I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had lilies in it and they looked old and the arrangement was disappointing. I contacted them immediately and talked to an older gal who wasn't very nice. She said they would take out the lilies, and I asked for a picture of the completed arrangement. I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling. What a bland bouquet. Were you out of pretty colors? Would this cheer you up? Not me!

The classes were small and Melissa, the owner was my trusty guide, as i am not the craftyest person! Her studio is beautiful and easy to find and she carries alot of different samples to help me choose my project. The best part, is that now that I am a little better at the tenique, i can drop in for some studio time, i just pay by the hour, it was 6 or 7 dollars, and use all of her nifty cutters, and machines, (so i dont have to buy them) and i also get quiet time! no mess at my house! and also has classes for kids! My next adventure there will be with my friends for a saturday morning coffee craft class!

Honestly, what I love the most about this place is the name. I have a thing for clever names... OPI…read morenail polishes crack me up! They aren't tiny nor huge, a nice sized shop full of goodies. I was able to browse around and check out what they had while the sales person was busy on the phone but after about 10 minutes of not even a glance my way, I decided to leave.
