I love the prices on the great brands, the choices they have, and the help in the dressing room. What needs to improve is the shoe section, it is a bit of a mess. This store was more organized than any other I've been to--even the dressing rooms were clean. The employees were very friendly; several asked if I needed help. I bought clothes, shoes, lingerie, jewelry and a purse. My husband got some jeans then slept in the truck while waiting for me. There were current seasonal things plus clearance racks. Came back in after being in the hospital for four months told him that I was in the hospital due to Covid and they told me tough shit they will not help me. I didn't ask for money I asked to exchange for the right size. I am passed a 45 day return policy. I love this Rack! If one knows where to look, one can find the best deals on the best fashion. Keep in mind the current business model of outlet stores when shopping. At most outlet stores nowadays, most of the merchandise is selected specifically for the outlet stores. So don't get too impressed when seeing those white "compare at" tags at the front of the store. No, get impressed by the hidden treasures lying in the clearance and designer sections of the store. Oh, and it pays to visit during a "Clear the Rack" weekend. On my last visit during a "Clear the Rack" event, I found a Canali dress shirt (originally $265) for $75! Another time, I found two Zachary Prell shirts (one originally $198, the other $228) for under $10 each! I've bought at least four Stone Rose dress shirts that I've never had to pay more than $30 (each) for. And I've so far found three cashmere scarfs, none I've paid more than $35 for! The Henderson Nordstrom Rack offers great value on amazing style... As long as one knows where to hunt. Hint: Look through the clearance racks. read more

I feel like this Rack used to be on point, but recently it seems to have really taken a nose dive. Not to offend, but if you are into trends and brands that were 'in' years ago (Juicy, True Religion/Citizens/Joes jeans, Uggs) than I guess this is your place. It is full of items that look sadly meant for... well... a 'certain type of girl'. Maybe thats the Vegas style? If you are in search of the more interesting brands Nordstroms carries (ie Elizabeth and James, James Perse, Alice + Olivia and the high-end brands) I rarely see them here. read more

I don't have any problems with this store or what they stock. I was looking for something and Donshaye located it at the Summerlin store. She was so funny...she kept saying "I got you" over and over like she was trying to sing the Sonny & Cher song I Got You Babe but she just could not get all the words out hahaha. It's nice to see this upper part of this outdoor mall filled out with occupants. After visiting 3/21/2017 I was walking out to my vehicle and directly parked across the aisle from mine a man was sitting in a SUV. He was glaring directly at me and would not stop. I don't know anyone in Henderson and I certainly did not know this person. Everyone knows crime has gotten worse in Henderson in the last 10 years and this appeared to be a form of intimidation tactic. read more

This place is hit or miss. They have everything from high end jeans, purses, perfumes, candles, shoes, even a good selection of make up. The good: usually a pretty good (and by good i mean i curse myself as i walk out because i spent way too much) selection of clothing. the shoe section is organized with a large "regular" section (aldo, converse, uggs, ivanna trump, jessica simpson) with clearly separated regular price, clearance, tennis shoe, and wide/narrow sections. There is also a separate high end section with tory birch, cole haans, and stewart weitzman. The makeup: usually a ton of NYX, and lots of palates/ sets of nars, stilla, and smash box. The bad: On a few occasions I've bought face creams and treatments that when i got home i discovered were clearly expired (separated/ rancid smell) once I asked a girl if they had a different size of a dress, she looked at the tag and told me "well thats from the actual store, so I'm not sure if we have any more", as well as seeing some tags that have the "original price" "our price" labels, and seeing tons of brands I've never seen in the actual nordstroms.... it all kinda of feels like a fraud to me... I want expensive things for cheap damn it! The lines are usually crazy long to check out Make sure you get your email back up receipt!!! I wasn't offered one once, and went to return something with no receipt! they wouldn't take it back. I like this store... and i don't think 3 stars is bad by any means... just beware this is not the discount mecca you think it may be. read more

So I'm torn about my 3 star decision for this Nordstorm's Rack, but I feel the selection available suffered after the move to the larger location. The handbag section is super small as well as the kids section. They did increase the size of the shoe section but the selection is not as good as before. (However, it has improved since the last time i was in!) The women's clothing section is huge and still has a pretty good selection. Jewelry is so so! Mens is small! Overall, tho great fashions for good prices. Great brands, nice staff, and a nice clean store. Although i have been to better Nordy Racks (in other cities) the small flaws in this one will not keep me from coming back. I was very excited to finally get to Nordstrom Rack since they took out the one that was near my neighborhood. I think of myself as a great digger that looks in between things to find some really great steals, but I felt like I was doing a little too much of that here. So it personally was disappointing for me. Women's clothing selection is HUGE, but so huge it is almost very unorganized. I swear I could never leave this store without bags in my hand.. Any reviews for this Nordstrom Rack before mid August 2011 must be for the old location because the one on Stephanie wasn't open until then. Nordstrom Racks in general have AMAZING shoe sections and if you're really lucky you can find $300 heels for $60 like me! They wouldn't be so messy if people would put shoes back where they found them. It does get cramped in the small clothing isles so if you HATE crowds, avoid coming on a weekend. You could find some great deals on jewelry/accessories/cosmetics as well. read more

