The check in process was smooth and very organized. They sanitize your hands as soon as you arrive, take your temp and have a spot for clean and used pens. Little things to some people but it's something I appreciate considering we still have the pandemic going on. The office was bright and cheery. The rooms were nicely decorated to give you a good vibe. I scheduled for eye exam and contact lens exam. I am a first time contact lens user. I had an exam last year with another eye doctor's office but I felt like I did not get enough support, patience and teaching from the other eye doctor's office and hence I did not continue/succeed with using contacts last year. But as the famous song goes, "If at first you don't succeed, brush yourself off and try again". Not sure if those are the exact words to the song but you get what I mean.lol. And yes so I did try again and scheduled an appointment at visionelle eye care. I am so glad did! I should have chosen them in the first place! Believe all the good reviews you hear and read about Dr. Thomas! She is amazing! Let's face it, going to an eye doctor appointment is not really something a lot of people look forward to doing. I actually dread it that's why I appreciate all the little things and every effort this office does to make patients feel more welcome and comfortable. I could really go on and on about how awesome Dr. Thomas is. She has great bedside manner! She is very personable, her smile and laugh is contagious! She took her time to get to know me, my concerns, family history and the entire exam itself was done with lots of care. You feel like you are talking to a friend and she really made me feel at ease. She was very patient and supportive while I was trying to muster the courage to put the contacts in and out of my eyes. I did not feel pressured and I was constantly reassured by Dr. Thomas that I can do it. She really took the time to be there and coach me. I did not get that kind of support from my previous eye doctor. Hence, I think Dr. Thomas being really supportive helped me a lot to successfully get the contacts in and out this time! I really don't have the right words to describe how thankful I am to Dr. Thomas. Being able to wear contacts even if just on some days is life changing for me. If you are reading this, go ahead and schedule your appointment. As a fellow human being, I would also like other people to have a wonderful eye exam so I am sharing my experience. There is not a lot of eye doctors like Dr. Thomas. She is one of a kind and just truly amazing!

You cannot help but look. It is on the front of the building and wraps around both sides. It was painted in 2016 and is the work of Justin Oloson of Olson Studios. The right side of the mural depicts a close up of a bright blue-eyed person with glasses on set against a colorful wavy background. The front has the building's address hidden into an eye chart and a brown eyed man with glasses on and the colorful waves behind the eye chart and to the mans right. The left side of the building has a blonde-haired, blue-eyed woman, yep, you guessed it, with eye glasses, looking at the colorful waves that are in front of her. I like the colors used in the mural. The colorful waves contrast very well with the background. And even though it is somewhat basic, the artwork is on point, Olson is very talented. The mural is in excellent shape and looks pretty fresh. Parking here to get a closer look is pretty simple. You can pull into the clinic's parking lot or snag a free spot on the street, get out and look as long as your heart desires. I just parked on the street in front of the clinic. Anyway, as with most murals that I have visited and reviewed, this is not a long stop. I was there less than 5 minutes. So, you may want to consider planning out additional stops at many of the other attractions in the area, or making this stop part of a larger itinerary to maximize your time and trip.

Called over the phone to ask for details of updated script and was told I need to pay again if I want help, in a very negative tone. Went to the doctor and the receptionist instantly told me they would call the police if I didn't leave. Eventually the doctor spoke with me and told me that it was my fault and I accepted the bad prescription. They are great as long as you do exactly what they say, otherwise they will treat you very poorly and basically insist you go elsewhere. The customer is only as valuable as the doctor believes that you'll swipe away without asking questions. Also back when they finally got my glasses corrected, I received a text saying to schedule an appointment to pick them up. I didn't understand why I would need an appointment so I just went there to pick them up. Apparently the doctor was having lunch and she had to unlock the door to hand them to me. I'll never forget the look of disdain she had for me, so none of what happened today (above) surprised me l. I was a huge bother then and an even bigger bother today because I asked questions instead of paying right away. I've had good work done there before and she seems to be good at her job most of the time, but it appears that her ego (big shot doctor, (eye roll)) is seeping into how they believe that they should treat customers. So glad they followed up with great care after the mix up, I wanted to update my review for the positive. I got poked in the eye by my son and tried to call the on call doctor. They informed me that it would be $169 just to be connected to the on call doctor. I find this to be absolutely absurd that for an eye emergency I can't even talk to someone. What absolutely terrible customer service, I have never once had to pay in order to talk to someone for an eye emergency. Shocking, beware if you're thinking of becoming a patient there, hope you never need someone after hours.

Then they bill me for more money afterward without any mention of extra charges before hand. I refused to pay it as a result. Now every time they resend the bill it's for a different amount. I've been having trouble with my eye's ever since and see reflections out of the corner of mu right eye and I see what looks like a hair floating around in my eye but it's not a hair. I'm barely getting by on retirement and I can't afford this. They have just sent me a letter telling me they are handing it to collections for $155.00. This place sucks
