We entered into a contract on March 19th, 2018, and well, it's 2019 and my home still isn't done. The contract said it would take "five weeks till the completion of the remodel." Then something came up, then he would cancel. Then it was months without seeing from him or hearing from him. It would take me literally begging over text to get to him to come and finish my home. It took him 8 months to even come close to finishing the inside of my home (paint, flooring, cabinets, making the house not look like it was a construction war zone). All that was left to do was the outside siding of my home. We agreed that we would replace the outside siding of the home with new siding, as per the contract, and paint over the new siding. After two months of asking him to meet up, he finally came to my home to discuss the siding. He "promised" to have it done by mid December. I even made compromises of only replacing the old parts and instead fixing up my porch because he said the old siding was "just fine." It's been months and NOTHING. William Rodriguez will not complete a project, and will take all money and abandon ship. Do not do business with him if you ever want your home done.

Fortunately the deviation measurements are within acceptable range and he caution this would not warrant having any work needed. He certainly set our mind at ease.
