I walked all the way here to get there at opening time because I broke my glass last night... turns out they do not open at 10am :) so thanks for that. They don't answer the phone or open at 10am and I stood outside waiting for about a good 20 minutes until I decided I was so sweaty that it wasn't worth waiting for someone to get there. I don't even think anyone is there now and it's 10:30.... What's going on? I don't understand the opening times online if they are true. hmmmmmmmmmmmm let's see where do i start? is it with quality of merchandise? or perhaps the prices? no, no, no, no....let's start with the owner who i have come to know as big "d". the second i laid eyes on this big hispanic hunk of a man who's has the most beautiful smile i've ever seen i said to myself, "self you might as well give him your bank card and pin cuz you gonna give him all your money anyway". now get your heads out of the gutter cuz it's not anything like what you are thinking. this young man has the kindest soul that instantly brings you into his world with that smile. he has the best customer service i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with (besides mine of course). his employees are family members that are 100% loyal to him (unbelievable i know!), friends & even took a homeless man out of the bush and gave that human being the best gift anyone could've ever given him..."a hand up" & i tell you that's all he needed. it's like god blew new breath into that man's soul and he works with the biggest sense of pride you ever did see. i don't remember what i was going to say...oh, oh, ya, ya about the store.... he has hired a local artist to do his walls and has had more events in his shop...for ex. he had some ps4 game thing competition and there was a lowrider car & bike show & well you get the picture. the young man is definitely paying forward & god is blessing him. but, unfortunately the haters never stop...just remember big "d" when they stop hating that's when you start worrying cuz that's when you're either to old, or you've thrown in the towel. so keep selling high end merchandise at the lowest prices and keep paying it forward cuz i give y o u my word i will only go to your smoke shop and only buy your products and i don't give a flying pig if you raise your prices higher than all of.s.d. i will pay them because of what you do for others and for all the kind words that lift an old has been like me. i know you will go far and god will protect you all the way. read more
