    Vegan menu

Small hole in the wall place but they do have quite a few tables for dining in. I love that they not only have so many vegan options but even have a vegan specific menu I'm, well, a . I ordered a vegan Bento box, plus gyozas and sushi not realizing the bento box comes with all of that already . It's ok though, I hit the treadmill for an extra 30 minutes tonight (which is a complete and total bold faced lie but ahhh, I digress...) Great little place. Order the bento box, $16.99, you get a lot. Don't be like me and order duplicate stuff on top of that

It's difficult to find vegan options, but Nori Teriyaki has it covered. They offer so many vegan options for food and bubble tea. The food is always delicious and fresh! The Veggie pot stickers are nice and crispy, and stuffed with veggies. The veggie spring rolls are packed with flavour. They are a combo of crispy and soft. The vegan General has a kick of heat to it. The tofu is firm and bursts with a sweet flavour. In addition to the food, everyone is so nice! The employees seem to really appreciate customers and are so friendly. They always have a good suggestion or great way of welcoming customers.

Recently discovered them and have ordered twice in the last week. It's difficult to find restaurants in this area that deliver vegan options and Nori Teriyaki has a great number of options. Not only that, but their proportions are incredible! Their vegan bento box is a meal for 2-3 people. Im working my way through their vegan options but so far my favorites are the General Tao Tofu (sweet and spicy) and Vegan Tofu Yakisoba! Can't got wrong here.

Ordered the nori special. The chicken was nice and tender, shrimp tempura wasnt overly coated, gyoza was nice and crispy, the chicken Katsu was crispy and not overly dry and the customer service is great as well. Great value for food. Will come here again.

A lot of options on the menu but I ended up ordering their rosu katsu with oroshi ponzu sauce (basically grated radish and ponzu on the side). This was a good choice as I was able to try their tonkatsu with the grated radish ponzu sauce and alternate with the regular tonkatsu sauce that's provided on the table. Only thing I wish they did was provide unlimited cabbage salad and rice which other tonkatsu places I've been to did. Parking was easy. Just use the retail parking lot located at Ember Apartments (parking entrance is off 40th Ave W). If you need to wait, there's always He Cha Lou next door.

The Japanese curry was flavorful with a little kick, and it was nice and thick. Personally, that's exactly how I like Japanese curry, and many other things. The interior is clean, modern, bright, and open, which makes the restaurant feel comfortable and welcoming. Service was just okay. My lunch date wanted a substitution, but there seemed to be some confusion and we ended up being charged for an additional side of potato salad. Normally, no big deal, but nearly $8 for a scoop of potato salad felt pretty steep. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but pricing is definitely on the higher side for what feels like a quick lunch. With tip, we were pushing $75 for two people, which makes it harder to call this a casual lunch spot. Also, street parking around here can be a bit of a challenge during the lunch rush. Good curry and udon, nice atmosphere, but bring your appetite--and your wallet.

We came in the evening after day 2 of Geekfest and it was pretty busy inside. Luckily there was a spot open for two so we were seated and given menus. The inside is a bit dim, there were lots of tables with chairs or booth seats throughout, and there was even bar seating as well. My boyfriend ordered tonkotsu ramen and crunchy salmon roll as well as takoyaki to share while I got their red volcano tonkotsu and a Thai iced tea. I noticed there was a Japanese customer who spoke with one of the waitresses and she spoke Japanese back and it was cool to see and hear that! I wonder if the owners are Japanese as well as it's rare to find actual Japanese owned restaurants. The service here was friendly, courteous and they did check in every so often. The choice of music playing was quiet cafe music which was interesting but it was so hard to hear. My Thai iced tea came first then the takoyaki. Afterwards, our ramen bowls came not too long after that and the sushi roll came in last. I am so happy to say that the takoyaki was the perfect ratio of batter, octopus, and sauces on top. The ramen broth was hearty and smooth. I loved how spicy my red volcano tonkotsu was especially because I love things extremely spicy and it was definitely a fantastic ramen for spicy lovers. My boyfriend said he was very happy with his roll and ramen. He usually doesn't order ramen too often especially on a hot day but he said he was happy he did as it was one of the better ones he's had. My Thai iced tea was the right amount of sweetness and the perfect thing to sip on while handling my spicy ramen. I definitely want to come back to try their other selections.

I was looking for dinner in the area and happened to stumble upon this bento spot on Google Maps. After a quick look through the photos, menu, and reviews, it seemed worth trying, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento, and after trying it, I can confidently say this is one of the most generously portioned and thoughtfully put-together bentos I've had in a while. The chicken was juicy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The attention to detail across the whole box really stood out, from the egg maki with crab stick to the pickled assorted veggies, yakisoba, radish, and a mountain of perfectly crunchy assorted tempura. Every component felt intentional and well executed. Beyond the food itself, which delivered on quality, flavor, and portion size, the presentation was great and the interior was extremely tidy and well kept. I got my order to go, and I really appreciated that they had seating available for takeout customers. The owner, I believe, who took my order was also incredibly friendly and patiently waited while I decided what to get. That kind of hospitality really adds to the experience. Between the excellent food and the warm service, this spot deserves way more attention. Honestly, if a place like this were located closer to downtown, like South Lake Union, Queen Anne, Fremont, or Madrona, it would easily become one of the most popular teriyaki spots around. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu next time. There is ample parking around the plaza which is excellent as well!
