Next business day, I get a voice mail from this company saying I need to call them to give them more info about my pet. When I called them back, they said I had to bring my pet in for an exam by their vet before they will fulfill the order. Forget that I don't live near this vet's physical address, why should I have pay several hundred more dollars to re-run diagnostic tests my regular vet has already run? I've been taking my animals (a dog and two cats) to NCPH for 20 years, and they are not the quality hospital they used to be. My 13-year old cat has been a patient there since I adopted her as a baby. Last Friday at 5:16 P.M., because she seemed to be having trouble breathing, I called the NCPH office, and no one answered. I had been hoping I could take her in that evening, but I left a message saying that I was very worried about her and would like an appointment for Saturday. After hanging up I decided that I couldn't wait a day and took her to an emergency vet clinic, where she died. No one from NCPH returned my call over that weekend, and no one's called me yet today (Monday afternoon). After reading some reviews here, I've determined that no one's going to, because no one cares. My other cat is due for his annual check-up, and I'm going somewhere else. Please don't take your pet to NCPH if you're looking for compassionate care. Update: Today (four days after I left a message) I was contacted by someone from NCPH; she explained that I had called after hours on Friday and that they're closed now on weekends. She said she was responding to my review, not to the message I left, and the reason they didn't call sooner was that they received notice yesterday that my cat had died and they don't return calls when they know the animal is dead. I started to respond to this but was unable to finish my sentence because she hung up the phone. I understand not returning my call once they knew my cat had died, but somewhere in her excuses couldn't there have been an "I'm sorry for your loss"? I love these guys! I used to be a vet tech before I became a nurse. I know the ins and outs of the vet industry. I trust this hospital implicitly. Dr. Smith has had the unfortunate job of telling me a lot of bad news over the years regarding some pets that have had terminal illnesses. She has given me options and kept it real. As a consumer, you do need to know what you are prepared to do for your pet, and they will give you options based on that. They go above and beyond for their clients and pets. I recently had a snake pass away at home. Even though they don't treat reptiles, they allowed me to have her cremated through them. They even made a scale imprint of her, just as they would a paw print for a dog or cat. Thank you guys!! read more

