I stored by RV at North County RV & Boat Storage for a year. They have been attentive, organized, and take really good of my RV. The front desk guy (I should know his name) is "on it". He responds immediately and even calls me before I call him when there is a service pending. When I ask for service, it gets done asap. I like having my RV here. It's secure and well-run. read more

These guys require customers to add them to your insurance policies. Basically- when they're moving your RV they want to be completely unaccountable for any damage they may cause. So if they back into something- be prepared to file a claim on your own insurance and pay your own deductible. Thing is - no major insurance carriers will do what they require. Not to worry - they direct you to their preferred insurance carrier. Unless they change their policies, I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Do not go here unless you are rich, stupid, or both. I live nearby this business and needed propane for my small tank. I figured I would give them a try. First, they charge $5 per gallon, which is $1.05 more than another business about 3 miles away. Second, they have a 3 gallon minimum....no exceptions. I asked for a break and was promptly told "no" with no logical explanation. So, if you like getting price gouged and need less than 3 gallons, be prepared to pay $15 no matter what. I won't even comment on the absolutely exorbitant prices they charge for RV storage. Needless to say, I don't store my RV there.....and now I won't be getting propane there either. Keep your money and be smart. Don't do business with this place. BTW, the dude who actually did the work to fill my tank was super nice and competent. Too bad the office guy wasn't. read more

Called and emailed this company 4 times yesterday (Monday) to get some info on storing my RV, and they finally called me back in the afternoon. I told them I would get back to them after they provided the information. Based on the information provided, I tried to reach them today (Tuesday) to make reservations to store my RV. Again, after 2 emails early in the morning and one voice mail later in the morning, I finally got a call back at 2 PM. I was told that they can't accept any new RVs since their system is down. They told me to call back next week. Something is very wrong with the management (and perhaps the owner). Stay away. If they can't answer their phone how can you count on them to stage your vehicle when you need it (assuming you can even get ahold of them). Very messed up company. read more

We have been happy customers for the past few years. Mario and his crew were knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately we learned this all changed when we picked up our trailer yesterday. We arrived to a chaotic scene where we didn't recognize anyone. The guy picking up his trailer next to us was working with them on an issue with how his unit was staged. We had requested our fresh water tank to be filled. However, they filled our black water tank!!! The toilet was completely full, black read 100% and fresh read 0. So someone without experience clearly hooked a hose up to the tank flush inlet. When I went to the office to find Mario, I learned he had "abruptly retired" and Anthony was the new manager. Things got worse when I witnessed their lack of experience even towing units around, including our Jack which got dragged on the ground. According to Anthony, the staff was horribly inexperienced and he was performing weekly training. I do not pay these prices for people to learn on the job in such chaos. We are seriously considering finding a new facility. If you have stored here in the past, just know everything has recently changed. read more

We stored our trailer here for a year and only left because we sold it. We were very lucky to get a spot when several other locations in the county had long waiting lists. The location is very nice and secure. It's a valet model so don't have to worry about getting it in an out of a spot (just call 24 hrs. ahead), and they offer various services onsite. I would highly recommend this storage facility! read more

A great place to store your RV. Mario and his crew are amazing! They provide top notch care to your RV and are very reasonably priced. For the amount you pay, you get great service and convenience, not to mention other services like washing, dumping, propane services and water fill. It's nice to go in the gate, hook up your RV and go. You have to call 24 hours in advance to have your rig in the stand by lot. You can pick up anytime after it's staged. When you drop off, it'll go into its spot the day after. Also if you need it same day, they will go out of their way to get it, allow up to 2 hours though. Patience is key!! Saves so much time than a traditional lot. No second guessing and having a spotter to pull your rig out. Lot is very secure and guarded. Your rig is in great hands at this storage facility. Mario really goes the extra mile and will stand up for his customers. I highly recommend Mario and his team to store your RV. Very reliable and trustworthy!! A+++++ across the board. read more

