I'd say 85% of my wardrobe is from the Rack! And probably closer to 95% of all of my shoes are from there! Love this place with my whole heart! I've been shopping there over 5 years now. I've always gotten great deals. You might have to look through the racks of merchandise sometimes to find the sweet deals! It's definitely worth it though because of the quality of their merchandise. I've literally seen things at the Fashion Show Nordstroms and thought "See ya at the Rack!"...not more than a couple weeks later...there's the item I wanted only it's discounted! Both my parents and my husband are addicted too! REALLY disappointed in this location. I, myself never go here as the location in Down Town Summerlin is much closer to me. I was reconciling my Nordstrom credit card and noticed a $307.00 charge that did not look familiar to any amount that I've spent at Nordstrom Rack. I called the merchant services and they were able to read off an itemized receipt and everything listed were items I would not buy. There were baby clothes, sun glasses and men's footwear. I do not have a child or shop for men's shoes. I also wear prescription eye glasses so I am not too keen on sun glasses. I'm not too sure what measures the sales associates go through to ensure that customers are not using stolen credit cards but extra steps should be taken. Not just at Nordstrom Rack but every retailer, a customers identity should be a priority to keep safe. read more

The lady working in men's was great, she was very helpful, and I found some quality shirts, I wish they carried more quicksilver and other items like light weight jackets that aren't athletic. Overall they bug you a little to much by asking if your ok or if you need help, I think asking once is good enough and we know how to find you if we have a question. It's a nice store if you want to visit. Update: sorry if this post sounded to negative, this location is very nice and the store is very clean. in a very useful plaza... target, pier one, ulta, marshalls, bath and body works, famous footwear.... anyway... this store is very well organized and not cluttered. They have an awesome collection of shoes and the system of organizing rack by size and types of clothing.. [makeup, shoes, undergarments, menswear...kids] very much works.. name brands.. and not so name brands. did i say that they had a very good collection of shoes? i usually get lucky when i hit this place up.. so that's always good. read more

I love this store! I can spend hours in here! The sales associates are very friendly and welcoming. Never understaffed. The store itself is big and spread out - better in my opinion then other Rack stores. When you drive by and see red balloons outside that means there's an additional 25% off clearance sale! It's worth picking through the racks to get some awesome deals... sometimes 80+% off! read more

The prices may not be as good as Marshall's or Ross, but the ratio of cute clothes to ugly clothes is definitely higher. Because it's Nordstrom's, feel free to buy and try on at home and return what you don't like. Just don't cut the tags! Super helpful and friendly sales associates. They were having a sale on boots so the sales associate made sure to point out the good deals. One for example was a pair of Uggs that were marked down to $10 plus an additional 50% off. The store was clean and we were pulled out of the main line to a kiosk to complete a credit/debit card transaction. read more

I have been to other Nordstrom Racks with much better selection. It always seems like all their merchandise is on rounders grouped by size. I visit about once a week and its always about the same. I do like getting my shoes here. read more

After finding out the one up near Anthem was closing down and this one would be the alternative. It took some time for me to stop by and maybe I have missed the peak window of them at their best. Browsing through the inventory left me underwhelmed. The clothes were nothing special. Some of the brands were higher end, but did not come at a price that was different then what you can buy at the regular stores. The designs are more mature for my taste as well. read more

Nordstrom Rack is one of the only brick and mortar clothing stores I continue to shop. Working for a huge online retailer makes it easier to shop online. The store itself isn't that big but big enough for me to spend a good chunk of money every few weeks. I can usually find in-demand designers at great prices - I've even scored a few couture pieces at crazy low prices (Tory Burch, Marc by Marc Jacobs & DVF to name a few). There are also less expensive brands that look great. I love their jewelry & accessories section. I can always find cute earrings at low prices and I drool over designer handbags. The employees are always really friendly which is important to me when I'm shopping. I ain't got time for no meanies! What I love most about Nordstrom Rack is that my husband also loves this store, so it's convenient for us both to shop! read more

I purchased an expensive blouse at Nordstrom Rack and after following the washing instructions very carefully, it shrunk to the point where I could not wear it. Being extremely unsatisfied with this purchase, I brought the top back to return it. The manager, Brett O'Connor, not only, did not allow me to return it, he would not give me store credit either. I will no longer shop at Nordstrom Rack. There are so many other stores in Las Vegas that have much better customer service! read more