Disgusted and completely appalled doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about North Creek Pet "Hospital". After reading through reviews and from my own experience over the past week.. I find it hard to believe there is a practicing and licensed DVM at this "Hospital". I am a fully licensed Veterinary Technician and have spent over 10+ years in some of the best large and small animal clinics in the country. So having dealt with the stress that can come with this environment and profession, I am usually the last to point fingers and always try to give the benefit of the doubt.. but this place is certainly the exception. My parents took our senior tabby, Maggie, in last week due to excessive lethargy and thirst. After an outrageous vet bill they were told Maggie had diabetes. The first option they gave was euthanasia rather than insulin treatment. As a tech, animal lover, and pet parent I know the decision to euthanize a pet is a LAST resort and always comes down to the quality of life. Something North Creek does not takes seriously if the first option after diagnosis is to euthanize... The second option was rehoming. Both not options that have anything to do with the care, treatment or well-being of an animal which is the sole purpose and goal of a Veterinarian. They don't take an oath for nothing. Following this diagnosis, a Vet from this clinic never followed up, prescribed Insulin, or even took the time to go over the costs and next steps to now having a diabetic family member. Instead, despite many phone calls per day to get this prescription, a week goes by. Still no follow up and no insulin prescription. When originally asking about next steps they referred my mother to You Tube rather than taking the time to demonstrate proper administration. I drove to the hospital to get a hard copy Rx in hand. I didn't want to chance there may have been a miscommunication and further prolong Maggie not getting her critically-needed insulin. I parked and entered the lobby and was told by the receptionist I needed to call beforehand from the parking lot due to covid protocol. Understandable. No problem. This receptionist wasn't wearing a mask properly with her nose hanging out but I'm fine following the rules. I went outside to call them which is when I was then told to enter the building. Come to find out, no record of calls (my parents had spoken to them on multiple occasions and were told the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy), requests, prescriptions, and complete lack of communication between staff that sits next to each other. Once I had asked for a hard copy, the receptionist responded with that I need to leave the building (again) and they will be calling the cops. Because I asked for a hard copy prescription hoping we could get this insulin as soon as possible. I told them they are more than welcome to call the police. After waiting at the facility for over an hour, the staff had called my father who stated I'm authorized to pick up the prescription and should be added to the file. The staff member refused forcing my father to make the drive all the way to the clinic to which they handed him the hard copy in front of me. Petty for so much incompetence. Never come to this place. Ever. Their veterinarians aren't in house. They are "working remotely". Your pet is not getting licensed medical care from a Veterinarian as you'd think. There's zero accountability for their total incompetence, complete lack of communication and customer service skills, and unnecessary attitudes. You should be concerned for your pet's wellbeing and safety at a place that can't seem to do much of anything necessary for a vet hospital. Additionally, be aware of the charges you incur here as they're likely incorrect and DEFINITELY over-inflated. You could even have charges on your account for services never rendered. My wife and I were delighted with this place until Dr. Smith left around the start of covid. It's been very poor since and the last straw was our last visit for our cat who's ear cleaning resulted in a punctured ear drum. They were suppose to check his urine for an infection but weren't able to do that either. We were shocked that out beautiful cat Griz could barely hold his footing and Peed all over himself in the litter box. After speaking with a other Doctor she Prescribed nausea meds which helped and set up an appointment for the next day on a recorded call by us. That resulted in the fact she off the next day and she scheduled this emergency for Friday, 5 days later! You guys are unreal, and your other staff is very unsympathetic too! I would rate them lower if I could. I've never had such terrible service from this clinic before. Our dog was seen for a check up on Wednesday, we got lab results back yesterday which we were waiting on to schedule his dental procedure. On Wednesday, we purchased and paid in full for a Paw Plan, knowing our dog has a broken tooth which requires immediate attention. When discussing the lab results on Thursday, I asked to schedule the dental cleaning since we were now clear to do so. The person I spoke to informed me that they would not schedule dental cleanings as they don't know when they'll have a vet. I called back to ask a medication question of the vet and was told the vet would call back. Friday afternoon, Megan finally called back and in discussing my concern about scheduling a dental cleaning, she informed me that no old staff remain and that the practice does not have any permanent veterinarians on staff and suggested I go elsewhere for the dental cleaning, which would not be covered by the Paw Plan I just purchased. When I asked for a refund, Megan told me it is not their practice to refund when services have already been rendered. I was not able to speak to a manager and am pursuing other avenues to cancel the payment. I am happy to pay for the services we received; but selling me a plan for services you knowingly cannot offer is deceptive and I will not bring my animals to this clinic. read more

Finally had to sit down and write about how bad this place is, never take your pet here. First incident last month I had an appointment for my dog to be seen at 1.00pm. I arrived at 12.50pm the place was closed all on lunch I phoned and left a message I was here. 1.00pm no call back 1.10pm an assistant came out went to another car that had arrived later than me. She didn't stop to ask if I Had an appt or which dog was this, 1.25pm I am still sat there 4 phone calls and a bang on the door later I finally get a return call apologising as they were in a meeting, rubbish, asst's, were in and out of the door constantly. Incident 2 and final nail for me My dog started to limp the other day, on inspection his paw was red and inflamed. I phoned NC to get him asap, no space until 10 days time, I explained I was a 9 year customer and his paw could not wait that long, sorry we cant fit him in, I could go on a cancellation list and hope for a spot, I said no I will seek and alternative vet "OK Bye" that was it after 9 years of loyal custom 2 words told me they do not give a damn about your pet, but if it's a routine money making exam they are phoning you daily to get your pet in. They refused to fill an online prescription (half the cost of same RX at this vet!!) until I brough my dog in to have a "routine" exam to make the sure the medication was valid, Its a heartworm pill he has taken from 10 weeks old, this is WA no need for an exam the risk is extremely low. It is also worth noting virtually every VET that we got to know has now left these premises, the rate of turnover is ridiculous. I for one will never take my dog back here again. read more

