplace and lots of tables. Afternoons are quiet, which make it a true pleasure to study or have that afternoon caffeine fix. Evenings are busy with a mix of ORU students and the high school kids from Jenks. They feature all the traditional Espresso drinks, which can be very very strong for the average Starbucks drinker. Excellent selection of frozen drinks (The Big Trains), pastries and Gellato (which is amazing). This is really one of the best coffee places in Tulsa, and certainly a change from the usual. read more

While visiting Tulsa over the holidays, my boyfriend and I found this charming coffee shop. They truly care about their craft- the espresso is roasted to perfection and the shots are pulled with exaction. I also appreciate the baristas going the extra mile by creating decorative art with our lattes and cappuccinos. I also had an americano here and it did not require any cream- perfectly brewed. I also love their fireplace and seating. Since we've been in town we have returned twice. We brought the family with us and they are going to make it a staple going forward! I've given this place a few chances over the years. The drinks are good but they need better tea options. Be prepared to spend a little more than elsewhere in Tulsa. Most of the baristas are friendly and hospitable. I can confirm the other complaints about the loud workers who roast the coffee beans in the back. They can be quite obnoxious. When there are few customers, nobody roasting, and the owner is not present, it can be quite cozy and a great place to chat or study. This last week, however, was my last. I witnessed the owner rudely ask a person to leave because they were not a "paying customer". The person had come in with 3 other individuals who were "paying". The owner very rudely made the 4th person leave. I can understand this is a place of business, but I don't agree with the owner's method of confronting and interrogating customers. This is not the first time I witnessed this kind of behavior at this establishment. read more

I love Nordaggio's. I live near here, and I need a place with great people who are kind and know what they are doing when it comes to coffee. I love, love, love great espresso and micro-foam. I feel that my tastebuds have been exposed to some of the best espresso/coffee in America including the likes of Four Barrels, Blue Bottle and Ritual in SF, Doubleshot in Tulsa, Onyx in Arkansas, Stumptown in Seattle and countless other places. I use to be a midtown/downtown snob - plowing 25 minutes everyday to get great coffee. But the reality is that Chris, the barista, got me addicted with his perfect concoctions made possible by the seed (roasted coffee beans) crafter perfectly by the roasters, Chad and Bobbi. Whenever I think of this place a recent Kendrick Lamar verse comes to mind. If Starbucks is Jay-Z. Then Nordaggio's would be like Drake. You liked him in the role he had. If fit. When he got hype by hipster bs manure reviews and started to believe his own hype. You begin to hate him. That's how I feel about this place. The over emphasis on cruelty free free trade hipster bs with weak coffee and a little Jesus sprinkled in makes me gag. There are moments of brilliance. There's espresso and selection of coffee beans is something to be notice. But to use such weak powders and syrups is like using auto-tune and singing "No New Friends" for a chorus and saying I have a hit. If ORU had a real pagan lesbian loving Starbucks Naggie would have been gone a long time ago. In short, crappy selection of open mic artists Poor quality of store brought teas and badly made drinks don't make you the greatest coffee shop in Tulsa. It makes you like Drake. I went to Nordaggio's after buying a Groupon for 5 $1 French press coffees and seeing online they roasted their own beans. Boy, was I disappointed! The barista was far from energetic or friendly; he seemed really bored to be there. This place is in a strip mall opposite Oral Roberts University. I'm pretty new to Tulsa, but I guess that should have been my first clue that I wasn't going to encounter an artsy, eclectic, fun coffee shop like Shades of Brown, Gypsy, or the Phoenix. But the worst part was the coffee itself! I'm not used to doctoring up my drinks until I've tried at least one or two sips. I'm not even sure he gave me a true French press coffee. But this little 12 ounce coffee was extremely bitter! Even after stirring in 4 packets of sugar, it was still bitter! I will be contacting Groupon for a refund and not be back. Fortunately Tulsa has some pretty amazing coffee shops elsewhere, including the three places I mentioned above. read more

Nordaggio's is fair. The coffee is okay, with a handy location. The americano and anything else dark all have burned tastes. I've heard their sweet coffees are good, but expensive. It has a nice atmosphere and is comfortable to hang out in. I just wish their coffee was better. read more

I am pretty sure no chi was in the cup and I look up to see the owner/person that made the chi laughing with his girlfriend making a zero sign with his hand and they both look over at me. I've been a regular customer there for over 5 years and it's the best coffee house in Tulsa. the people who work there are friendly and helpful and really know their coffee. As the previous reviewer says its very comfortable to lounge there. The baked goods I would give 4 stars and they also sell their own coffee that's in my opinion superior to Starbucks. read more
