Gary is an incredibly gracious and thoughtful guide. He's passionate about the Bay and clearly loves what he does. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival I was…read moreinstantly greeted by the friendly employee who checked me in, provided me a helmet and set me up with an e-bike. All of the equipment seemed well maintained and I had no issues with it throughout my tour. Joey was the tour guide for me and the six others in our group. Joey was knowledgeable about San Francisco and it's history as he provided numerous bits of information at each stop along our route. The views were great although we got a foggy day so never had a full view of the bridge. The weather was great and I was comfortable in a sweatshirt although the drive across the bridge was way colder than I expected! I felt that this tour is well worth the price and it was nice to have a stress free experience being guided throughout the city and across the bridge. Sausalito is also a very cute town with tons of dining options. When the tour ends, you are left to explore on your own and just have to get your bike back before closing time. I prepaid for a ferry ticket (Sausalito back to San Fran) when I booked my reservation. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me the voucher when I left for the tour so I had to purchase my own ticket on the ferry and obtained a refund upon my return. It was $8.25 to buy my ticket for the ferry (includes your bike) but they charged $18.00 online. I consider it a win. I am super glad I rented an e-bike because there is no way I would have made the tour on a pedal bike. It was a pretty long distance with a few big hills. I would say you have to be an avid biker to be able to pull it off although the employees insist people do it all the time.

When we got to the ferry I unlocked our bikes in a hurry to catch it and one bike fell over breaking off the screen and we couldn't ride it so we called and they got us a new bike right away and only charged the cost of the part which was cheap. Sender was an amazing employee and so was Jeremiah they really helped with the bike issue and reassured us it wasn't a big deal, really appreciated that!

They are professional, very friendly, and do whatever in their power to make sure everyone in the group is safe. I can't recall the lady guides name, but she's originally from Ireland years ago. She was so kind with my fight with the bike and came up with the alternative to ride shotgun. There was a seat with a upside down U to hold on to. There were a few issues along the way with a bike or two, but they fixed it quickly. I highly recommend them and would give them a 10+ if I could!

My group opted for the all day electric bike rentals. It was a great choice for the hills and going across the super windy gold gate bridge. We were fitted with helmets and bikes quickly. Even given a quick practice to test out the e bikes. I didn't get fitted properly to my bike. I had a hard time practicing because the seat was so low my legs would bend up into my stomach. After adjustment, we were off on our own down the streets and hills into Sausalito. I think for the price, it's a good place to get rental bikes for the day.

The max something is great for someone who has mobility issues. Staff was great and let us store a mobility scooter there. Plan your route before you go. Customer service over the phone was great, the tour was awesome and we learned new things about San Francisco that we had never learned before. The views were STUNNING and the open air car was awesome. Bring a jacket, the day was perfect sunshine which is unheard of for San Francisco this time of year and I was still frozen at the end of our ride. There were just a few things that kept this from being a 5 star experience: Car condition: the breaks on this e-car literally SCREAMED each time we stopped. The car stopped with no issue, but it totally freaked us out - especially on some of the steep hills. Otherwise the car was in excellent condition and we only depleted maybe 10% of the battery in our 3 hour tour. Front desk staff: check in and out was easy enough, but the front desk staff were realllllllly indifferent. They also talked like auctioneers, crazy fast. They showed all of the folks in the office this map route and talked at the speed of light. Now, we knew about 40% of the stops we would take and still got confused. How on earth are tourists supposed to understand this map direction situation. Seriously, the company would be better off instructing the front desk to say "your car will guide you through this map" than to try to have them explain where people are going. Or at least tell guests that "this seems like a lot, but you have a map in your car and the car will guide you, we are giving you this info so that you have some of the locations in your mind". Tour Guide/GPS: the GPS/Tour Guide storyline sounded like it was for the yellow car only. There were a few times that we were thinking, this can't be referring to our car. For example, there was one steep hill decent that we were going to go on and the GPS/Tour Guide said "I'm only designed to go 25 mph, so take care down this steep hill" we couldn't tell if we were only allowed to go 25 mph or if this cars speed was capped at 25 mph, but the website says that the top speed is 80 mph. Also, we were told that this car can go across the Golden Gate Bridge and the GPS said several times that it is not allowed to go on the bridge. Overall, we had a wonderful time, the GPS worked the entire time and we learned new facts about SF and saw new things that we hadn't noticed before. We also got MANY compliments on this car and almost every group that saw us said that they want to take this car out while on their trip. This was an awesome experience and we will bring family/friends here when they visit for amazing views of the city.

I was so happy it just so lightly yet definitely ridden and worn in & the online checkout QR code was easy. appreciate the team vibe. The staff was on, busy yet cool and calm in nature and made for an easy way to explore this side of SF as a local like a tourist! And it was such a gorgeous saturday! I love San Francsico and now even more after exploring this side of the city on a bike, and a Cannondale Quick at that! Back to this location in SF As a San Jose native I never really considered a bike rental but wow, game changer, Highly recommend to all Bay Area natives to give sf another try, on a bike! I found out about unlimited Biking fleet sale on eBay whilst day dreaming about my old silver bike When I had my newly repaired ACL.... Anyway long story to say, this was a perfect match for me, and I'll be forever grateful and tell all my Bay Area friends to rent for a few hours next time they need a staycation getaway! Picturesque sightseeing, lots of people watching and public parking. Biking around Fort Mason and the wharf, memorable. In fact they are located right next to a San Francisco tourist shop if you want to sport some fresh SF sweatshirts. Thank you SF, time to come back!

Our first day we got oriented thanks to the classic downtown tour that takes you through the city heart at a very manageable pace....seeing things I guarantee you'll never find on your own. Our guide Josh is a SF native and simply the best guy giving 200% to help visitors share his pride in this magnificent city. You visit the various barrios (e.g., Mission, Haight, Castro, civic center, golden gate park, etc.) learning about their history & challenges due to gentrification. This is what I really appreciated from Josh...his native viewpoint on what's happening to hs city with all the tech worker riches. 2) On the next day we returned for their Golden Gate bridge & Sausalito bike ride....this time Staci led us across the most famous bridge in the world (??). Again, WONDERFUL....her detour past the Palace of Fine Arts was really appreciated too. But the ride isn't all you get, his shop had available sunscreen (NO charge....where will you find that) and spare wind breakers for tourists like me who underdress for the chill SF winds). And once your ride end there are the local restaurant & bar guides for free to plan the rest of your stay ---and avoid tourist trap rip-offs. HIGHLY recommend for your first day in the city--this firm one of the best I've ever had in world-wide travelling :)
