I was a bit scared when I started my new job and saw I had a NR across the street. I had this crazy idea I'd stop by during lunch and go bargain hunting. But luckily for my wallet I was underwhelmed by the whole experience. I was hoping that because this was a NR - it would be less than full department store prices. And this was in fact true. Unfortunately, the prices weren't ENOUGH less than full-price for me to enjoy shopping here. I understand that this place has "leftovers" from the Nordstrom stores... but I was surprised to see so many 'lower end' clothes. The men's section is pretty sad. Not a lot of options there. Every now and then you'll find a nice button down shirt or a pretty tie. But overall selection is limited, and discounts aren't that great to call it a bargain. The shoe selection is OK. Compares to Marshalls. There is a separate designer shoe section, but it seems to be pretty expensive, even for a 'rack' store. I'd been here a few times and left empty-handed until about the fifth time I wandered back. What I concluded is that the clothing and shoe departments are more often than not going to be unwearable and overpriced. But, their sunglasses, underwear and perfume sections are pretty fantastic! Go here if you have time to browse, try on clothes, and don't have high expectations. read more

This store is definitely a mixed bag for me. Sometimes I'll go in and find some seriously awesome stuff, and sometimes there's just a whole lot of...."meh"... What I like about Nordstrom is that it has a mix of high and somewhat lower end items - you have your $800 Jimmy Choo slingbacks along with a sizeable collection of shoes well under $100 - but that is the department store - not this store, which is an outlet and basically gets all the "leftovers". The women's shoe selection is seriously lacking, unlike the men's - you can get nice shoes here for men, like Cole Haan. Sometimes there's gorgeous costume jewelry on sale like Sorrelli and sometimes there's just a whole lot of junk. Same goes for dresses and lingerie. The selection of men's clothing seems better overall - my husband always seems to luck out. I'll still continue to come here from time to time, because you never know what you may find from one week to the next. read more

Came to Nordstrom Rack to pick out a full suit for a school related function, found everything I needed! They have a large selection of blazer/pant combos, an assortment of ties and dress shirts, and of course racks and racks of shoes in sizes up to 16. After only about 2 hours of browsing, I put my outfit together, tried it for size and marched up to the cashier to pay my dues. I had a great experience and got some real quality help from the staff there too. Overall, if you're in the market for shoes in particular, definitely stop by the Rack. read more

I Love Nordstrom rack and the clothes and accessories they carry! However, I had the worst experience with one of their cashiers today. Diana R. was extremely rude to me. I bought a ring at Nordstrom rack a few days ago and it was two sizes too big for me therefore I never wore it. I went to return it today and she said it looked worn which i assured her that I had not worn it at all because it was way too big! she called over another girl to look at the ring to see if it looked worn and she told her no. I then told DIANA R. for the 2nd time that I swore I never wore it and she raised her voice at me and said, "OK I get it!!" read more

This is one of those stores in which you have to be in the mood to shop because you have to dig. You can't really go looking for anything too specific because you'll probably be disappointed. But you'll find some cute, unique items at a great price, which is always fun. They have designer handbags and clothes at steep discounts, and it's always fun to find that steal! read more

This store is great for buying gym clothes at really great prices. Although you have to search for while to find the right size or price for your item. There is something here for everyone. The store itself is messy, although they do try to keep it clean and organized. You can get some amazing bargains on shoes here. The men section like every other store is limited to a small corner. The service is great i had bought some glasses and forgot to get the case i called and later in the day picked it up no questions asked. Carol Ann was the manager in charge that day she was very nice. I come to this store every time i am in Boca. Which is almost every week, sometimes 3 times a week. I am a shop a holic. read more

The selection here is hit or miss. Sometimes you find really great shoes and clothes, other times, there's only size small or size XL. The fitting room has plenty of rooms, so there's rarely a wait. It's sometimes hard to find employees to help you, also. read more

Nice assortment of men's designer dress shirts like Bugatchi, Robert Graham and many others. The Sawgrass Mills Nordi-Rack 'might' have a slightly better selection of high end designer shirts, but quantity is the key at this location. Your chances of finding clothing that will definitely fit is at this location is way better. I purchased a Robert Graham burgundy shirt in my size for $100. I usually pay no more than $60-&75 for designer shirts but this one is magnificent. I love new clothing and this store delivers. read more

