Best bang for your buck in north county san diego! Surprisingly this is one of the only places with A/C controlled spaces. Prices are great! For example two 10x10 units is about $50 cheaper a month than one 10x20 unit somewhere else that is outdoors. Me personally i got two 10x10s that are basically next to each other and they also have military discounts. Lastly, the security is top notch with new fencing, cameras outside and inside. The building does get locked down at 9pm so thats triple security this place has (outside perimeter fence, the building, and then your lock on your unit). So far, so good. Lonna was very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked about the rent increases that typically happen with these places. She was up front i letting us know that the rent typically increases after the 6th month, and that's 10-15%. We're using the inside units. They look and smell clean. They're comprised of mainly metal and are temperature controlled, so I'm hoping that will alleviate any issues with molding, like we've had in the past with other companies. It felt really cool and dry inside. There's a lift inside that you can load your items on, and a few short flights of steps to access the units. I'm crossing my fingers that this will be a pleasant experience long term. read more
