It's been a year I go to this cleaners. Few times I got my black Versace , Heron Preston, Dolce and Gabbana pants faded , when I told them about that-the answer was, ---May be your clothes are not the original ones‍ But the last experience that I've had with this cleaners was the worst. They burned a $700 Prada T-shirt and no one is responsible for that. First they were refusing that they did it, but when I asked if they have cameras , they accepted their fault, but offered us 10 times of amount that we paid for t-shirt's cleaning . The manager said that that's their policy and we can do nothing. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR EXPENSIVE CLOTHES. THEY CAN RUIN $1000 CLOTH AND PAY BACK $45 FOR IT‍ If I could post photos , I would love to. read more

This was my first visit to Continental Cleaners. I was completely frustrated that I could not fix a broken zipper on a pillow sham. The zipper is 36" and I had already made 2 trips to Joann Fabrics. While I waited, they were able to fix the zipper. I would highly recommend them. By the way, I called at least 4 other cleaners in the neighborhood and was told they could not help me. I've been going here for about a year. I don't get a lot of things dry cleaned but everything they've done has been great. Basic cleaning prices are excellent; simple alterations are done professionally and also at a reasonable price. Their standard speed is 3-5 days but they don't seem to charge extra for faster service. The best thing about this place is that they pick up and deliver for free! You can't beat that!! Also, customer service is great. They are friendly, professional, and honest. UPDATE (June 2012): Gotta upgrade them to 5 stars. We had a washing machine malfunction mid wash cycle at our house. So I called them and asked if they could save me. (I had one load soaking wet and two more waiting to get washed.) It was a Friday afternoon... They told me to bring it by and they'd help. Not only that, the owner recommended a repairman (even called and made the introduction) who came out the next day and fixed the washer for cheap. Saved the day and the laundry! I took one of my favorite/very expensive comforters here after reading the yelp reviews, and was very pleased with the service that I received. Not only was the price reasonable but they managed to get all of the stains and smell out of my comforter as promised. Upon returning to pick it up the comforter was not ready because they sent it back to be re-washed since they were not pleased with the original outcome, so I had to return the following day. This was not a problem considering that I preferred my comforter to be as clean as possible as well as the reason that I live several blocks away from Continental Dry Cleaners, there was no real inconvenience. OMG the worst dry cleaners ever. the customer service was horrible. I purchased a groupon and used it for my shirts. after i picked up my dry cleaning i realized there were still spots on the shirts and they had over processed one of them and ruined the collar completely on a brand new shirt. when i took them back to get redone the owner would not take any responsibility and said they do not guarantee for stains to come out. they would not even take responsibility for the shirt they damaged. they said that is probably the way it was before i brought it in. they collar freekin had holes it. wtf!!! i explained to them that i used the groupon to have a pleasant experience and the owner said that he was interested in my experience. i definitely DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Ok so i suggest u people dont waste ure time do not go here they are waste of time n money ,they r ridicoulus .so i took my dress in so they can do few changes on it they had to cut the tail and shorten the dress a bit ( keep in mind for doin that they charged so much .100.00) i said thats fine as long as u guys do a good work .ok so time came i picked it up and that day we had a party that i was going to wear my dress,and guesssss what they didnt do a damn thing on the dress my dress was still super long and they hadnt touched it .so it ruined my mood and i was afraid of falling ..plus two of my aunts took there dresses there for that day party and they had ruined it .they r awful .
