We were warmly welcomed be the attendant, and spent most of our limited minutes discussing our mutual love of dogs with her, while meandering through the shop and fawning over various items in hushed whispers to each other. Antique hunters and interior decorators take note: you won't have to sift through cluttered shelves, boxes and cabinets full of yesteryear's kitsch to find the good stuff here. When it was time to open, she opened the door and again very rudely looks at me and said not yet. She had some display items to bring out which again no big deal but there is a way to nicely tell someone something. I finally was shopping and ready to checkout and after waiting for a bit for her to notice she asked "if I was ready to check out or something" Next time I'll save my money and spend 50 bucks on Amazon instead of worrying about supporting the shop. I was not prepared for the absolute show-stopper that he produced. Not only does sole look even better than what I'd expect from the factory, but he reconditioned the whole boot. These boots look better than the day I bought them. For the amazing work he puts out, I'd fully expect to pay double the price. It's obvious he puts in a huge amount of care and attention to each detail, and the professional pride absolutely comes through. I'm moving away soon but I intend to package and ship all my boots to him in the future. He is that good.
