She also limits her distractions (phone, food, etc). Joy was also accommodating, I wanted my locs interlocked but when booking online it does not give that option. However, she explained why and after noticing my undercut, stated the price and said she could still get it done in an hour. True to her word, I was washed, conditioned, interlocked, palm rolled and under the dryer at the 1 hour mark. I tried interlocking before with a different Loctician and was very disappointed so I was hesitant. Joy's work is impeccable and I couldn't be happier.
