A confirmed text was sent from PC Richards with a delivery window of 7:00am - 10:30am. 8:45am a person from PC Richards called to confirm delivery this am and the address. Guess what DID NOT happen!!! CORRECT no delivery!! I called the number that called me- the gentleman I spoke to basically stated that I was still 4 stops away and he saw a different time window. Not sure why when I have it in text. And nothing he can do- what did I want from him. I got a ton of pushback when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I was put on the phone with Dan the store manager that I placed the order with. Shockingly, I had the same attitude from him. Not his problem appliance was out for delivery and if I don't like it, I can cancel the order. At the end of the day, I was not looking for anything. I called to see what was going on with the delivery. A simple apology that this issue had taken so many sideway turns would have been great. Instead, I was met with an "oh well" attitude. Both places are pretty cool. What BJ's offers that I really love are great deals on clothes. Not only do they have many cute tops and plenty of leggings but they have really nice Skorts. I have bought so much from here because not only are the prices really reasonable but their stuff is really cute as well and the quality is good. The only thing I don't like is how crowded it gets but that can't be helped. I actually think I like them better than Costco.

Since it's part of the mall, it does get busy. Sometimes things aren't stocked all the time. Most of the workers are so-so when it comes to friendliness. I go once a week to pick up some random food items that are cheaper than the grocery store, and the worst part is that there is never enough cashiers. For an area as big as this, I don't understand how only one cashier is working midday, middle of the week. They bring in people from other areas that aren't as familiar with the registers and don't understand cartwheel and such. I missed out on some cartwheel deals recently because the cashier didn't scan my barcode right, and no one was at customer service either. On weekends, I don't even bother at this Target because it's ridiculously busy because of the mall and head to the one a few miles down the road in Orange. I'm considering trying this one to do my usual shopping from now on because they seem to always have more cashiers and is quieter.

I like having an actual vinyl record or 4K disc in my hands. Physical formats are also usually loaded with all sorts of liner notes, posters and bonus features that you won't get with streaming services. I try to stop at the shop every few months or so. While I sometimes leave empty handed, other times I leave with some great finds. They often carry great film releases from labels like Arrow Video, Blue Underground, The Criterion Collection, Severin Films, Shout! Factory, and of course Vinegar Syndrome. At times, the shop will even get a limited amount of new releases weeks before they are available on Amazon. If you're a fan of physical media then you need to get to the Archive right away!
