He told me that would not be an issue. He was rite. Jim had them shipped to Manchester NH where I picked them up. The store manager Tom Foley and sales Associate Allan Gibbs both called me up to assure me that my complete order had arrived and all my cabinets were their. The day I arrived both gentlemen were waiting and had all my cabinets by the loading dock. We went over the list and both help me load them into my trailer. Hardware was ordered before I had been asked to confirm. I was shocked to find out that it had already been ordered. We never finalized handles versus knobs and what we wanted where. Unfortunately, their layout and product all have random numbers assigned to them making it difficult for us homeowners to "check" that everything is correct. Ultimately, we were not provided with the correct pieces to finish out kitchen. We had to do multiple additional orders to get everything we needed (quarter round, molding, hardware, etc). The quality of the cabinets is as expected, not fantastic but not god awful. 2 of our drawers do not funtion properly and we were essentially told that they were out of warranty and they could not help us. Overall, not impressed and would likely not order from them again without going in with the intention of picking every single piece of cabinetry, filler, molding, etc, myself. Like someone else said in their review - "they will do anything to get your business upfront but as soon as you have an issue afterwards, you are on your own." Couldn't have said it better myself.

What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. Communication was superb and they made our project fun and stress free. We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We Highly recommend them!

I was looking for standard-sized cabinets that were well constructed and would last a long time. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. Best of all, I didn't get the unwanted sales push that I got from some of the other stores. this is an update to the review on Google. The owner is a lier. she knows exactly which unit she…read moresold me. Her son told her that the price had been scratched out so she knew which cabinet it was. I didn't even know she had a website. So her telling me I was getting one over on her is really stupid. Then she writes in her rebuttal how confused she was. She was not confused. That unit was priced in her store for $300. We offered her $200. She said she wanted to talk to her son which she did do, and I spoke to my husband to make sure he was still agreeable. She called me back and agreed to the price. I gave her the name of the unit and it's dementions. Now she's playing stupid saying she thought it was the gray one. I told her it was not a gray one and confirmed everything before I Venmod her and scheduled a pick up date. Her husband threatened me scaring the crap out of me he got right in my face and his big fat belly touched me. I told the police and they did nothing. They said it was. civil matter but then turned around and threatened to arrest me because I wanted the cabinet we paid for. telling me it wasn't mine. How was it not mine. I paid in full and made arrangements to pick it up. I sent her photos of the label and the dementions that we had taken the night before telling her as we were leaving that if it fit we'd be back the next day. So we paid for it and the police threatened me telling me to take the refund or loose the money entirely. So much for not being there for the civil part. So I left because they told me I had to. She sends me a refund and in her statement on Google she said I refused it. That never happened. And she charged me a fee for whatever. I sent her $200 she refunded me $196.50. That company did a shady thing. She told the police that I could come back anytime. Well she blocked me on Facebook. I think that's because she got an offer for that cabinet after I paid her from Facebook. where she had it for $700. I hope that the people who read this bought that cabinet for $700 and realize they got ripped off. Norm, the owner, came out and looked at our bathroom to give us an estimate. What we got after that was a 3-line email with a lump-sum estimate of more than $29,000. We were shocked! We called the company and talked to Norm. We said we were willing to scale back on things. For example, materials. We had wanted real tile in the shower but said we would consider an insert made from manufactured material to get the cost down. We asked him for a more detailed estimate (toilet vs. tub. vs. floor, etc.) so we could identify the aspects of the job we could scale back. We also told him our budget could go as high as $20,000. We never heard from him again! Completely ghosted us! So unprofessional and just outright rude. I would never recommend this company!
