The optometrist started the exam and asked some questions, since I hadn't had an exam since I had my lasik surgery years ago, he suggested to get the extra check ups, eye pressure... but he didn't push he just suggested and I did decide to do it. Great customer service, knowledgeable. We tried different contact lenses until the third pair was tried, and that was the best one. Very patient and not rushing the exam, answered questions I had. And he gave me prescriptions for both eyeglasses and contacts, without me having to ask or him pushing me to buy glasses there. Will definitely use this as my future exam place!!

His office was over crowed and running way behind. Staff did not document incident and download CT scan. Dr. Katsev was completely unable to address issue and treat the complication, definitely on the defense. Last check up he had no recollection of issue and would not discuss lingering problem. Don't recommend this practice, no back up for emergencies just his cell number.