Very nice Nordstrom Rack store. Basically, this is where you shop.at Nordstrom's when you can't afford what is in their main store. For years, stores like Nordstrom sold their overstock and clearance to stores like TJ Maxx and Ross, but these days, they have opened there own stores to basically serve as one massive clearance rack. Employess at this location are friendly and helpful. I think that the selection of items here is much better than the other Rack locations I have visited. read more

This place has recently opened in Boca so it's new, clean, and well organized. The sales are pretty good-- very similar to the one at the sawgrass mall except better maintained. It's nice to finally have a discount store in the Boca area. The plaza that this rack is located in is always packed though, so parking can be tricky at times. read more

I typically come here once in a while for good deals on shoes. They have a nice selection of them; the aisles are narrow and sometimes messy from people trying on shoes all the time, but the staff is definitely diligent in coming around and cleaning up regularly. Prices are reasonable considering they are marked down. read more

I recently purchased a handbag and after a few days decided that I didn't like it. I went to the store with my receipt and was told that since I did not have the price tags, I couldn't return the item. Needless to say how surprised I was by their policy. I have returned items with receipts to Saks, Bloomingdales etc. I was never questioned about the price tags. If this is Nordstrom's Rack return policy, perhaps it should also be printed on the receipt that you must have the price tags, The receipt only states that you can return the item within 90 days. Needless to say, I will never shop at this store and wil also tell my friends, I seriously think that Nordstrom's Rack should review their return policy. Mary Ann P read more

It's definitely NOT nordstroms. Bought my daughter Nordstrom Rack brand shoes. She wore them 2 days and they were disintegrating. Took them back 3 days after buying them and they were like, sorry, she wore them. I'm like, obviously, but they are falling apart. I don't feel the silver should be peeling off the sides and coming apart. They wouldn't return them. Ridiculous. Won't shop their again since they get you to buy their brand shoes and they are garbage. At least Nordstroms stands by everything you buy. read more

This was the worst Nordstrom stack I've ever been in the people in there were extremely rude. I was going to buy a pair of shoes but unfortunately I didn't have a credit card with me so I had someone call me with the card and information and I asked the lady is she could manually put in the card like a call in order and she said no in the rudest way possible, then I asked can I come back in 10 minutes and buy them? She's like no we can't do holds here in a snotty tone. So I come back 15 minutes later and go to the floor where the shoes were and they weren't there so I asked the lady working on the floor if they had brought back any of the items from up front and she said no. So based on what she told me I went back up to the lady where I first tried to buy them and asked her if she still had them and again in a snotty tone she said no. So I asked what happened to them and she's like they are gone, so I'm like did somebody buy them and she said no. So I asked her where were they and she said on the floor or in the back. I told her what the girl told me how they should still be up front. So I asked her if she could look in the back and she's like no. Overall this was the worst Nordstrom rack I have ever been in and they employees were rude. read more

Nordstrom Rack is a hit or miss type of store. I can hardly compare the day I walked out empty handed to the time my hand was aching from all the clothing I was carrying. Not to mention the amazing deals they have if you search hard enough. i once bought myself an $86 watch for just $19.99!! Their shoe selection is amazing, I bought great quality, cute shoes from there. They have a great selection of NYX makeup that I'm a huge fan of. went to purchase a sale item. asked if the exact same item (same color, same everything) was also on sale (they were the last two of their kind) and the manager (Gina) took both items from me and marked the one that was onsale to a regular price that she made up! and when i asked her about it she just kept repeating "i cannot sell the item for the sale price" (which was only $12 over the sale price). horrible customer service by her part! i will never shop there again due to rudeness and lack of customer service provided. it may sound harsh but if i could only explain with words how much of a scene this manager made and how rude she was to me. *all of the other workers there are super nice, it sucks that she has to ruin the dynamic of the store. an older woman walked up to me as i was leaving and told me that she was also treated in a rude way by the same manager! - looks like nordstrom needs to teach some customer service skills! read more