I've never had such a bad experience with a vet clinic before! The first time I brought my dog in, all was good, general check up and some vaccines, no issues. Afterwards, I call to schedule an appointment to get her teeth cleaned. Their doctors were all booked up so we had to push the appt out a month (no problem, I get it!). On the day of the vet appointment, I call around 7-8am to see when I should bring her in as the instructions were to drop her off around that time. I call, no answer until 8AM. When I call, they tell me that they DO NOT have an appointment for a teeth cleaning with her and that my appointment was the previous week. If that was the case... why did I never receive any confirmations, reminders, phone calls, nothing! They totally messed up my appt so I decided to schedule it at another vet clinic instead - not reliable. TODAY, I get a call from Megan saying I have a $200+ outstanding charge on my account. They tell me its from the dental appointment/blood work I came in for. I tell them that I NEVER came in because I went to another vet instead. The receptionist words: "I PROMISE you came in this day. We fully have the blood work and results on paper. I'll forward it to you". She forwards it to me, I am SO confused - literally never went in that day at all but they somehow have these records of her blood work. I look into all my records and was able to find a voicemail that Northcreek left me on that day asking if I was going to come in since they haven't seen me that day. Back then, I had already cancelled this appointment with them so I ignored this voicemail. I find this message and tell them that I have a voicemail from them saying I in fact did NOT come in that day. They quickly apologize and tell me they'll get this sorted out. How does this even happen!? Never coming again. Be careful and keep track of all your records / appointments / outstanding bills with them! read more

This used to be a very nice veterinary, but from my experience, there is nothing good about it since at least December 2020. Since December I've tried to get my dog's teeth clean and I'm still waiting for them to schedule it; I've talked to them about it 3 or 4 times, NOTHING HAPPENS. I've called 3 times since last Thursday (Wed today), a week trying to cancel my PAW Plan, and have been told someone would call me back, but nobody has. Nobody calls, but they have the nerve to continue sending me messages that my dog is due for care. I have called my credit card company to stop payments for the PAW Plan, if I owe money the veterinary can call me directly. We can dispute it where it needs to be disputed. read more

While I appreciate the pandemic precaution taken at this place, the last few visits all had logistical hiccups that results in no one contacting us back while we were waiting in the parking lot for 20-30 minutes and have called (with no answers) and left messages in voice mail. Unfortunately, this vet clinic just cannot be relied on anymore. I was a client of theirs for 7 years with 4 different animals and over the last year the service has declined to the point where we finally switched to someone else. All of the vets quit and as a result they have a rotating staff of vets filling in until they can hire more staff. I really believe the service has suffered as a result- examples below. 1st example: My dog had an emergency on a weekday during business hours but no one picked up, so I left a message explaining the issue and asking for someone to please call me. I never heard back from the vet and they never followed up to ask how my dog (who they have seen for years) was in the days following. We ended up taking her to a different family vet who saw her same day with no issues. 2nd example: A different dog had an ongoing issue and kept getting the same medications for it, no new feedback or testing, and he saw different vets every time we took him in for it. At the time I figured this was due to Covid as many businesses were struggling but in retrospect I wish we brought him somewhere else so he wasn't just on endless antibiotics and we could actually learn what the source of the issue was. It felt like they were just treating the symptom and sending us home. 3rd example: We had a dental scheduled for our dog and it was canceled due to a personal emergency. Ok, it happens. Unfortunately they never called us to reschedule like they said they would and after finally giving us a treatment plan told me they weren't doing dentals right now so I couldn't even reschedule- the receptionist actually told me that they weren't taking ANY future appointments for dentals or surgery because they literally didn't know when they'd have vets, and asked if I wanted to be on a call list in the event they randomly have a vet who can do dentals for one day. Overall, I wish this clinic the best and really do believe that the employees loved my pets and were doing the best they could. Regrettably, I think the people in charge of the place haven't adjusted to the pandemic well and have been running the place into the ground ever since. We have been continually taking our pets here since I wrote my first review in 2013 and I am repeatedly impressed by their compassion and how the staff goes the extra mile to care for us and our pets. One example: I brought my infant with me to an appointment for my cat and was planning on changing her in the bathroom, but realized there was no changing table, and why should there be one at pet hospital? I expressed embarrassment to my husband that I should come to expect changing tables everywhere and the receptionist (I think Tiana?) immediately sprang into action, apologizing that they didn't have one and showing us to the exam room early so we could change the baby there, even offering a blanket to put her on if we needed one. I in no way expected anyone at the hospital to go out of their way for providing me a place to change diapers because that's not their primary focus, but they did! More relevantly: last month my 11 year old cat suddenly stopped eating and shed a lot of weight, neither of which are good things for cats. We were expecting to be told she was responding badly to stress, and took her in to see Dr. Smith. She was compassionate and clearly explained any diagnoses we received (early stage kidney disease, infection, maybe cancer), careful to lay out all the pros and cons of all the options we had available to us. We ended up having to let the cat go- yesterday morning in fact, and again Dr. Smith was so caring and handled the entire situation very gracefully. We would never hesitate to recommend North Creek to friends or family. read more

