Maybe I shouldn't tell y'all how great they are and keep it a secret, but I don't want anyone to go through what I did with other mechanics. Especially other women and mothers where our cars are veritable Ubers for our kids. But--everyone knows who has been here how great they are, so can't hide what everyone knows. Honest mechanics, honest shop with superior service , integrity and care and best prices. They back their work up and hire the most experienced mechanics and staff. Ask for Alex Kaftajian, and he will make sure you are taken care of and the work is done with the utmost skill, This June, I had a nightmare brakes issue on that I had taken my car to my family mechanic in Plano. The mechanic there quoted me $500.00 over labor and parts market rate! Pardon me but @$!@#$? And then another, it was similar. Moreover, I had already had work done the mechanics would not honor. I was very much in a bind. What was I going to do? Pay 899.00-- 900.00 for work that had no guarantee? Nope! I thought i would never resolve the issue . I will pay for labor that is worth it, but I draw the line at allowing exploitation. Pissed-off at getting taken advangtage of in a time of great need by condescending and smug mechanics acting more like vultures than humans, I asked my church and former UT Austin classmates around Dallas who was the most experienced and honest mechanic. Several named Alex at Meineke. Many had gone to him in Carrollton and had their cars towed to Richardson when he switched, So I did what others suggested, and paid Triple A to tow the car to Richardson to Meineke, asked for Alex and prayed. Sure enough! Superior service, friendly, helpful. Perfect results and excellent people with integrity. I want reliable, honest and skilled, and that is what they are. Babbbbbyyyy this Meineke place is the truth.. I took my car in for AC issues. I took it to 2 other places that lied and tried to take my money. They told me the truth and had my car ready with ice cold air. They had it ready way before the time they said it would be ready..... The most professional, friendly and knowledgeable folks I have come across. I will be going back for all of my car needs.... Went back for a fuel pump replacement... Got me right on together... $200 for an oil change and a dead car. Beware, they will offer battery terminal cleaning but don't actually check your battery. I've called 4 local shops as I worked in tuning industry to see if other local shops actually check the battery if they offer the service to clean the terminals- ALL SHOPS excluding this trash hole do. Should have know better to go with the fake reviews. The current shop replacing my battery also went through and looked at a few things. If you have this shop replace your oil filter, ask to see your old one. AUTO PRO SHOP & Hi Five are within a mile and will take care of you vs you winding up stranded die to Harley Quinn as she calls herself working on your vehicle. read more

What a wonderful experience! We got towed in on a Saturday morning with what turned out to be a blown oil cooling hose. We were traveling and feared we wouldn't get back on the road anytime soon. The staff was awesome! Reassuring! Fast! And fair. They quickly assessed the problem, explained the repair, shot us an estimate and got to it. About an hour or so later we were fixed! I came out to my car after a meeting and found one of my exhaust pipes was loose. Being OCD about my car I immediately started searching for a place that could repair it at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. After unsuccessfully trying Pep Boys and a local repair shop, they recommended that I try a muffler shop. Google said there was a Meineke shop within 5 miles on 75. Frantically I drove to the location but got lost. I called the shop got a voice mail and hung up. Now what do I do. My phone rings and it's Amy (I really hope that is her name) from Meineke calling me back asking how she could help. I started to explain the situation, and she stopped me, gave me directions, and told me to bring my car right over. As soon as I arrived Allan (I sure hope that is his name) took my car and immediately started the repairs. In less than 30 minutes my car was ready completely fixed. I have never been given such excellent service by a repair shop than I had today. I was given the best birthday present. The responsiveness and willingness to help made my day. We took our Honda Civic into this car center to have the AC fixed and received top notch service! They tended to our car almost immediately. They ended up running a full diagnostic on the AC system and recharging the freon. The price we paid for the service was very reasonable. Super honest!!! I just left there after an appointment about a squeaking noise coming from my tire. After test driving and examining my brakes, I was preparing myself for bad and expensive news. The mechanic told me the noise was something minor and totally unrelated to the brakes. They could have bamboozled me and charged me a lot of money, but that didn't happen. My brakes will have to be replaced eventually and I will absolutely go back there. They have a new customer for life! read more

This is by far the best service, quality and price you will ever find for car repairs and maintenance. The wait times are small, the prices are (very) competitive and they look out for the customer. In fact, they checked to see which services/fluid actually needed to be done compared to what the dealership told me, and they found that the dealership tried to sell me a fluid change I truly did not need (they even showed me the dip stick).
