I've stored my things at north county self storage for a couple of years and when I spoke to Monica the manager, she said I would not get pro-rated for the remainder of the days I didn't have my storage in there which they lied about in the beginning my storage unit. Customer service is horrible especially how Monica handled the whole situation. Plus there was a leak in my unit and one of my box of things was soaked, but they couldn't do anything about it. Just horrible, will never use them again. Monica called me back and apologized for the situation and pro-rated me the remaining amount. I did start with a one star review, but went back to give a 4 star review instead. read more

I came in and was in dire need of a storage for my stuff. Sylvester was there covering down for someone and was able to help me out. Got myself a 10 x 20 and was able to get it right away. Unfortunately due to unforeseen events I had to cancel. They are definitely reliable and able to help me out whenever I do. Would go back and get another storage unit! read more

Paul is amazing! When I was at our unit a couple of days ago I didn't properly align the sliding latch and thought it was locked. Due to Paul's exceptional detail to his job, he found that I hadn't secured our unit after making his routine checks throughout the facility. He made several attempts to reach me and when I called back this morning he explained what I did. I can't thank him enough.... Very clean and accessible facility that is convenient. Air conditioning and music make moving stuff around much more bearable. I had a challenge because I initially rented too small a space (and you probably will too) but they made it smooth and were very attentive to me--even found me a larger space just a few feet down from the old one. read more

We were looking for a place to store our 37' travel trailer. After calling around to many storage places that were full, didn't have space to hold a trailer of that size, or way over priced, I requested a quote from North County Self Storage. I spoke with Eric, who was super helpful. Even though he didn't have any open spaces that would hold our trailer, he had one spot left that was smaller but might work he went out and measured and said he could make it work for us. Since we didn't actually need the space for another month or so, he gave us a discount on our first month so we could secure a spot! We stopped by and the entire paper process took about 5 minutes or less. Super simple, friendly staff, couldn't be happier with the entire process. read more