This has all of the appearances of being a nice well-ran place; however, the inconvenience of scheduling a pickup and having to give 24 hours notice does not work with my schedule. This place is probably ok for the occasional weekender, but not at all for someone in construction. The rules were merely an inconvenience, the real problem is Jim and his attitude. Far too many other places to store a unit with less headaches and attitude...... despite their good idea of an RV boutique. This place should be a hard pass for anyone other than a yuppie with a weekend RV itch. UPDATE: I received a phone call from Jim who more than made the situation right with me. If you are in construction, I still recommend considering an alternative to here; at least consider all of the rules and procedures carefully for your own situation. I highly respect Jim's forthrightness and willingness to make the mutual misunderstandings right. If and when my circumstances change, I would bring my unit here. read more

I kept my rv there for a years. Then I took it out and when I called to ask what kinds of service they do she asked if I'm a customer there, I said yes I was in the past, and I asked if they do any roof repairs. Her reply "no, go call a repair shop (click)". And just hung up on me. Absolutely rude. Zero respect for customer service at this place. read more

I had been a client here before and very happy. Returned with some new people and wow the rules are king. Called to have my RV staged so I could take it out 22 hours before departure and was reminded I really needed to call 24 hours before. REALLY? The kicker is, the RV is going to be in the shop for months so I called on a discounted rate. "Only after 3 months." I decided to just cancel and get a new spot when repairs were done. I requested a refund of the 30 day rent they take when you sign up. Oh they can't refund that. I didn't even make it through the 1/2 month I paid for much less the next month they demanded. Be careful. This is not the way to make money in a business. It just isn't. There is plenty of opportunity to earn a profit. This type of thing only earns ill will and disrespect. read more

After moving my RV from one storage site to another, I am so happy to have it here! The manager, Mario, couldn't be nicer - so gracious and accommodating. The facility is clean and safe and easily accessible. Calling 24 hours in advance to have our RV pulled up and ready to roll is easy - I don't know why some people complain about it. You want a first class experience storing your RV or Trailer? Look no further. Discovered this business through a Google search....sounded to good to be true. Once you are enrolled with them, call 24 hours in advance to drop your trailer. You arrive, disconnect it, and their man ill take it back too the yard. When the days comes and it is time to pick it up, 24 hours in advance, call and using prompts, enter your assigned code....your trailer will be ready in 24 hours, and it will be washed if you wish..propane filled, septic cleaned if needed, fresh water sanitized and filled....you show up in the pick up area, your trailer will be waiting for you. The cost is very reasonable...in the Central Coast I have paid a lot more and gotten a lot less. read more

We stored out boat here for 2 years. We asked them to store our vintage trailer while we were in construction on our home. They told us to bring it in after hours gave and gave us the code to the gate. They said to park it in front of the office. I did everything they said. My trailer is registered and insured. When I stopped in to the office to pick up some thing I had forgotten they told me they would not be able to store the trailer and that he had "gotten in trouble " with the owner. I did not understand why they had an issue when I did exactly what they said. They did not honor their word and refused to store my vintage trailer. This was a major setback for us and with two toddlers in tow we had to move both our boat and trailer to a new facility. I do not recommend working with the storage facility or anyone who does not honor their word! read more

I stored my boat here for a couple years. Mario, who works at the front desk is a clown and his word means nothing, After his shenanigans, I told him to tell the owner that I am an irate customer that wants to talk to the owner, but of course nobody ever called. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves before writing this review, but they couldn't be bothered. There are plenty of other outdoor storage yards with trustworthy employees that charge less. Just cancelled my storage contract after 27 months. In the last 14 months my rate has gone up 50% (from $ 4.00 to $ 6.00 per foot) and my RV has been infested with ants the last three times I picked it up. The last straw for me was when I returned from two months on the road without any ants and then stored it for 2 weeks. I picked my RV up and had ants again. I had management look at the ants in my RV and while admitting they still have an ant problem they insinuated that these ants lived in my RV. I'm done with them. Be aware that if you store your RV here you will get an ant infestation and the rates will probably go up in 14 months. read more

Was initially told no problem. After driving an hour out of my way to drop off the boat, I am told that I would only be able to pay them to do work on the boat. I was happy to let them wash, wax, detail... but upholstery... get a life. I took my boat back to Las Vegas with me. What a pain!! read more

I can't speak to their storage facilities, but as far as propane fills, their asking price per gallon is 150% of the market price.
