I couldn't ask for better service. It took us approximately 30 mins to figure out what I needed and get a price. I informed him I would like to pick them up at a location near Rt 95 on my way up. He told me that would not be an issue. He was rite. Jim had them shipped to Manchester NH where I picked them up. The store manager Tom Foley and sales Associate Allan Gibbs both called me up to assure me that my complete order had arrived and all my cabinets were their. The day I arrived both gentlemen were waiting and had all my cabinets by the loading dock. We went over the list and both help me load them into my trailer. The counter top got installed, and the installer cracked it drilling a hole for the sink. That was 3 weeks ago, "there's not a log Cabinets to Go can do as they are not the installer", and the installer, Counter Fabricators has not had a manager or anyone who can actually do anything communicate with us, not one phone call! CS will schedule a repair, but no warranty, no discount, they wont even talk about installing a new counter. MY kitchen project has now been delayed 3 weeks with still no resolution.

So as we were about to leave we saw one of the employees not doing anything so we asked her if she could answer a couple of questions. First thing she says is "do you have an appointment?" We said no cause we didn't know we needed one to have a question or 2 answered. And there were no signs anywhere saying you needed an appointment to talk with someone. Would have been nice to have been at least greeted as we walked in and kinda given this info.

My biggest complaint is that the customer service rep. only responds to my emails and phone calls at 4 pm aka end of day when I can't do anything about it. Product failed to be delivered and then when it finally came in after a week she sits on the product for 3 days and then tells me "delivery is full". I get that I'm not a contractor and my order was small but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Avoid if you are completing your job and aren't a big name that gets quality customer service!

The contractor suggested Kitchen Associates (KA), which was perhaps the best vendor on our list. The Sterling location isn't very close, but the service, personnel, and goods more than compensated for the extra miles we had to drive to get there. This two-floor establishment has sample kitchens set up with every type of cabinetry, hardware, counter covering, pantry, and hardware imaginable, so you could picture what your own space could possibly look like. We brought in pictures of our then-kitchen and asked for suggestions on how to modify it. Jay, the owner, took our paperwork and rough measurements, and in 30 minutes came up with a beautiful plan that would accommodate everything we wanted...at no charge. We chose the cabinets and layout, and were then directed to a granite place where we chose the slabs. Prices for the cabinets and installation, etc., were very reasonable, and the installer was fabulous, clean, and quick. The result is a great new kitchen with a large pantry closet and a center island. Edit: We also purchased our bathroom cabinet/sink from KA, and they put in a rush to have it manufactured and delivered (took about 2 weeks from the time we ordered) when I told them that our builder was anxious to finish. The original vendor for bathroom stuff screwed up and never ordered the cabinet (the salesperson I had spoken to also had an attitude). KA came through. What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation.
