This is a flea market at best.... the worst dealership I have ever had never mind it's CADILLAC LUXURY BRAND!! Terrible customer service ... no communication... complacency .... Excuses ... bad management ... basically falling apart! I actually pulled my car out and got it serviced the same day at another dealership and they had no problem! I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV sent for oil change and regular 37,500 miles regular check ups. So check out this chaos if you got time (if you don't just stay away from this crazy place): First, online reservations doesn't work ... I did book an appointment but they called me and said: scratch that ... just come tomorrow at noon... great, right? I go there and they are like, "oh sorry we are slammed" (of course because obviously booking system is so advanced that they can't figure out) "Actually we scheduled you for tomorrow at 7:30 am ... this way will work on it right away so you don't have to worry" (I work late so this is a pain) and I didn't mind. I drove the car the next day and was there first in line in the morning. I explained I have a funeral and me and clients I need to meet so I do need the car. They were "NO WORRIES" and I walked away happy with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief! Time passes by and I don't receive a call! I try to call at 4:40 pm and they are like "sorry we are closed" WHAT?!!... oh we changed our times due to COVID (remember they are slammed! ... and busy ... and they also the only dealership that changed their time) I ended up stranded with no Uber around (don't get me started about the loaner situation - my car is also still under warranty) so I ended up hiring a driver for $400 for the night! I go the next day and I see they didn't even start working on the car ... the manager "Eddie" was very complacent and gave me excuses like I am in first grade or something ... saying it's my fault and that they never promised to give me car on time ... We have too many cars ahead of you!!!! (I am not going to repeat myself but it's obvious he is lying or at least hopeless)! When you see this culture and this kind of dealerships ... just run away! My car had oil change and service in a couple of hours in another Cadillac dealership 15 minutes away! They have normal hours ... staff were friendly and nothing like the excuse culture and chaos I had with Claude Nolan! I even had no appointment and they accommodated me! I also know now that was not only me ... clients with Cadillac fleets that work with Claude Nolan for years, left them and got pissed of the terrible treatment and customer service! This is an honest and objective review. My wife drives a 2011 Cadillac cts with 70k miles. We randomly had an engine light and a misfire on our most recent outing. I immediately had the car towed to my usual mechanic, after running the engine code p306 (misfire cylinder 6) he determined to replace the fuel injector in the cylinder. So I had a fuel injector replaced spark plugs replaced and the coil pack replaced. I spent hours trying to make sense of why it was still continuing to misfire, I had gotten to the point where I decided maybe I should drop it off at the actual Cadillac dealership where they will be able to use more specific software to determine the problem. First I'd like to note that they do not have any such thing. They do not use any software to read live data on a malfunctioning engine. In 2022 that is almost concerning. I worked with Dan who at first seemed like a fairly nice guy. When i came in to drop off the car he seemed a little confused as to why i was there that day, even though i spoke to him 2 days earlier over the phone about coming in. I gave him all the details on the car and why I decided to bring it in. He calls me back 3 days later and says hey you need a fuel injector replaced in cylinder 6. So now im like, "hes just messing with me." No he actually completely disregarded everything i told him and attempted to charge multiple diagnostic fees that were not disclosed in our initial meeting. I knew there was 1 diagnostic fee but now mutiple fees? He wouldnt give me an opportunity to speak with the mechanic over the phone, so i had to drive a half hour to come talk with the mechanic in person. We had a good conversation and determined he could run a test to see if the cylinder was getting too much fuel. Two more days elapsed and I receive another call from Dan. I assumed he would give me the details on the tests that i payed for. Instead he says, "evan you need a cylinder head replaced it will cost around 6000$". I said can you give me information on the tests i payed for? He vaguely answered my question told me to come talk to ward (the mechanic). I will say the most frustrating part was how often dan would interrupt me while having a conversation on the phone or in person. He also on multiple occasions found it necessary to compare other customers bills to my bill which i find very unethical. He said that the mechanics "bent over backwards" for me. I dont see how that is even remotely fair to say considering i have invested 100s of dollars at claude nolan just to basically have zero information on why the car is actually misfiring. They basically just gave up, Their suggestion was to replace the cylinder head. For those of you who are not familiar with cylinder heads, they are basically the top half of the entire engine. Long story short I did not appreciate Dan and his customer service. I dont care if another customer payed 10,000$ for a repair. My vehicle isnt even worth as much as the suggested repair costs. I will be taking my business elsewhere, hopefully a more advanced crew can determine the exact problem with my engine. read more

I would recommend Cadillac because of Cadillac itself. I have very had very little problems with my Cadillacs for all the years that I've owned them my wife as well. Their service at this time and season is not is not as good as it has been in the past I would encourage anyone to check them out Cadillac some more expensive, my wife drives them because I want her to drive a good car and Cadillac is a good car with their lack of cars to sell. I bought a 2006 Cadillac XLRv (MSRP $106) brand new. All of the service has been done at the CN Cadillac. Up until today, I have enjoyed the car and having the service done at the dealer. I needed service on the car for a change in transmission and differential fluid. During the service they found I need new tires. When I asked them to put on new tires, the service manager stated he could not produce the tires to put on the car. I found a dealer in Texas that had four tires, but the dealer refused to install them. This left me with a car that had unserviceable tires and dangerous to use on the road. Twelve hours later, I was finally able to have a flat bed tow truck take the car from CN Cadillac to a tire store for tires. After all of this problem over tires that CN Cadillac would not install cost me time and grief to find a tire shop. I was willing to pay what ever it cost to have CN Cadillac do the work. What it cost them is my continued loyalty, a new replacement Cadillac, and service contract. This company does not qualify for one star. I would recommend customers use the Cadillac dealer in Brunswick, St. Augustine, or West Jacksonville. read more