The best animal care team... EVER. I first experienced Dr. Rachel when my best friend lost both his Dobermans within 7 months of each other and I went with him to their final visits. The team was EXTREMELY sympathetic, kind, and understanding... making that time the easiest they could with the situation at hand. Now, almost a year later, we both have puppies: a brother and sister from the same litter and it is so nice to walk in and have everyone know BOWIE & SOUL, treating them with such kindness and compassion. Dr. Rachel explains everything (especially for me being a first time fur-mommy)! We weren't able to attend her puppy socializing classes because of scheduling conflicts but it was nice to know someone we trust and adore offer classes for loved fur babies. Thank you Dr. Rachel and the ladies at NCPH - I can't even put into words on how much Erik, Soul, Bowie and I appreciate your compassion and love for not just new puppies, but especially for the old girls we so greatly loved and miss every single day. What happened to this place?! We first started taking our dog here a little over three years ago. We LOVED it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the Veterinarians were awesome. Then all the vets left. All of them. No one ever answers the phone anymore. We call on average of at least 3 times before the phone gets answered. Due to poor customer service and lack of a dedicated full-time Veterinarian we decided not to renew our Pawplan and they weren't very nice about it. Their reaction to my canceling really cemented that I made the right decision. I'm sad that this place has gone down hill so much. They're close and my dog loved them. But no one answering when you call, no one responding to voicemails left, lack of communication about a dedicated full-time vet, is just too much. read more

The staff are good with animals, which is what matters most. Unfortunately, they treat humans like crap. They have zero idea how to actually run a business. The lobby has been closed for two years now, claiming some Covid nonsense. I can get into a human doctor lobby but not a vet? Makes no sense. So, to do anything, you have to drive up and call a phone number. There is never a human on the other end. It is always either a voice mail box or an answering service that picks up after 10 minutes of ads. Then you get transferred about six times before someone who knows what they are doing picks up. Often, they simply are in 'a staff meeting' and no human EVER picks up. Simply, they are the worst at customer service. If they weren't so good with our dogs, we would have left months ago. As it is, as soon as our elderly dog passes, we are definitely moving to a different vet. One who actually cares about their customers. read more

Our cat Blackjack required critical dental care and this Pet Hospital team was exceedingly knowledgeable, professional, courteous and flawless in bringing Blackjack back to great health! Everything was briefed in advance from dental surgery prep, medication use, cost of procedure etc and additionally thru out the day Dr. Smith kept me updated "real" time! Dr Loesch and Wilson are great Vets, they listen to you and explain everything before they do any type of work. The whole staff is great and friendly. Prices in my opinion are great and again they give you an full invoice telling you what the cost is. Both Vets have seen my Behr and was very gental and through exam, answers all your questions without interrupting and ask you to tell them what they said. I've been using this clinic for 20+ years and generally have had a great experience. (5 * for past and zero for my current frustration) BUT now it looks like I'm out about $800 from the monthly paw plan payments which I have used to prepay for dental cleaning for my dog. They cannot do it as they do not have a licensed tech. I'm told IF I continue my monthly payments (about $80/month and my current contract expires in Sept) they will grant me an extra 60 days to have the dental cleaning (supposing they get that tech) BUT if I cancel the insurance then too bad. The frustration is that when you go on hold for calls or get a printout of a visit that Paw Plan is always pushed..... And now the dental food I've been getting via Chewy for a couple of years has been denied and I'm to order thru their new provider. Which wouldn't be a problem EXCEPT Chewy is holding my entire order (cat food and litter and pee pads and......). Not a happy camper right now. And I'm sure they are quite tired of me asking when, when, when can my dog get her teeth cleaned. I only took out the paw plan for the dental stuff. And it's been fine in past years. I guess this is another fall out from COVID but I hate that I'm not getting a service for which I've prepaid. read more

