I received a coupon to try a large HTeaO for free so I decided I had to go! I was surprised when I walked in to see that they had a lot more than just tea (snacks & merchandise) and also to see that it was a large self-serve setup. It was also happy hour when I went (I didn't know) so all drinks were half price. They have an L shape setup with a bunch of delve-serve tea dispensers that are all nicely labeled. I appreciated that they had flavors in both unsweetened (0 cal), sweetened and stevia-sweetened (0 cal). You are also able to sample the teas before selecting which was nice. Lastly, I thought it was cool that they had a little fruit bar area where you could add fruit into your tea (addt'l Ch at ge) - nice touch. The staff working there was very helpful as well (knowing it was my first time visiting) and made it a good experience. I would visit again but only during happy hour because the drink price can quickly creep up once you pick your size, fruit add-ins, etc. if you live tea- give them a try! read more

It's fun to get a sample cup and try out a few before taking a plunge on an unusual flavor. The prices are great. For the environmentally conscious, you can bring your own mug & save some money (and the planet! Woo!) There are fruit add ons to make your tea extra specialized, and snacks that remind me of a mini bucc-ee's. You can also get bagged ice! The employees were very helpful. We are in love with their teas. First time here, but definitely have been back. Their peach ginger tea is amazing. I tried their Georgia peach and was not as big of a fan. It was still good but this one is definitely better. The mint tea is amazing. I didn't care too much for the raspberry tea but that's just me. We truly enjoyed the teas. read more

I do understand that it is opening week but we pulled to the window and our two drinks were already at the window and it took over 5 minutes for someone to come and take our card for payment. We kept seeing people walk by but no one attending to drive through. Our teas were very weak in flavor: unsweet peach ginger really didn't have any punch of ginger and unsweet blueberry didn't have a flavor at all. I had a coupon for a free huge glass of tea and ordered a regular sweet tea. The sweet tea is made with real cane sugar. The cup says made with premium water and ice. The tea tasted okay, but wasn't anything special. I asked for some lemon slices and was freely given 3 half lemon wedges, which I put into my tea. Good, but definitely room for improvement. Pros: 1. If you go inside, you can sample any flavor. 2. You are in charge of the samples and your tea. Think of it like a tea buffet and you put whatever flavors you want and pay for the cup. I liked that you didn't have to ask for samples Cons: 1. if you go when there are other people in there, it is not set up to flow very well, and can get crammed, and hard to get around other people to get your tea. 2. It wasn't clear what to do when you went inside, I had to ask someone to show me how it worked and only then was I told that you could get samples. 3. I was shocked that there was not one table or chair inside. Or outside. It is not a place to go sit and talk or I guess sit down at all. It's filled with coolers and bottles etc to buy, but no place to sit... Tip: Download the app before you go because you can get rewards. When I pulled up I tried ordering the string cheese that was on the menu and she looked at me like she had no clue what I was talking about. The drink carriers are very flimsy! So I go to the Huebner location to do my water refills, typically pay 1.35 to fill my own 5 gallon water jugs. Went today because was in the area and they first were super rude, but charged me 3.00 for a water refill. When mentioned another location only charges a dollar she says we are different owners they make the price's. And rolls her eyes. Super bad customer service and extremely rude!!! I said it on google and I will say it here too. I do not know where all of the negativity is coming from with reviews. I am a regular here. I go everyday through the drive thru and generally am greeted by the same person ( I assume she just works the same hours usually. I go about the same time everyday in the evening) I have never had a bad experience here. They are always willing to make conversation and laugh and really make a connection. It gives off the same vibe as a small town place. Plus you can try all the tea before you buy any. The coffee is good too! I love the iced caramel macchiato. I asked the girl in drive thru what she recommends and now I can't stop drinking it. I love it. The staff is always friendly and bubbly and the tea is always good. The only time the tea tasted off they offered to replace it with no charge and no complaints. Truly one of my favorite places and an amazing staff.
