Stole my dad's car for an entire month. He took it in for a quick repair and they told him 1-2 days. When he called to check on it after it had been 2 weeks they denied they even had his vehicle. Once they finally found it repaired it and returned it. It was horrible. The interior was trashed with food, candy wrappers, and worst of all, cigarettes. The vehicle also stunk of smoke. They emptied his gas tank, and put on about 1,500 miles. On top of that they also damaged a fog light and then denied it when it was brought up to them. read more

This is a three month follow-up in which I spoke to a mechanic to schedule the replacement of the tubes from the moon roof because they have been leaking. We ordered the part and today we will check to see if we are to repair or wait till Thursday to "git r dun." Lol. As far as the work and promises I will amend this review once it's all figured out. 03/19/2016 - It was all figured out. The mechanic did an excellent job of installing new bushings, installing a new air suspension shock absorber, installing the leaking tube located above that drain the moonroof area, aligning all four wheels, and putting some more violent in. My review is that again he is an excellent resource when it comes to these types of cars. If you are a 4X4 enthusiast such as me then you know that maintaining aspects of the vehicle is a must. Finding someone that is competent with the vehicle and doesn't cost you a pound of flesh can be a challenge. Here he is. I discussed with the owner of the shop the benefits of honest dealings. He assured me by his manner, and his customer that dishonesty is correlated with failure while great customer relations is correlated with a successful business (Except Wall Street Big Banks & Insurance Fund Companies). I highly recommend this shop for your Land Rover for quality and economical pricing for an owner trying to avoid dealership prices on repairs. Eddie, who owns the shop at NDI is a certified Honda Mechanic and opened this shop several years ago. He's been fortunate to expand recently--due mostly to word of mouth. I am a car-guy at heart and know my stuff--but live in an apartment so can't do the work myself. I'm very picky about who gets to touch my cars and Eddie made me feel good knowing that he only uses OEM factory parts. His level of knowledge about the cars was tremendous. More importantly, he will walk you through the problems the car has and will show you what should get done--even more so, what doesn't need to get done (saving you money!). The parts and labor costs have been at least 40% less than a dealer charges. Eddie has already worked on my 2007 Acura TL and it's running like new. Recently my girlfriend and I had tires replaced by one of the large tire chains (whom shall remain nameless but does consist of x3 letters in the name). They were very emphatic that we needed to spend over $1K with them in new suspension parts and labor. Fantastic Find!! These guys are truly a blessing! The A/C in my RX 350 was not cooling and only blowing hot air. Andy and his team, did a leak check and added the proper freon required to get my car blowing cold air. I was at a Land Rover dealership where I was severely being taken advantage of and in a rush found this place on an Internet search. I brought my '91 Accord in the other day to let them see if they could at least attempt to dial in the front alignment after a bad experience at a different shop that told me that certain aspects of my suspension weren't adjustable. Not to mention, when I asked what my options were to get it adjusted to factory spec, I was just told that it can't be done and that was it. At NDI, I explained the situation to the gentleman at the front and I believe he was definitely listening to my concerns. He told me he worked on quite a few examples of my car as he was working at the Honda dealer when they came out! So I expected them to do a very good job and they did. For the basic rate they adjusted it way closer to spec than the last shop did. I didn't expect perfection as all of the suspension pieces I'd previously replaced myself were all aftermarket, so it's very possible they're not going to even allow a perfect adjustment. However the car is now close enough that it goes straight down the road. read more

Sold me on a ridiculous unneeded repair, they do not know how to diagnose car problems. I paid $400 for a mass air flow sensor that the car didn't need. I left out on a road trip the next day and my check engine light came on within 75 miles on a 900 mile trip. I called them and they had the tenacity to tell me "oh your computer will adjust and your car will actually run better than if the light was off"....Is that not the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard??? I took the car to a real shop and the problem wasn't anywhere near being related to a mass airflow sensor. I felt like I was completely ripped off! **update 10/23/14*** The visit was 9/2013...I didn't leave a review until almost a year later when I came across the receipt again.
