I have never had a bad drink or food item here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My favorite is the pumpkin spice latte, it tastes like it is made with quality ingredients. I believe that Nordstrom's ebar is slept on, but those that know, know! It's on the first floor and worth a visit. read more

Discovered this spot while walking past the Nordstrom in Tyson corner mall. The whiff of the coffee was so marvelously potent that we had to just hit pause on our shopping plans and ordered some coffee at EBAR. It's a free standing coffee/smoothie bar, it is right next to the entrance of Nordostrom. The staff was very friendly and were really attentive to our needs. They have a good sized menu for coffee and smoothies. We got a cappuccino with oat milk and the super green smoothie. Both drinks were surprisingly good, the only criticism I have cappuccinos usually have the foam art every time I've gotten it at other places, but the foam was plane at EBAR, it'd be very aesthetically pleasing if they could develop on that. They also have variety of packaged coffee that you can purchase as well as variety of pastries that you can choose from! read more

Friendly customer service oriented typical at this Seattle-HQ store where, as it's well known for treating people as humans, most of the time! Of course, where it's friendly also lurks the undesirables... Anyway, back to this ebar- the two gentlemen tending the bar were professional and welcoming. The mocha storm I had with extra shot(s) was excellent I slurped it surprisingly quickly, bottoms up, in just a few...tells me, despite the wanting to not have too much sugar or sweet, this was one worth the exception! It was great! Having lived in Seattle many years before moving East, Nordstrom's ebar always remind me that good and friendly customer service still exists, even in this highly urbanized area! Also a plus they created an atrium like seating and abundant at that for the heavy-shopping goers can take refuge and cool their feet from all that walking in this one of the larger mall (tysons corner) in America! Everyone is welcome even if you just needed a glass of water, they happily indulge you with ice on the cup complimentary! Now, that's basic human decency & class!. The coffee had a stronger bitterness than I prefer, but the location certainly provides a pleasant atmosphere to unwind after a day of shopping at the mall. Its proximity to the restrooms adds to its convenience. The ice storm was blended perfectly so I would get a different flavor next time.The mocha and banana kind of felt like drinking an ice cream sundae which could be a plus or minus depending on who you ask. The mocha flavor wasn't strong enough and the banana really takes over. read more

Well! You're at the mall! Shopping ... Walking ... at Nordstrom and all of sudden you feel tired? Missing your morning coffee? Or just thought of coffee! Nordstrom thought of you & me! They brought us a good quality Espresso bar with all drinks you may need to have A Boost / A Fix / A Good Mood / An Energy to keep shopping at their store and to enjoy your time shopping there! Nothing really impressive or appealing to bring you especially to that Espresso Bar but Also No Reason to get your coffee from anywhere else while you're shopping their! This place will have a line so far out and they manage it with elegance and professionalism that you rarely see from out the mall. The Ebar is new for me but I've been coming here non stop since I got transferred to this area for work recently and they make me feel so special every time. The bald gentleman runs this place with an iron fist and I love his attention to detail! 5 stars nothing less.. oh yeah like any other amazing cafe they do run out of the good baked items so you better make it there quick lol read more

I love this location of the coffee bar. This place beats the other coffee places in the mall in terms of wait times and the quality of beverage and food items! The staff is very friendly in taking your order and they generally do a good job making your drink too. The food items are delectable and are perfect snack that uplifts the shopping experience :) There are enough tables to sit and enjoy the drinks but they are taken most of the time! Great place for a quick pick-up while shopping at Tysons! Friendly, fast service and the lattes are amazing. I got a skinny vanilla latte and they were able to make it for me even though that specific item wasn't on the menu. The barista, Ray, is super nice and made pretty designs on both lattes I ordered. I'm here on a trip and had some time to spare so I figured I'd stop by ebar because I know I like their coffee.. usually it's a pretty normal experience, you order your drink, they hand you your cup with the lid already on it, then you leave. WELL...the barista, who I just learned goes by Candace, made me my vanilla latte (which tastes amazing, btw) then handed me the cup with NO LID! I would've been confused but then I saw how cute she had made my latte! Who needs overpriced hipster coffee shops when you have Candace at ebar. If I lived here, I would definitely be back. And if you think this review is over-hyping a normal cup of coffee, you're wrong. I could've easily had a regular vanilla latte and never looked back but now my day has started off great thanks to a small design by a barista who cares. read more

