Very reasonable pricing, I have brought my suit jackets here back to back, dropped off my other as soon as I picked up the first one I brought here because I was happy with the price, both jackets was cleaned well but one of them seem to have had holes on the collar but I can't 100% put the blame on them so I'll pay close attention to my suits before having it dry cleaned next time and if all is well then all the stars will remain read more

My husband found this place and likes it for his dry cleaning. He had a suit and shirt to drop off, so I took them to this place. The lady in front was really friendly and she gave me a ticket with a time and date to pick up. This place is clean, organized and overall a good place for dry cleaning. read more

I have been a loyal customer for many years of this cleaners. The parking is so easy now since the Sushi place next door moved to another location. The front lady of this cleaners is the best! She is always smiling and will remember everyones' names :) The prices are cheap and they offer same day service as well! Their alterations are really professional and they will make sure you are happy with the final product. I have been going here for around 5 years now for both my dry cleaning and my alterations. They are very reasonable considering the higher cost of cleaning. I came here to remove a big old stain I got on my suit after a wedding and they got it out! I highly recommend this place they def care about the satisfaction of their customer by working hard to meet their premium standards. I got my suit back after a couple of days..for a stain that big and a couple of days and for the price. What a bargain! 3 thumbs up! read more

DON'T COME HERE EVEN IF IT IS COST DEPENDENT! I dropped off my wedding dress to be altered and steam cleaned. They gave it back to me incomplete with things still needing stitching, took off my strapless hanger straps and used pins which left oxidized stains. The dress has a stain on it, so they did not clean it or treat it with care. I dropped it off for them to fix it and went shopping. I asked them to add my hanger straps back and they said there as no evidence of hanger straps, ON A STRAPLESS DRESS! I reluctantly left my dress there and went shopping. I didn't have a good feeling about it and went back to get my dress. When I went back, my dress was hanging out of its bag, touching the floor!! I was appalled! I went to get my money back as I had to go to another vendor to FIX their mistakes and pay MORE money. They wouldn't refund my money because I didn't give them the chance to fix their mistakes. ARE THEY SERIOUS!?! They had my dress for 15 -20 minutes max and it was treated poorly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Affordable, cleaned and dried my clothes well, but overall I believe it was the owners aura and talents that will bring him tons of business. I would definitely come here more often if I had lived nearby but more so I place this review to overall state that I would recommend The Fresh Cycle to anyone needing to get your clothes washed / dried. Sadly, a lot of machines and dryers are broken, and the place is super small, so it can only really handle 3 people at a time. Most of the broken ones are labeled but not all, so I lost a few coins and there wasn't anyone there to tell. Also, the strobing effect of the fan near the dryers is very unpleasant. The machines that do work work well, and the dryers do a good job and don't require you to add a lot of time. I managed to dry a month's worth of laundry for $2.50, which is less than my apartment complex charges for one dry cycle. I guess that's why some woman came in and only used the dryers and took up of them... If I lived closer, I might come back just to support the nice owners. But there's a mid coin laundry right around the corner from me, so it's not really worth going out of my way.

I really don't know anything about their dry cleaning service but I can tell you the owner of this establishment has a nasty temper. My fiancé, 80 lbs, parked her car taking the spot of one of the cars that just left after he picked up to go food from the sushi restaurant two doors down. This is a typical LA parking lot where spots are limited with no designated signs for shared parking spots. The angry dry cleaner owner came out following her into the restaurant screaming like a maniac got up two inches from her face cursing at her that she was parking in his business's parking spots. This was in front of her friend, other restaurant patrons and the restaurant staff where he made this horrific scene. He was foaming at the mouth and spitting with every word that came out of his mouth. People had to calm him down. I don't know if this man had a bad day or what but all he had to do was calmly ask her to move her car if he felt that this was his property. He didn't seem to have a problem with the man before her using that same parking spot picking up food. Like I said this review is not regarding the service they provide. Maybe based on the reviews he's good with an iron but clearly this man has anger issues. read more

Excellent service and customer satisfaction! You usually don't think much when going to a dry cleaners but the owner/lady was very friendly and made sure that my alterations came out perfectly! Seems like a business that is very clean and well ran.
