I want to recommend Efran from American Sewer & Drain! I had a kitchen sink that was plugged up. Long story short, ultimately he had to go under the house in a very small access to the pipes. Turned out there were two holes in one of the pipes that had been leaking for a very long time. So muddy in there. Felt sorry for the guys to deal with it. Here is a picture of the pipe with the holes. As you can see, it was a very dirty job! Efran never complained....had to even go and get more parts. Help! I had a lift station with a malfunctioning sump pump late on a Saturday afternoon. After leaving a message, I was shortly on the phone with Efrain. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs! We have had a bunch of plumbing issues over the last two months (clogged pipes, sewer line backing up into the house etc.). We made the mistake of calling the first company we could think of (roto rooter) thinking we needed some "big" company for a big job. The "big" company (roto rooter) charged us a ton for a 15 minute job and didn't fix the issue. I called AS & D at approximately noon telling them that I had blocked toilets. Efrain arrived about 15 minutes later! He was polite and very hard-working. He spent about 4 hours trying to clear the line from two different directions without being able to unplug the blockage. Finally, rather than leave me in the lurch, he returned to the shop and came back with the power jet. (sorry I don't know what this is really called. At any rate, it blasts water through the line.)