Was there yesterday got some glasses but I'm short so try them on where there's a mirror and picked 3 paires and few small thing but few of them where my Freinds stuff that he put in my basket. my freind went to his car so I was calling him to come pay for his stuff but he didn't so yes it's my bad I just left all the stuff on a shelf in an exit ail and a very rude lady ask me where the rest of the glasses were I told her where I left all the stuff and I kept 3 paires which one of them did not have a sensors so if I wanted to steal them I could of. And I came to return a shirt that I paid and it was way to big but paid with my credit card but they were so sure I stoled that they were hera me. So I paid over 300$ for 3 paires of glasses and a girl came to me and said the police was on there way and I told her no problem but they need to hurry up cuz it was Mother's Day and we had reservations at the restaurant so when I left not only that lady was rude. I told her to check my purse cuz I don't have time for the police to come and she didn't want to and they had time to check the cameras. So I walked out she said the sincere rang. And I kept going because I told her to check my bags and she didnt. I paid 320$ for 3 pairs of glasses and they found where I left the other ones. I'm not a thief I just did not have time for the police and I know they did not call them so only that lady was harassing me nobody els. I understand I should of gave the glasses to the catchier and not leave them in a bin but I got treated so bad by that woman and she ran to my friends car and took pictures of the plate. Lol they have my information cuz when I paid I paid with my credit card and I had them change my address. I contacted my lawyer yesterday cuz it's one of my favorite stores but that was unacceptable that she followed me and called me a bitch. Ok I admit I was wrong to laugh when she called me a thief but I just gave the lady behind the counter my ID so she can put my items on my credit card so if I was going to steal y give them all my information. Yes I should of have all the other stuff to the lady but I wasn't sure if my freind was coming back to get it and I was not about to pay for his stuff. I've been a Nordstrom customer for many years, and it's upsetting that I came to this Nordstrom Rack to buy gifts. I was accompanied by my dog; therefore, I called beforehand to make sure it would be okay to bring him into the store. The store operator said they are dog friendly, and it's fine as long as he's on a leash. Mind you, he's been to several Nordstrom's and Nordstrom Racks in Chicago, and this was our first visit and last at this location. All the team members we saw were very friendly and petted him; however, one lady in particular said he couldn't be in the store unless he's a service dog and further stated it's their policy! Obviously not!! She said she would verify with her manager but at this point, I chose not to spend my money in this store. The Rack located in Henderson is a tad different than some of the others I have been to across the country. I give it a 3 stars due to the rather messy arrangements of the clothing and the lack of any real help. The lines for check out are long even with the new system of having staff with iPhone type app for check out. It's really unfortunate when the women offering gift wrap for donations to charity are rude and insulting. I just visited this location to make a quick return as I'm short on time. But as a loyal cardholder I plan to return tomorrow to shop for all my family's Christmas gifts with my 10pts day, so when the woman asked if I needed gift wrap today, I said no (I didn't purchase anything today) but when I asked if they'd be here tomorrow she interrupted me and said I could purchase a toy from them. I asked again if they'd be there tomorrow and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and said yes. What in the world?? Have to agree with some of the other reviews on here. We normally love Nordstroms Rack and were visiting this one on vacation. Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was actually not very busy, and there were not many customers. I had to wait every time I went to the dressing rooms, as did several other customers. They seemed to have an unusual number of associates organizing things on the floor. In spite of this, it was still very disorganized. There was so much it was difficult to look around, let alone find things. The final straw was at checkout. We were waiting in a short lineup for two cashiers. There was no queue sign. One cashier went to the other side of the desk and the customer ahead of me followed her. Assuming it was ok to proceed to the open cashier, I did so. The other customer shouted at me - apparently they had been told where to queue. But they were still assisted by the other cashier. When I asked our cashier she didn't answer, just sighed heavily and frowned at us. We're used to better customer service, or at least a smile, We left without purchasing anything. read more

This is a good place to find great bargains on brand name clothes and accessories. Sometimes you can find great deals on makeup too. My niece loves to go with me because they have a nice selection of kids clothes. I visit at least once a month and usually leave happy. The staff is friendly and willing to help you if needed. Only 4 stars because this place gets really messy and disorganized sometimes, with clothes thrown around and put into the wrong sections. The Nordstrom Racks I've been to in CA and Texas are better, but this is still a good place to find low cost stuff in Vegas. read more

