This so called lady is the most lazy, under qualified and ignorant person to be working at a place like this. I requested a service that's listed on their wall and she says she can't do that (while being the supervisor). I had a back and forth with her then went to North Miami auto tag and they did it no problem. What could improve? Firing her and getting someone competent, I'm sure someone who speaks less English than her can do a better job. When it's your birth month, but you have to give a gift to DMV, this tag agency is a pretty good place to take care of such an errand. I know there are such things as paying for it online but she in the midst of a busy month it totally slipped me. I found North Dade Auto Tag agency to be close by my office and stopped in. There was almost no line - like 2 other people ahead of me - and I proceeded to the front window to get my tag renewal sticker. I showed the very pleasant clerk my license, she did her thing on the computer and I'm valid to drive for another year. Besides the mandatory fee from the state of Florida, there's also a service charge by the agency as well as for using a credit card. read more

"Supervisor" is very nasty. Cussing at customers, calling them bitch and hoe, talking about their moms and grandparents. Body shaming, saying oh you fat and could never look like me. Yesterday there was bad treatment towards my husband a lady who attends at the window threw him and yelled at him in front of me, and she treated him badly, and we wanted to record his screams and the lady who attends got spoiled and yelled at me too without telling her anything I was just recording to denounce her it was noticeable that she was racist with us, because we are Latinos, and this can't happen what kind of people attend there, they have no education to serve the public. read more

In Miami you have to choose very carefully when and where to take care of vehicle registration related items. One trick is to absolutely avoid State of Florida DMV locations at all costs (unless you have a driver license to deal with... then you have no choice). For work, I drive all over the Miami area. On this day, I stopped at another relocation in North Miami, but did not have all the required paperwork. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain exactly what I needed (verification of vehicle VIM and mileage - witnessed by a police officer). After leaving the first location, I called the non-emergency number for MDPD who then told me that could not be done. Frustrated, I called the Tag Agency. Again, they were patient and provided additional options. Once my paperwork was in order. I stopped at the Hialeah location which was much busier. I expected to wait a long time, but they were very efficient and worked through the line very quickly. I appreciate all the help I got inside and outside the office AND from multiple locations. Drove all the way up here from Pembroke Pines to North Miami to try to transfer our tags we made it at 4:55pm and their store was closed. They're actual hours are until 6pm but they put a paper sign in the window saying "Sorry we close today January 20th at 5pm. This is not the first time we ran into an issue like this. I do not recommend this tag agency unless you try to get there by 4pm. read more

It's hard for me to understand the bad reviews. I been to several Auto Tag Agency in the North Miami Region. Hands down this one at 313 NE 167th St is the best. I will not go anywhere else. I had a lost and expired registration. I thought I really was going to have some issues because I couldn't even find an old registration. My wife and I went to NE 167th St Agency and after a brief wait on-line we saw Jackie. She was absolutely terrific....After listening to me she immediately got into the data base, verified the expired registration and took care of everything in a matter of minutes. If I could give less than one star to this establishment, I would the lady working the counter has the worst work ethic I have ever seen in my life. She was as rude and nasty as can be. She made me wait 10 minutes before I could ask her to loan me a pen and then proceeded to tell me she did not want to help me. I think she was racial racially profiling me. In and out in less than 2 minutes. I realized I was rolling around with an expired tag (ah, come on! You've forgotten to get your new tag on your birthday month, don't front!) and stopped in here to grab my new registration. I parked right up front...walked in...saw the one employee busy with another customer and I thought "AWESOME! I only have to wait for this one person......." NEXT!!!!! shouts a ladies voice from the hidden cashiers box all the way to the left. WHATTTTTT, this is awesome! She got my info up, charged me and I was out of there. Literally not even 2 minutes. - I'd recommend you come by on a weekday around 10 - noon....but I have seen that they are usually pretty fast at any time of the day. - It's cash only. They have an ATM, but I'd just bring the cash. - This place has been around since I was a kid and I used to live in the area.....crazy they are still around. read more

This place is the worst tag place in Miami. The woman Christine on the end is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. She's angry and short tempered and shouldn't be working with people at all. This office is rude and unhelpful. I have been having issues with bringing my vehicle in from out-of-state to register in Florida for over 4 months. Not only have they been completely unhelpful, but yelled at me on the phone, then left me hold for over 15mins when just asking a simple question. I have been to that office over 5x and called more than that to facilitate this process- hence why I am writing the review. I wouldn't even consider writing a review if this had been a one-time occurence. I finally had to switch to another agency because I had no other idea of what to do. There is an African American women of Jamaican descent, I believe her name is Christy she has been working at that location for years and it is always an attitude with her, absolutely terrible she had an attitude from beginning to end. For those of you who have NEVER worked at a tag office it is not an easy job due to the fact that the public have no idea that there are DMV rules and regulations that have to be followed and you only want it your way(maybe you think you are at Burger KIng, you are not). I had all my papers in order and there was no line before me, so the whole process must have taken no longer than 15 minutes.