Where to begin. I will say it's very suspect there are so many 1 star reviews and a bunch of 5 star reviews as well. It very likely they are illegally posting some of them. Attempted to get my pet medication but they weren't answering phones in the middle of the day. Since no one can enter the lobby I had to leave and come back. Their web site and phone said they close at 6, but it's actually 5. I think they may have changed the phone message to be accurate. I had a vet who was aggressively pushing a new flea and tick medication because my dog was itching. Problem is, based on where she was scratching, it should not be associated with fleas. Also there was a history of this behavior in the winter. And of course the specialist I took my dog to said there's no way that it was fleas. Despite giving the vet my phone number, they call my wife every time. One time when the vet was talking to me. The receptionist kept calling me repeatedly for payment, for that day's service. I kept having to silence my phone. One time I called in the morning, told them why I was bringing my dog in and when I got there was berated by the woman on the phone for not telling them all the reasons why I brought my dog in. She said I was just there for a wellness visit. I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL EVERYTHING EARLIER THAT DAY. And there's more. Most every time I've been there, something is messed up. I gave more than a fair shot, but this the worst vet I have ever been to. read more

We took my dog here as a puppy and up until she was probably around 5-7 years. We ended up switching vets due to the expensive cost of a dental cleaning and exams in general. We took Lucy in annually for check ups. A little less than a year ago: Lucy was 15. Vets have/had been fully booked up, and our regular vet couldn't get our sweet Lucy in for 2 weeks, so I called North Creek Vet to check her out since she appeared to be having shortness of breath, coughing, and overall just having a hard time breathing. I called on Friday, and they were able to get us in on Monday. Lucy gets a lot of anxiety going to the vet, so when we got there, I tried to hand her off to the vet tech as smoothly as possible. Lucy growled a little, but the vet tech was able to carry her in. Lucy was a little 5 lb chihuahua by the way. Maybe 5 minutes go by, and the vet tech comes out, and says, "CAN YOU GET THIS MUZZLE ON YOUR DOG?! SHE KEEPS TRYING TO BITE US." I'm sorry, but our regular vet NEVER had any issues with this and NEVER put a muzzle on Lucy. I struggled a bit, but was able to get the muzzle on my scared baby. Also, I always hand off Lucy to the vet tech at our regular vet and Lucy was always fine. I was agitated and frustrated because my dog was already stressed due to her breathing and having anxiety, and the staff couldn't handle a little 5 lb chihuahua? Lucy has never bit anyone, so I don't know if they were being aggressive with her or what. The vet was nice and informative. He spoke to me on the phone and suggested antibiotics because the the symptoms could possibly be bronchitis. He also let us know their machine was down, so they could not fully rule out CHF without an echocardiogram. They told me I could take Lucy to their sister offices (Smokey Point or Shoreline) to get the imaging, but when I called, they were booked out, so I took the conservative approach and just went with the antibiotics. I just feel like working at a vet, you should be able to handle animals who are stressed. I'm sure a lot of animals struggle with seeing the vet. Fast forward to now: We said our goodbyes to Lucy in January. She passed from heart failure, which we had gotten diagnosed a few weeks after the above appointment, and she was on meds for for the remainder of her life. I get that North Creek Vet is unaware of this, but they sent us a postcard in the mail to schedule Lucy's check up and called and left a voicemail to schedule. We hadn't taken Lucy there for years for check ups, and I'm sorry, but we were never planning on returning (especially with how awful they treated our girl). It's just frustrating, and all of their reminders made me remember the awful time we had there, so that is why I wrote this review. read more

They clearly deceive over the phone, you should triple-quadriple check beforehand for what they charge me. I brought an old international health certificate with me to use as an example and suggested the doctor need to vaccinate my dogs -- which the doctor happily complied with and charged me $100 for that. Turns out it wasn't necessary! And it was clearly stated on the certificate. So the doctor DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE DOES when it comes to certificates. This Vet hospital has turned into a 100% shitshow. They could care less about the pets and their owners. Recently had a biopsy done on my cat and was told I HAD to call back to get the results. Finally got the results and was referred to other Vets to remove the mass. Asked to have records sent to new place...had to call 3 times and refuse to get off the phone until they were received while my poor kitten sat with the new Vet scared and alone. They had the gall to enter in their notes "owner is frustrated with her pet" when I called for the records. I would give this place a negative 5 stars if I could honestly, I used to take my dog to this vet before COVID and it seemed fine relatively ok experience except one time when our usual vet moved away this new vet told my puppy in training he's too mouthy and has anxiety and immediately told us to have him take prescription anxiety meds even tho he was still training which makes no sense. Move forward to during COVID, my dog has had repeated skin infection so we had to come often for anti infection injections but after a couple months of coming I had to make another appointment and they did not pick up their phone at all, I left 2 voicemails and called 3 days in a row but nobody called back or even answered their phone - very unprofessional. I gave up and took my dog to Puget Park Vet in Everett and everyone over there was so much nicer and took care of us in every possible way. I can't believe I wasted time going to North Creek. I recommend people to stay away from this place. read more

