I have been to this Nordstrom Rack few times in the past, but not in a very long time. I needed a nice purse and couple of tiny perfumes. When I say tiny, I mean like something close to a perfume that is not too big in size. I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). Very content and impressed with everything & everyone! Keep up the good work! Will be back again soon.. if & when I am in the area, and/if I need anything else for me, for a gift, or something else.. I am always looking for the next best fashion statement that I can create...So, I like to pop in here every now and then to see if they have anything that catches my eye! Today I was looking for warm cozy sweaters to throw over my yoga/pilates wear and actually scored a few items! One was on the sale rack! Can I get a Woo Hoo! The store is well organized and clean. Honestly, I love most Nordstrom Racks and this is one of the more clean and organized stores. I don't always find something when I go because Nordstrom Rack store usually only carry one or two of something, but what I really like are the shoes. I have discovered new brands here (like Rothys) and they have a great selection of sneakers. They have an especially amazing selection if you wear size 10 and above. I only wish my size 9 feet were a little bigger. read more

This is one of the newest locations at noho west, big parking structure available as well. This store is a decent size, they do carry good items, you just have to take the time to look through the racks. I always find something to take home when I shop here. Today, I came to return a pair of jeans that did not fit me, the transaction went well and I even purchased new work sneakers. I have not ran into any issues here while shopping and find it to be stocked pretty well. I stopped by this Nordstrom rack when I was exploring NoHo west plaza before a movie. This store is right next to LA Fitness and the parking garage so its convenient. When you walk inside, the mens area are on the left .. the women's are on the right and the shoes are toward the back of the store. The sunglasses and other stuff are next to the entrance. This store had a lot of stuff on display and out when I came. I took a look at some of their belts and ties, the prices were kind of high but it's basically a higher place than Ross. There no self checkout here so you'll have to pay with a cashier. I saw that this place sells luggages and also home decorations things as well. read more

Went to pick up a online order and then was gonna make a purchase. The worker Dolores was really rude. She cut me off and was mobile order first then showed me her screen for a second and walked away. Then I asked if she could give me a price on a bag since it was the only one and no tag, she looked at me and just said so what's your question. Then when I explained again, she cut me off again and asked my number. And just looked away. I literally told her nevermind I don't wanna purchase anything from a store where the employees are rude and don't let you finish talking. I was shopping in the middle of the day and a guy shoplifted like 10 handbags. I was right by the door as he ran out with bags all over his person. Also, the MAC cosmetics now have little coupons instead of the actual product. No ability to look at the shades until you're at the counter paying for them. Basically the same as buying online but instead I have to drive here and get gawked at by weirdos smoking outside the Starbucks. NoHo West had potential at the beginning but years in, it still looks unfinished, abandoned and gross. Nordstrom Rack I was excited about you but over time, it's just looking more like a Marshalls or something. Can't things just stay nice sometimes?! read more

If you would have told me, say 4 or so years ago, when the development of NoHo West was announced that shops would be a draw at the base of a cookie cutter residential complex that wasn't near a Metro station, I would laugh out loud. I'm here to tell you I was wrong. Little by little this center is bringing em in and the Rack is solid. I said to myself, "I'll just pop in for a couple minutes before I hit the gym next door." An hour plus later the only workout I had was from checking out the sheer massive volume of clothes and footwear here. Seriously, this place is insane with the quality discount stuffs. Post Covid stalls to try stuff on and ample free parking just across the street help to enable your indulgences. Staff is very helpful as well. Come one, come all! read more

Love this location with ample parking! This is one of the best Rack stores I've been to lately. Clean dressing rooms, aisles, lots of selection and sizes. The have a decent men's section with labels such as, Tommy Bahama and Robert Graham. I saw many denim labels for women too! FRAME, Joe's & 7 for All Mankind. When you feel like you're ready for "grown up" accessories (and sometimes clothes), this is my recommendation. Been going to different locations regularly so I'm noticing certain trends, so most importantly I tend to find some good bags here (purses, luggage, etc.) and the store itself is pretty well maintained. When I know there's a sale, I usually hit up this location since I know it's one of the better ones, even if it's not as big as others. Easy parking as it shares a huge multi-story lot with other businesses. I'm really glad this is at NoHo West and I'll continue to be a regular here. read more

Large store, good selection of items, easy parking since there is a parking structure available (60 min free then $1 for 30 min), but wow... they literally must've hired the most unmotivated employees ever. They literally take so ing to check out one person, and they do not care if the line is growing. They complete the check out and instead of going to the next person in one, they dilly dally, move at a glacial pace, and won't acknowledge anyone waiting. I mean, compare this and the ones at the Burbank Nordstrom Rack and how quickly they move things along there. read more

Check your receipt before you leave! This is the 2nd time I was overcharged at a Rack store (first time at NoHo West) On top of that, I get a frosty cashier who couldn't be bothered to say hello. As I was walking out, I noticed the discrepancy, and went back to her, after politely telling her what happened, she turns salty, adjusts the price, and hands me my receipt ( no attempt at even a fake "sorry about that" just a dirty look, when I asked her if it was adjusted without needing my credit card again, she barely nods without saying a word. If she doesn't like working with the public, maybe she should be stocking in the back? read more