Shopping just got so much easier here!! You no longer have to wait in line at the cash registers! While I was scouring the clearance clothes racks, a sales clerk on the floor approached me. She let me know that I can check out my purchases as long as I am paying with a debit or credit card with anyone on the floor wearing the bright lime green shirts! The lime green shirts stood out so I had no problem spotting a clerk down once I was ready to make a dent in my bank account. They all carry a handheld device that scans your merchandise and once you get ready to pay they scan your card. You can have a printed receipt, have it emailed to you, or both!! No waiting in line. Super convenient! You can also get the same services as the department stores like free alterations if you have their reward card. When I bought a long sundress, the sales clerk at the fitting room suggested that their tailor can hem my dress and finish it while I shopped. Got measured and my dress was ready in 15 minutes! How awesome is that? That's what makes Nordy's the leader in customer service! read more

I love Nordstroms, but Nordstroms Rack is really a hit or miss store. Lately everytime I have gone in it has been a miss. Their buyers have been slacking at bringing in the goods and sometimes (well more so often now) it has been cheaper to buy at the actual Nordstroms store. Surprising. The contemporary section you can find designer jeans ranging from 79.97 to 139.97 depending on the brand. My boyfrend loves the brand RVCA and from the tshirts I have found there I have discovered it has been cheaper to buy at the actual department store. Over the summer I did find rayban sunnies there for 79.97 compared to 129.97 at the store. The baby clothes section does have some good deals where I get to find some things to spoil my 2 month old nephew. I say if you are over in the area to stop in and check it out but for the moment it is nothing to drive out of your way for. You would end up paying more in gas than actually saving on your purchases. read more

August 14, 2011 Today I visited the grand re-opening of Nordstrom Rack. They are now in a newer location and I just had to see what all the fuss was about. Nearly every girl at my work was going crazy about the Nordstrom Rack. After learning that they also had Men's clothing, I figured I take the journey across town. Pros: + Huge location + Extremely organized + open layout + Name Brands galore + Friendly staff Cons: - Crowded parking (I expected it considering my visit took place on a Sun.) - No designated clearance section - super far drive (considering I live near Centennial) So this is my first time in a Nordstrom Rack. I never made it to the old location, so I can't do much of a comparison between the two, but I can say that this place is huge. It's like a Burlington, but more organized (maybe because it just opened). My trip took place on a Sunday, which explains the crowded parking (on top of the fact that this location opened just this week and it's a Grand Re-Opening). Compared to the MSRP of name brands, the prices were down about 10-20% (more on some). There isn't a designated clearance section, but I did see a few items with a clearance tag on it. The selection of stuff was really good. They have everything from clothing to home decor. The staff was real friendly and their attention to service was evident. The moment I stepped line, someone was standing there directing people to an open register. I waited less than a minute even though there were 3 other parties in front of me. I ended up purchasing a Diesel watch for more than half off of what Watch Station in Planet Hollywood was charging alongside a 2 original Ipod skins for my Ipod and my girlfriend's too. Overall: + I would recommend this place to people who love name brands. Though the prices aren't slashed drastically, one can still save a significant amount of money. Tips: * I'd definitely try and avoid this place on weekends... The parking lot is big, but there is just so many people there. * Come when you actually feel like shopping. REALLY disappointed in this location. I, myself never go here as the location in Down Town Summerlin is much closer to me. I was reconciling my Nordstrom credit card and noticed a $307.00 charge that did not look familiar to any amount that I've spent at Nordstrom Rack. I called the merchant services and they were able to read off an itemized receipt and everything listed were items I would not buy. There were baby clothes, sun glasses and men's footwear. I do not have a child or shop for men's shoes. I also wear prescription eye glasses so I am not too keen on sun glasses. I'm not too sure what measures the sales associates go through to ensure that customers are not using stolen credit cards but extra steps should be taken. Not just at Nordstrom Rack but every retailer, a customers identity should be a priority to keep safe. read more

Coming from the Bay Area and having three Nordstrom Rack locations to choose from, this location is definitely my favorite. Let me tell you why.. DENIM. I swear to G everytime I come to this location, I leave with at least two pairs of the perfect denim in my size. This is rarely ever the case with the Bay Area locations. I'm lucky if I can find more than one pair of jeans in a size 26, since I assume it's so common. In addition, this location has a ton of Juicy apparel; the complete outfit (hoodie and pants) are available to purchase 'coz there's nothing worst than finding the hoodie of your choice without the matching pants. I can't say much for their shoes since I rarely ever have the patience to go through every aisle, but obviously that means they have an extensive selection. All in all, this Nordstrom Rack seems to get a lot more apparel than others, and as always, at significantly discounted prices. I love the actual location of this Rack, too, since its neighbors are Ulta, Marshalls, and Target. You know what that means.. shopping after shopping after shopping. What could top that? read more
