When you enter, it's very small but very well put together décor wise. Each area had signs that discouraged movement of their furniture and had its own kind of theme. I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to.... I have been wanting to try it out for a couple of months now. The atmosphere is nice. The staff were fine, you can tell they're trying to get people through quickly. I would appreciate a simple "Hey, have you been in before?" instead of "What do you want?" but maybe that's a personal preference. We tried 3 coffees -- the Maple Brown Sugar latte, the Bananas Latte, and a White Chocolate Mocha, all iced. The drinks ranged from decent to great. My favorite was the Bananas Latte.