I shop at NoHo West Trader Joe's because there's ample parking. It was packed today, and I had to go to the second floor garage. As I was going down the escalator, I saw a Nordstrom Rack! Holy moly. This wasn't planned, but the outdoor DJ's music in front of Nordy's caught my attention! Now I know why the parking was full on the first level. I went in to check it out. Today is THE grand opening. It was extremely crowded. It was not my favorite time to shop, and it felt like it was black Friday. I did find a knock-off Lululemon jacket that was a beautiful rosy nude color for only $29! The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. When I went home to try on my jacket, I saw beauty beauty bags. It must be for the grand opening gifts. It has mini sizes of the Clinique high impact mascara, dramatically different moisturizing lotion, Shiseido oil-free moisturizer with SPF 30, and NYX butter gloss in cinnamon roll. What a nice surprise. I'll definitely go back again when it's not crazy busy. It's on the ground level next to Starbucks. I'm happy not to have to schlep to Woodland Hills location. The NoHo location is more of a compact store compared to Woodland Hills. read more

Called to know if they had a Versace Eros specific cologn for a birthday gift for a friend of mine, I didn't want to waste my time driving there, so I called to make sure they had it in store 1st. spoke w/paydan. She asked for the item number, I gave her the item number & she said they had several bottles of each in 1.7 & 3.4 ounces. Got there, asked her if she can unlock the shelf for me(same person) . She requested someone else to open the cabinet( cabinets locked) I waited over 15 min waiting for someone, I went back to the register to ask her to please open it. She said that she'll send someone over, eventually someone comes over & they didn't have the 3.4 ounces at all. Only one bottle of 1.7 ounces, wanted 3.4 ounces, Waste of my time. Unpleasant interaction with a rude female employee! As my family and I were waiting for my brother to finish shopping by the shoe, an ugly rude female employee yelled at us to move out of her way, because we were standing and blocking the aisle and entrance to the employee lounge. We weren't blocking the employee lounge entrance, and the rude employee could have easily walked around. I guess this is how the employees interact with their customers? Avoid this dump! read more

I went to this store to pickup an online Nordstrom order and picked up a few shirts while I was in the store and my girlfriend waited in line. The clerk was very nice and chatted us up as we checked out. I like to be in and out when I come to stores like this (especially around holiday time), so I grabbed the shirts figuring I'd try them on at home. Upon getting home, my girlfriend noticed a yellow stain on one of the shirts as we took it out of the bag. A few days later (post-Christmas madness), we went to return the shirt. I pointed out to the clerk that I wanted to return this shirt in particular because of a weird stain that we noticed when we took the shirt out of the bag. The clerk went over to a manager at the next cash register who passive-aggressively stated that they could not accept the return as they would never sell me something with a stain. They would "graciously" give me store credit. This was not a satisfactory resolution, so I asked for the store manager. 5 minutes later, a manager came out from the back and out of nowhere immediately accused me of cursing at her employees and that I was offered all they could offer me. Candidly, this is the most absurd thing I've ever heard inside of a store, let alone a Nordstrom-affiliated store that formerly was known for exceptional customer service and excellent return policy. My girlfriend and I were both flabbergasted at this accusation as I am a level-headed guy who rarely uses a curse word, let alone at another individual. Upon politely asking for another manager, I was told that she was on vacation and I'd need to email her. We left the store pretty floored and defeated at what just happened. Upon exiting, I went over to the initial employee who helped me and asked if I had cursed at him and if I had I deeply apologize. Surprisingly, he said I hadn't cursed at him but that I mentioned about an expletive being on the shirt (lol...still don't think I said that but that was all I needed to hear before leaving). When I returned home, I received a survey from Nordstrom (fun!). I filled it out and within an hour received a response from a different manager stating that he'd happily fully refund me, no questions asked. I said great but he then insisted that I needed to go back in to do the transaction instead of on the phone. This made no sense to me as the item was already in Nordstrom's possession and they have all my info. The last thing I wanted to do was ever step back into this store. Not worth my time or energy. I'm only writing this as I find it to be incredibly poor business practice all around and I want others to be warned to take their business elsewhere if they want to be treated like a normal customer with respect. Gabriel H. was so patient with us while trying to set up a Nordstrom card for us. She was so nice and easy to talk to, and even made us laugh a couple of times! As she was telling us about not only the card but also the products in the store, I could tell she knew what she was talking about. She was also very calm and professional when we ultimately decided to not go through with the card. She handled the situation well and we left satisfied. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had worst customer service experience today. I was minding my own business in the Make up section and the worker who claims her name is "Kelly" had an issue with me testing out one of the moisturizers she aggressively grabbed it out my hand and told me that she can't have this on the floor because I was testing it and that they don't have testers! Had I known they don't have testers I wouldn't test it out. She could have approached it in a different way I wouldn't have a problem so I told her she's rude and she started arguing with me like she's outside in the streets and she yelled that her name is "Kelly" found out later her name is daisy. I wasn't even gonna complain but since she really wanted me to do I did. Not only that when I was first looking at other makeup she came right next to me and started doing work and made it seem like I was in her way so I didn't really care I just moved and she took over the whole space like I was bothering her so rude and ghetto and unprofessional Nordstrom and rack have never had such horrible service like that its a shame what has happened over the years and what kind of people they hire who puts there whole reputation down never shopping from them again. read more
