Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. It began with me making a call to schedule an appointment for Mule to give me a quote on a security system for my business. A young man named Seth set up the appointment and showed up to check out my location. He told me that it would take about 4 days to come up with a quote. 3 weeks went by and no call or reply to my messages. Finally I left another message stating that I needed a quote for a security system for my apartment as well, that's when he finally replied. He came by the house and took pictures of where the sensors are located from my current security system (odd!!!) .. Again, he tells me to give him a few days. Again, nothing... Another 3 weeks went by, so I decided to call the owner of Mule Security, and he didn't seem too concerned with my complaint or issue, and said he would have Seth call me the next day... It's been almost 2 months now, and neither Seth or the owner got back to me. It doesn't bother me that they didn't want my business, but it does bother me that total strangers have pictures of where my current security sensors are located throughout the house. I will be filing a police complaint this week, in case anyone breaks into my apartment, at least the police have something to work with.