This place offers brand-name, high quality clothes at much cheaper prices than you would find at a normal Nordstrom. Unlike other discount stores, Nordstrom Rack offers actual brands and authentic products, not cheap knock-offs or questionably defective items. The best thing I love about this place are the shoes. I make it a point to look through all the shoes in my size on every visit, including dress, athletic, casual, etc. Most of my shoes have come from here just because they are so cheap but of great quality. The only reason I give it four stars is because since Nordstrom Rack only offers what could not be sold at Nordstrom, many of the products can be very eclectic. Sometimes it is easy to see why things were not purchased. So then it becomes a matter of sorting through everything to find what fits you and your style. Love this Nordstrom Rack! I finally found a pair of shoes at a Nordstrom Rack store that didn't look worn, tried on too much or returned. Their shoe selection was great! Clothes were predictable carrying usual brands. Wish there were more discounts on all the clearance merchandise...hit or miss... Checkout was super fast and easy finding the sales associate. Horrible service with alterations. Was going to buy two suits. They made me wait 45 minutes to wait for the alteration lady. When she got back she said it will be a month before I can get the suits back. Really a month? Couldn't she tell me that before she made me wait. Horrible service! read more

Terrible service. I am huge Nordstrom shopper, but the service at norstromrack.com is terrible. I ordered a birthday present on Monday for party I am going to on Saturday. Its Thursday and items have not even been shipped out yet. I called yesterday and she assured me it was being shipped right away and I should have it by today. I called today, and its still not even shipped. Supervisor told me she would call me back and never did. I called again and they put me on hold again for anther 25 min and came back and said sorry nothing we can do. You will get your package when its shipped and we can't guaranty when it will be shipped. Although on their website they state Ships in 1 - 2 days from order date. Very disappointing. Will NOT EVER be shopping from Nordstrom Rack ever again! read more

I am a nordstrom rewards member since January and since then, I have been spending close to 1500 every month on Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, every Sunday with my family. But just this Sunday, this location's staffs rubbed me off the wrong way. Their watch section was open. Mind you, there was no sign that said a thing about not to touch anything in it or to ask assistance from staff, so we did check out the styles. And all of a sudden, this lady in black, big built woman with a horrible makeup comes running towards us as if we were stealing their stocks. Guys, I was wearing my iWatch that is by the way worth more than a $200 watch they have displayed then. The said lady speaks very loudly about having that shelf open and called the security. Made my family very uncomfortable, so I went and told that lady that it was already open. Her response was, "oh, it was never left open". She shut me off, a loyal customer to their store for almost a year now.. so much about their "great customer service". This lady even comes walking saying, "oh I'm gonna check on the video" (in a very unprofessional way..) The lady in black went back out from the back waving her hair like she really found something suspicious at us. Folks, we were closely watched since, the security and the old woman with gray hair. Wherever we were, they man us and thought that we would really steal their watch. We are of different race as they are and we felt like because we are asians, they deprived us with our rights in living in this free country. Just because we are asians, doesn't mean we don't know how to speak out and would let you step on us like that. If this is how you treat your loyal customers and my family, then I'm out. read more

Never EVER ever again. EVER. I don't bargain hunt for a reason, and my latest experience at this store just reiterates why. I purchased a Betsey Johnson watch and I was so excited about it! The next day, I went to set the watch and the piece that you use to set it broke off. I took it to a watch repairmen and he said it would be an additional 40$ to fix. So I took it back to the store. They didn't have a replacement, they had something similar, but it wasn't what I wanted. The girl at the counter gave me no option at all, just to get my money back. I asked to speak with a manager (I will never understand why people have to escalate to get better service) the manager offered to find the watch at another store. Great!!! I love that! 2 different people are on the phone calling other stores to find the watch, they find it at another store in CA and are going to send it to me. GREAT!!! They refund my card, but never charge me for the replacement watch. I called the store yesterday to find out what was going on and there was no record of them doing the swap. Again, the person helping me was most unhelpful and offered no solution at all. Her "solution" was to wait 3 to 5 days and see what happens, maybe the charge would show up and maybe the other store would ship it to me. That was her "solution" ? Are you kidding me?! I suggested that they fix the original watch and when they called back, they said that's what they would do. This all happened from Saturday to yesterday. So, we'll see what happens. Regardless, I'm done with Nordstrom Rack. There's a reason that I stay away from stores like this and now I remember why. read more