OK, I do have some positives to say so let me start with those first: The staff was very caring - they showed our puppy lots of love whenever he had to come here. I can't complain there. The waiting area and exam room was very clean, updated and nice. This location is incredibly convenient for me. Saying that, here's why I'm giving 2 stars. The things most important to me in a vet were not met at this particular Pet Hospital. Pricing. They are high compared to other places. There is no question about it. I view a vet as I would a doctor's office and every time I'd come here there was this upsell effort for other things I didn't need. I wouldn't want that going to a doctor's office and I don't want that at my vet either. Also, bringing our dog to the 24 hour emergency was comparable in pricing to what we pay for visits here. That's a little bit weird, don't ya think? Appointments. Let's just say same day appointments are not happening here. I ended up taking our dog to the VCA in Lynnwood a few times just because scheduling was going to be a few days out. After going to a different vet recently, I was pleased to find that some vets put aside several appointments every day in their schedule for those pets who need to be seen same day. I really appreciated that. Hopefully with better pricing and more flexibility with their scheduling, they will one day get better. read more

Great clinic very caring. They completely explain what's going on and you always feel like a part of the process. Beyond that there follow up in unparalleled, and Katie one of the techs is just amazing. I noticed people complain about the price... In my opinion you get what you pay for. Yes it might be a little pricer than the discount vet clinic but it is in mill creek and not highway 99 in everett. They actually saved us money when another local vet clinic was trying to make me pay for test that weren't needed. I completely offer my recommendation to this clinic. read more

I have nothing but, good things to say about this place. I've taken both my cats here and I've always had nothing but excellent service. I can tell the staff truly cares about my pets. I'm not sure of the receptionists name but, she is so incredibly nice and thoughtful. I appreciate that when I call in and need to make an appointment. I also like that this office does not offer declawing for cats. No vet office should! Thanks for being so great. read more

I love NCPH, they have always been wonderful with my pets. We recently lost our 12 year old German Shepherd to cancer and had to put her to sleep. The staff at NCPH were amazing and very supportive, they got us in, let us take our time and made the process as painless as possible (for us and for Zeva). They also gave us a wonderful keepsake of Zeva's paw print that we cherish. On a happier note, we have a new Boston Terrier puppy and they have been WONDERFUL with her as well. Dr. Smith has her own BT so is very familiar with the breed and is always so happy to see Nox. The staff is wonderfully friendly, doll out tons of praise (on the dog, not me) when we come in, and remember us. They answer all of our questions and provide wonderful information. They also send out reminders and have an online system, which makes it easier to see your pet's medical records. My only complaint is that we signed up for the PAWS plan (monthly payments w/ set shots/visit schedule) only to find out that some of the recommended shots are NOT included. I thought my last visit wouldn't cost anything (we'd already paid the month's premium) but it ended up costing me another $60 (1 shot, plus a monthly flea treatment). I think it is still worth it as it includes the spay/neuter but would definitely suggest asking for a list of what is NOT included but would be expected over the next year to see how much more out of pocket you might end up spending. I would definitely recommend them to anyone living in the area. read more

I brought my cat to this clinic in November because of all the positive reviews. I had a good experience. I've been trying to make a follow up appointment for the last 6 weeks and these people are impossible to get a hold of. I've left messages, called multiple times a day on different days and never get an answer. It's a big red flag that I can't get a hold of someone to make another appointment. Meanwhile I'm getting direct mail saying I need to make an appointment. Seeing the recent negative reviews it seems I'm not the only one having a hard time with them lately. read more
