I called to make an appointment for the second time in two weeks and was denied again because my…read morehealth insurance has not come into effect. Not only was the receptionist rude to me both times she actually hung up on me. The first time I called she said I would need $500 yet the second time she said it would be $1,000. The sad thing is, I have enough money to pay for the whole pregnancy and birth with cash but was never given an opporutnity to explain this to her. After being hung up on I called back (for a third time). She answered the phone and put me on hold then must have gone on her lunch break because I was on hold so long that when I finally hung up and called back the recording said to call back during regular business hours. WOW! If this lady was representing my business I'd fire her. I guess I'll be looking for another doctor.

Then refused to put me back on the diazepam I had and started cutting me off the Diaz Pam which was the only thing that was helping me in my disability. I tried another doctor in the office, she was just as young and inexperienced. Stay away from this place at all costs. It's a whole new breed running this office and they don't know what's going on. It may be a racist thing hard to say?? I was more than cordial. Even ask doctor ivy if she wanted to have dinner after the first time I met her. And Keith, my Anesthesiologist, was a real knock out. If you have a procedure that needs attention, I would strongly suggest that you contact this center. They seem to handle it all. And beyond that, they are more than capable of providing excellence and professionalism.
