I like many had misfortune over Covid and lost my business locations . I needed a storage facility and found what looked from the outside like a good company business. Nahhh It's a front for sure. I had multiple bad experiences with the "manager" Monica. We have all met that person that when given power they turn into a total bossy pants! I paid them for three years religiously and never even got over there to move things around as my husband was ill. Then last year I lost him and needed to cut back on bills. Had to go and get loco cut off and paid for it . My bad couldn't find key. That was my first strike for this place However . Second strike tried to move a trailer over there and make room so I could sell some stuff. Got one estimate on phone and when I then once I committed they upped pricing . I still agreed as I had no other option. Then had a mechanical issue that made me have to sell trailer and couldn't keep space . Keep in mind it never got there and I had paid for four days and agreed that was fair . She however would t refund the remaining part of month. WTH? Finally after more than necessary begging she agreed to reimburse via check . I again accepted her gracious (lol )care. Last straw and reason for long post! Finally they upped my payment for fourth time and I couldn't keep it up so went and slowly cleared it out and had told three different people that was my plan. Was out four days after and asked for prorate for remaining month . She of course declined and said is you don't like it you can use the storage for this month . I said ok if you won't reimburse I will! I came back two days later and tried and she had already had rented out. When I asked for another and how she thought it was ok to double dip and charge two people for same space ? Got the same amount of poor service and bad attitude . Finally tracked down her boss at another storage facility in Temecula and left a message for her. She also showed little concern and never returned my message that I left with the manager of that facility. Bad business not taking care of your customers and literally being paid twice from to people at same time is shameful. Be aware and read the fine print and save your money just sell that stuff and not fatten Monica's pocketbook. Wish I could give them a 0! read more

OMG between Odalis and Monica; they made the process so easy. I drove from LA for four hours and made it to the facility's door at 6:55p with just a few minutes to spare before closing. Odalis made that trip worth it and had everything ready for me: keys, instructions, policies. The next day I realized the space was not enough and Monica was very helpful in getting me a premium space that housed all my belongings. GREAT EXPERIENCE! 11/10 would recommend! read more

We need a small storage space for about a year while we transition from one location to another. My husband found North County Self Storage online, it was in an ideal location and he called this morning to see if they had space available and find out what we needed to do. He spoke to Josh who gave him all the necessary info. A few hours later we arrived with a car full of bins and boxes. We went into the office, met Josh in person, and he took it from there! He gave us a tour of a few possible spaces and the prices for each. We selected a very clean, easily accessible unit and then went back to the office to handle necessary paperwork. Josh is professional, helpful, polite and friendly. He took time to explain all the details and nuances of temporary space rental. Josh answered our many questions thoughtfully and we could not possibly have had a better experience. Monica, the Manager, came into the office shortly before we were leaving and was also very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to share with her the great experience and terrific customer service that Josh had provided. We feel confident that our belongings are in a clean and safe space, managed by a professional staff. The location is very easy to access and there is good traffic control for entering or leaving the area. We lucked out with just a few of the smaller storage units being available - but also because we were fortunate to work with Josh and Monica. We wanted to write a 5-star review but we'd be overlooking everything that the storage facility fails to provide. They're rigid... meaning the staff and they're not friendly. The storage facility is expensive for the location and what they provide. It seems the hours expanded but the hours available for access still seem limiting. I'd suggest looking around for another facility where they focus of cleanliness, easy access with lots of hours, friendly staff and competitive pricing. read more