Excellent coffee shop and a solid place to kill a little time while your spouse does some shopping. The Pumpkin Spice Latte here is much better than Starbucks and it's not even close. Not sure if they have other locations but they're a must try if you're in the mall and want a beverage. Next time I'll give the maple brown sugar latte a try. read more

This is the place to go for coffee in Tysons. They're expertly trained baristas! The espresso drinks are high quality. They also have a large variety of smoothies and iced beverages. I'm not super into dairy, so I appreciate all of their options, like coconut or almond milk. Ray and Kiki are happy to recommend drinks based on your favorite flavors. They also know what food tastes best with your selected drink. They're very knowledgeable about their ethically sourced beans. I also love the latte art! This is a quality stop for a caffeine pick-me-up. They have a lot of food options, beyond delicious pastries, as well. They have an oven, so they can also do warm meals. read more

I went a couple of day ago, for a regular coffee with cream cheese and unfortunately I could see the guy who helped me, touching initially the bagel without gloves after he was counting money. Then I talked to a second guy (he uses two earrings. he was nice and do not know if he was the manager) to let him know that , I thought , that was not correct and he answered me, that was not necessary, no masks anymore, no gloves etc. I did not agree. I did not want to argue and then I left with my order. While I was talking to the second guy, then gloves were used..They have to be very careful and not only using gloves is necessary, they have to change them each time. read more

All of their baristas are talented and the service is excellent! Check out their Fall selection of drinks and pastries! Pretty good caramel latte I just had. Two suggestions I have are to have all the dozen or more flavor syrups listed so the customer has the entire offerings in front of them and also...perhaps the employees should smile more. :) Also maybe mix the lattes better. Found an inch of caramel syrup at the bottom at the end. read more

I used to go to this cafe frequently (three times weekly) until I noticed there was an employee with pink hair who was clearly very sick working behind the bar. I watched her have a pretty violent coughing fit and sniffle while making drinks. It was horrifying and raised some questions for me. Is my compromised immune system a joke to Nordstrom, in the wake of the pandemic? If I get seriously ill after buying a drink there, will Nordstrom cover my medical expenses? And as for that employee, why was she allowed to work with food and beverages when she was very obviously sick? I can only imagine what kind of culture Nordstrom is promoting these days. 0 stars, NOT 1. Will not be going back. Literally over my dead body. read more

This is the Almond Rocca Latte! It is my favorite latte ever. I've been to various coffee places but I have yet to find a place comparable to Nordstrom. I was sad to hear that the latte was no longer on the menu, but Ray was kind enough to make it! Employees like Ray at the Ebar is the reason why I continue to go to Nordstrom. I usually order mango smoothie and it would come in a big cup size. Now it's smaller and cost more! Over $6 and change. Not as good as it was before very disappointing. She did not give me my receipt at all. Costco has better service if you don't get your receipts it free. I will not be getting anymore drinks from here any more. Too expensive and not worth it! It doesn't give off specialty craft latte, because the quality and time spent on making the latte isn't there. They use too much milk. Or maybe they're just really inconsistent. Either way, it would have been better if the manager had tried to make things right rather than act annoyed. I really don't understand the hype and all the rave reviews, given the poor quality of the latte I received and bad service, this made me not want to come back. Disappointing coffee.

Hubby got cherry lime espresso fizz (on the summer specials menu). He enjoyed it but I didn't particularly like it (too bitter imho). I couldn't see what brand coffee they used, which I like to know since there are certain brands that bother me. But this place didn't bother me. They do have non-dairy/alternative milk. I would come again if I were in the area but I wouldn't really seek it out. I've had better coffee but I've also had worse. Not sure if the hype lived up.

I also noticed another customer having to leave and come back because she was still waiting for her coffee. I have visited other Paul locations and have never experienced service like this.
