Food: Really, really, really good burger. We split the blueberry bacon burger and a sweet and sour chicken sandwich. Both were good but the burger topped the meal. Fries are crispy and very light - no grease! I never finished fries and I ate every one. The menu is extensive and interesting. We will be back to try more! Service: It was not crowded so we didn't have to wait. Luke was tending bar and waiting tables and was very friendly and attentive. He seemed interested in knowing we were enjoying our meal and asked a couple of times if we needed anything. Ambiance: It was a cold day and we sat by the window so it was cold at the table. Visited for lunch with my nephew. I wanted catfish basket but they were out. I decided on chicken sandwich until I saw another server bring a burger to another table. It looked good so I settled for that. I asked if I could get it without tomato and if I could swap the sauce for the one that came on the chicken sandwich. The server said no to the sauce swap while at the table. I ask for the original sauce to be on the side. Cool no problem. Then he comes back and says the cook said it's too many modifications! I should be able to undress my burger down to meat and cheese without the cook throwing a fit! What if I was allergic? Would there still be pushback about removing tomatoes. And sauce. The burger was served with sauce on the side and no tomatoes. I enjoyed the burger (North Bar Burger). My nephew enjoyed his Crazy Queso Burger. I didn't like the sauce as I thought it was too mustard forward. I ordered an old fashioned that was pretty good as well. Maswell was our server. Service was fine but I wished he'd pointed out the specials when we sat down. NB burger happened to be the special of the day. Parking was easy. There's a covered patio and full bar. We rolled the dice on this place instead of continuing the hunt for the ever-elusive Korean Barbecue, and it was quite the payout! Our server was prompt and attentive, even with a full house. The burger was perfect as well seasoned and cooked the sweet and sour chicken was awesome. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was alot of the breading was really hard and crunchy and tended to separate from the chicken easily. Visiting from out of town and stopped by cuz hubby saw they were featured on DDD. We got a simple bacon cheeseburger - no sauces or anything and we were a bit disappointed. Our burger was a bit overcooked to the point of being dry. Flavor had potential but the dryness of the meat took that away. Our fries were really good though. This restaurant has a small patio and a even small dining are. The dining area has tables and seating at the full bar. You will find televisions in the dining area that had sports on while I was there. It was a bit tight in there as my group ate here for the lunch rush. We had to wait for a few minutes for a table and when we finally got one, our group of 5 had to sit at a table that was suitable for a group of four. The restaurant has a huge private parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is located. This restaurant has a relatively small menu with a few exotic items including a fried pickle and bologna burger, crazy good queso burger, Arkansas BBQ bologna burger, and spicy salsa salmon. They have salads, burgers, fish, chicken, and wraps, with beer, wine, cocktails (mules, martinis, bloody marys...) Our server was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a blueberry bacon burger with a side of waffle fries. It took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. It was fresh hot and delicious. It was a very unique burger with a lot of flavor. I really liked it. The waffle fries were tasty too. I would happily eat that meal again. Anyway, I highly recommend checking this joint out. My wife found this while she was looking for places we could get something to eat before heading to our hotel for the night. It is local, gets great reviews and Guy Fieri has visited as part of Triple D. We arrived about 4:30pm and it was empty, but very quickly filled up after we placed our orders. We were not certain but believe that a girls softball team and their families filled the place up while we were there. We were offered drinks and menus promptly after we sat down. We decided to order an appetizer of the Cheese dip which is white queso & fresh chips while we perused the menu and decided what we wanted. After the cheese dip arrived we placed our entree orders. My wife chose the PB&J bacon burger with the grape jelly on the side because she was not sure about that. She has had burgers with peanut butter and bacon and absolutely loves that. I decided to get the Arkansas BBQ Bologna Burger which has fried bologna, lettuce, tomato and BBQ sauce. I have always enjoyed fried bologna but never had it on a burger. Our burgers arrived in a timely fashion and looked delicious. I was surprised to see how thick the slice of bologna was. We both enjoyed them very much. I've been to North Bar twice and enjoyed my experience both times. Most recently I went on May 4th, so I was happy to see Star Wars movies playing on the tv there. They also had different channels on each tv, so everyone in my group had something to enjoy. My first visit here I ordered the burger that came with peanut butter (can't remember what it's called). This is my fav burger to order whenever I see a restaurant have this on the menu. It definitely didn't disappoint. The second visit I ordered the Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad. It was excellent. I replaced the honey mustard with chipotle mayo. I give the burger 9/10! Cooked perfectly, wasn't dry, and flavor was on point. My husband ordered the Frontier Burger which is Angus beef, pepper jack, grilled onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, house smoked chipotle, maple wood bacon on a brioche bun. He said it was a 8/10. Their burgers come with house-made chips which come out pipping hot! So be careful. You can also substitute it with any of their other sides for an up-charge. We did one house-made chips and one waffle fries. The waffle fries was lacking in flavor for me but the house-made chips made up for it. Would definitely visit again! read more

The drink menu is pretty extensive for such a relatively small space. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club and it is FABULOUS. It's a delicious chicken on its own, but when you add the bacon that is just the right level of chewy with honey mustard. It is *chefs kiss* I ordered the side of chips (instead of fries) and was disappointed. Don't let that dissuade you though, I'm picky on my chips. Definitely stopping in here for a drink and some good food. Absolutely with a repeat visit.
