    I am sure negative reviews mean nothing to the dealership or to anyone when buying a car. But sometimes it becomes the principle. As long as deals are made no one really cares. It all started when I was looking for an SUV. I saw the one I liked at North Florida Lincoln and submitted a availability request. The salesperson contacted and was very friendly by getting me pictures of the vehicle. I was going to visit the dealership the next day since I am on dialysis, I had to get hooked up to my machine nightly. I was then told that someone was coming from Gainesville at 6pm to look at the only vehicle they had on the lot. So I expedited the purchase process to not lose a chance at the vehicle. I know I had credit issues but wanted to at least try. Basically we agreed on numbers and I signed a buyers order and I did see the "W.A.C". Well a short time after signing it, I received a text and the photo below, "SOLD" sign in the window with my name on it. Below in quotes are the text I received making me believe I had just purchased a new Aviator. After receiving the last update at around 11 am on Tuesday Morning and being told it was not a credit issue, I have not heard anything at at and it's now Thursday at 10 am. I know as I have seen it happen, a dealership with relationships at banks finance companies can get it done if they want to and if they don't, you just never hear from the again. I just don't believe you should get someone happy about a vehicle being sold to them and all the positive texts until it is a certain sale. It just brings one down in the end. Like I said no one will care about this review, but it's the way it happened. "There will be a Christmas bow on it when you pick it up and it's all cleaned up for you on the showroom floor" "G it will be a great Christmas you just got a new aviator and she is Simply breathtaking" "Good morning Dan, I hope all is well. I am about to take the Aviator and seal it up and take it down a detail and get the Sentinel put on it do you have a estimate on the time you'll be here for delivery so I can let my detailer know when to have it ready and on the showroom floor for me" "We are just waiting for a callback from the bank we've already submitted it we're just waiting on that call and I will let you know" "It is good as far as I know just waiting on confirmation "

    I just bought a Lincoln sedan at this dealership and I could not be more pleased with the way I was treated by everyone, especially Morris and Chris. From beginning to end, both of these gentlemen went over and beyond to make me feel special. Morris Jelks has all the characteristics you would expect to find in a professional representing the Lincoln brand. He exudes confidence, poise and good ethics.     North Florida Lincoln is better than Coggin Ford and Duval Ford. They treat you like a human being instead of treating you rudely.

Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I am also quite impressed with the responsiveness and exceptional follow through provided after the sale was complete. If your experience puts you in contact with either of them, you're in good hands. ---------- I am highly disappointed with my first experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!

I felt at ease, from the start because of all the great reviews, then Nick that was such a kind soul super easy going as was everyone else in the dealership. Offered water, hot chocolate to my daughter, coffee for me. Felt like friends we had known forever. I left the lot same day with my new car, registration and all handled right there.     This is a flea market at best.... the worst dealership I have ever had never mind it's CADILLAC…read moreLUXURY BRAND!! Terrible customer service ... no communication... complacency .... Excuses ... bad management ... basically falling apart! I actually pulled my car out and got it serviced the same day at another dealership and they had no problem! I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV sent for oil change and regular 37,500 miles regular check ups. So check out this chaos if you got time (if you don't just stay away from this crazy place): First, online reservations doesn't work ... I did book an appointment but they called me and said: scratch that ... just come tomorrow at noon... great, right? I go there and they are like, "oh sorry we are slammed" (of course because obviously booking system is so advanced that they can't figure out) "Actually we scheduled you for tomorrow at 7:30 am ... this way will work on it right away so you don't have to worry" (I work late so this is a pain) and I didn't mind. I drove the car the next day and was there first in line in the morning. I explained I have a funeral and me and clients I need to meet so I do need the car. They were "NO WORRIES" and I walked away happy with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief! Time passes by and I don't receive a call! I try to call at 4:40 pm and they are like "sorry we are closed" WHAT?!!... oh we changed our times due to COVID (remember they are slammed! ... and busy ... and they also the only dealership that changed their time) I ended up stranded with no Uber around (don't get me started about the loaner situation - my car is also still under warranty) so I ended up hiring a driver for $400 for the night! I go the next day and I see they didn't even start working on the car ... the manager "Eddie" was very complacent and gave me excuses like I am in first grade or something ... saying it's my fault and that they never promised to give me car on time ... We have too many cars ahead of you!!!! (I am not going to repeat myself but it's obvious he is lying or at least hopeless)! When you see this culture and this kind of dealerships ... just run away! My car had oil change and service in a couple of hours in another Cadillac dealership 15 minutes away! They have normal hours ... staff were friendly and nothing like the excuse culture and chaos I had with Claude Nolan! I even had no appointment and they accommodated me! I also know now that was not only me ... clients with Cadillac fleets that work with Claude Nolan for years, left them and got pissed of the terrible treatment and customer service! When I went in after confirming availability of a specific one, I was hit with the oh it's not available anymore. They offered to take me "right up the street" the see a similar one. It was at the Arlington location so it was a little drive. I ended up getting one however, there was no mats (not even paper ones) and no charger which I was told there was one in the vehicle. So, overall I was a bit disappointed. I've bought 3 vehicles from Enterprise, CarMax & this place. CarMax was the best experience which is why I searched their inventory first. I'm not sure if the customer service in the overall industry has changed, but the little things matter. There's no reason for a car in 2026 not have those things included. My family gifted me new mats. I'm not opposed to dealerships, because there are some that go above and beyond to make your experience great. This just isn't one.
