The place as clean and cool in a hot day. The food was great; the ham and Swiss was more filling than I thought it would be. The barista did make an error with one of our drinks, but to be fair, it was pretty complicated and they gave us the one with an error and fixed it quickly for us. read more

Ordered 3 drinks...1 was made wrong, worker insisted on remaking so I allowed it.Yea, only for it to be made wrong again.Another worker intruded and made a comment that it wasn't rang at the register to not include a specific ingredient.I too had a drink that had expresso, that was added to 2 of the drinks and neither label had that in it either..and of course no one apologized..workers chatted about how corporate would be in instead..so I just took the order and left...never had a bad experience at Starbucks in life..Thumbs down to this location read more

This location is convenient for those who work in the building. It does not have a drive-through, so it's not a place I would visit in my PJs on a Saturday morning. They would probably be thankful for that. They get my order right every time. When I say every time, I mean I have been going to this store for at least 10 years. I haven't had a bad drink yet. The hot coffee is hot, and the iced coffee is just as delicious. They are typically well stocked with food and juice in the cooler. Occasionally, they keep a basket by the door with free bags of coffee grounds for the garden. I grab one every time they are available. The people are friendly and sociable. Drinks come out fast. There is plenty of seating, and the place is clean. read more

No drive-thru but the designated 15 minute parking on the front parking lot for your "grab & go" convenience is pretty noteworthy. The interior is a large open space with lots of seating & nooks for studying in solace. There is even patio seating available for nice weather days. Very quick considering how busy they get. Not a place to work if you can find another spot due to how dirty the place is. All tables are filthy including the ones outside. I worked here for about 4 hours, there were plenty of slow times in between their rushes it would have been nice to see someone clean or wash tables. The floor is filthy I felt gross plugging in my charger. read more

Stayed at the nearby Sheraton for a couple of days - so I hit this Starbucks multiple times! Had several cups of dark roast coffee, plus a dopio espresso Machiatto. Everything was strong and tasty! Usually this location is really awesome and they have been open much earlier and more often than some branches at this time. But I arrived this morning and was allowed to place a mobile order right at 6 o'clock this morning. I got to the front door and it was dark and no one was even there. I could only wait 10 minutes before I had to leave and go to work so I left empty-handed. Super disappointed with this location this was always my go to spot. I hope they figure out their stuff. read more

I placed a Mobil order at 9:31am on a Saturday. The app said my 3 drinks would be ready at 9:43am. I arrived at 9:41am. My drinks weren't ready it they place was super crowded so I sat and waited. At 10:53 I asked about my order and was told there were 9 order's ahead of me, so I waited. At 10:05 I asked again and was told there were 3 orders ahead of mine. At 10:24 I was told there were now 11 orders ahead of mine. I said just cancel the order and was told I would have to call the 800 number to cancel the order. I left 43 minutes after arriving with nothing and who knows how much longer I'd have waited. Worst online order experience and worst Starbucks experience. read more

My secret starbucks place! This is the best bux I've been to in St Louis. Lots of seating, different types of seats (high tables, couches, normal seats), big tables, very fast google internet, friendly wait staff, very clean, lots of parking. Only downside is it closes at 9pm but so does everything else in St. Louis. This is the go-to place to get work done, or just chill and talk with your buddies and enjoy some starboox coffee ***Oh! This is my favorite Starbucks in town! Staffs are very friendly and they will remember you if you come few times. They may not remember the name but they might remember your drinks or that you've been there often. Many seatings and good internet so you will see a lot of people studying or having a business meetings. It's right under the Westport plaza so plenty of parking spaces. Only thing is if you come between 12-1 it might be busy since it's lunch time. read more

I was really impressed by this Starbucks. So were my kids (hot chocolate people! I was NOT impressed with the nasty, cold St. Louis weather). When we walked in, the three of us were all kind of looking around like "wow"...hehehe...because all the Starbucks I've ever been to have been teeny tiny with masses of people crammed in line. This place was spacious. And sleek. And totally spic and span. I had a different barista each time I visited, but both were very good. The staff was friendly (not pushy, not rude...but not funny like some of my local guys...just did their job swiftly and efficiently). Also, for the record, they had tons of tasty looking treats in the case...way more options, and much fresher looking, than here in Nashville. Not sure why that is...although Tennesseans are not shy about filling up the tank when on empty! I did, at least, let my kids indulge. ;-) All in all, very nice Starbucks, If this is what all the Starbucks in Missouri are like, y'all are *very* lucky indeed! read more

The products served here are not up to par or in line with the level of quality and taste that other locations provide. It seems the staff is new, there is confusion when you order a standard drink and there are many mishaps. Examples would be failing to mix all of the ingredients in a drink so you have to be the one to mix the ingredients - without a tool or accessories. Another example is that sometimes when you order a flavored drink, you will not get any syrup so there is no vanilla in your vanilla latte. Sometimes it takes ten minutes at the cash register to simply order one standard beverage. Not sure when this will improve, it's been that way since opening, very grateful to have a Starbucks here. However, improvement is much needed and customers like me will be even more loyal. read more

Nice looking Starbucks, friendly employees who don't look down at you for not being a coffee expert and asking questions. Their hours are short compared to other local stores, they close at 9:30 but the food gets rolled up around 8. Get there early if you want a muffin with your coffee! read more

I love this place.. before going home from work I need a coffee and something to chew on at probably 4:00 PM..( my time) Always get their Peppermint Mocha or Ice cold Mocha.. Now they have also started sandwiches and wraps!! woohoo! Not too crowded and not too lame.. One of the guys there has an attitude issue sometimes but the other guys are fun and great.. read more

I absolutely hate to be this person. But as I was ordering drinks for my coworkers, I mixed iced/hot up until I got two drinks in my hand that were opposite! So I politely asked if they could remake them (knowing very well that I might be hated for it). But the baristas were SO nice and SO accommodating and did not make me feel bad at all. Here on business, and I needed a caffeine fix this morning ... STAT! Glad to see this Starbucks was open at 5:30am, and I was clearly the first person in the shop today. I was nicely greeted by Gail, who proceeded to share some really cool new techniques with their Clover Coffee machine. The person helping me was super nice and helpful when I was deciding on what to get. You can also customize your toppings as well. My only very minor complaint was that the actual açaí base was definitely on the sweeter side than what I'm used to but it still hits the spot! I was here on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty with lots of seating!
