The store itself didn't help matters. It looked disorganized and disheveled, which is surprising given how many employees were on the floor. Holiday merchandise was scattered instead of consolidated. No name tags. Only one associate wearing an apron--and she looked just as confused as the cashier, so I didn't even bother interrupting. I like Williams-Sonoma products--especially things like their pop-up sponges and kitchen towels--but I'm increasingly realizing that the experience is not worth the merchandise. Competitors in this same category simply don't deliver service this poor. At this point, I honestly wonder: does corporate even read these reviews? Do they care?