I ended up purchasing a car here on Saturday and had such a wonderful experience! I've been shopping around for a few months and have been to about 3 dealerships ready to purchase a car but walked away at the last second because of the extreme pressuring. I never once felt that way with Barry Lambert (or anyone) at Claude Nolan. He was so nice and pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy and made me feel confident about my decision. Once I was approved and it came time to sign all the paperwork, I got handed over to Pete Riera. Pete was amazing to work with as well. He went over every form I signed in a way that very easy for me to understand and again, I felt 100% comfortable every step of the way. I never once felt like I was just another sale for them. I know they truly cared about making me happy. At the previous dealerships I had been to, deep in my gut I knew it wasn't the right decision. I've never bought a car by myself before and I was so scared about making a bad purchase or regretting the car I decided to buy. I knew once I sat down in the car at Claude Nolan that it was the car I wanted to buy and the service that was provided to me by Barry and Pete throughout the whole process just confirmed that feeling even more. Today as I was finally able to get out I wanted to return 4 rivets I purchased so my handyman could install the front license plate bracket for my handicap tag. When I purchased them he said they were $7.?? but with his strong accent I thought he meant $7.?? for all 4 rivets not each. I had such a bad experience trying to get warranty work done I ended up going to Fields Cadillac which they did an awesome job. I drove to Claude and Nolan with the intention to have my car serviced. I walked into the front building and asked for Cadillac Car Services and was then directed,unknowingly, to Buick car services. I wasn't aware there was another building my car was supposed to be until after they charged me $500 for two diagnostics and an oil change. I asked them why is it two different diagnostics and they didn't really explain why. I asked them what I was paying for regarding the diagnostic and they said if repairs are needed and I have a warranty than it would be covered under the warranty and the funds would go towards the parts/repairs. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars so I really trusted them and their word. I go to pick up my car (under the impression I'll just be paying for my oil change since my car is under warranty as stated in their system) just to find out I was double charged for something that should've been one diagnostic for an electrical issue. I feel heavily bamboozled and after learning I was in the wrong car services after being charged they refused to refund me or do any further research regarding my warranty/car purchase ( their system showed my car was under warranty but couldn't find the "provider". In all of my years of going to the dealership that was never an issue. Nothing was fixed, only an oil change was done. They attempted to make me pay for parts that should've been covered with the diagnostic funds in order for them to pre-order them. This was a very unnecessarily stressful and confusing experience. They informed me to bring it to CADILLAC services in hopes they'll be able to fix my car but still refused any form of reimbursement or transfer or information to have my vehicle properly cared for. read more

Car was damaged when it was in for service, they lost the car while in for service, forgot to do the service and made us come back. The purchase of the leased vehicle was tortuous and they even mishandled the change of title. In our very brief dealings with Claude Nolan every customer interface was a failure. I did some research online and found a car I really liked at Claude Nolan Cadillac. Called up and spoke with Steve Smith and made an appointment for that Saturday to see the vehicle. Prior to my visit I had some email and phone conversations with Steve with exactly what my wife and I were looking to do. When we arrived on Saturday Steve had the car we wanted all cleaned up and ready for us to look at and test drive. Steve went above and beyond showing us the features of the car and once our deal was agreed upon he took us to meet Art Anadio to wrap up the financing. Art explained all of our options and took his time and never made us feel rushed. We were so impressed with the service we decided to trade in our daughter's car for another used car. However we couldn't get the interest rate we wanted so we ended buying another new car the same day. Both gentlemen stayed well past closing to finish up the deal since we changed our mind on the second car several times. read more

So I was on vacation in Jax and I had a TPMS light come on for low pressure in my rear tire. Not a huge concern since I encountered a pretty drastic drop in temperature. The following day it was still holding air but I also found a large nail in my tire. 300 miles from home I didn't want to chance getting on the road so I decided to call Cadillac roadside assistance. That didn't go well so long story short I decided to just go to my nearest dealer. I phoned the dealer and reached Sheila in service. I had her check stock for my tire and they didn't carry it so it was ordered for Tuesday after the 4th of July. Sheila gave a follow up call on Tuesday to let me know the tire was in so I setup for Wednesday morning. When I arrived just before opening at 7:30, there were 4 cars ahead of me. The service advisors worked thru the cars quickly and waved me up. Coincidentally Sheila checked me in and we chatted a bit about the phone calls. She directed me to hang out in the customer lounge. I made a cup of coffee and grabbed a seat on the sofa. About 20 mins later Sheila came in with good news. I was prepared to drop $450 + for the new tire and install. They pulled the nail from the treads and discovered it didn't penetrate the tire so I was out with a smile. Great dealership experience and great service and friendly attitude by Sheila. read more

Disappointing. To summarize the detailed info below: 1) if you bring your car in for work know that you might get it back with new, completely different issues which stem from general laziness on the mechanic's end. 2) you'll make multiple trips there because they cannot do their job correctly the first time. 10/12/17 Check engine code reads "check cooling system". Mechanics couldn't find anything so they cleared code and told me it was because I needed an oil change. $100 (other work totaled for this visit $1,534.56 which included Entertainment screen work (Cadillac CUE) in which the mechanic took a chunk out of my leather on the dash. It was fixed, however, with no problem.) 10/27/17 (two weeks later) Engine overheated; had to pull over and shut the car off. Mechanics found leak in radiator. $1,257.50 9/25/19 Check engine light; engine overheated. Pulled off to side of road. Need another radiator replacement. Also had A/C work done. The mechanic who took apart my front end re-installed the wiper blade system incorrectly which produced off-centered wiping (ending on driver side right in line of vision) and made a horrible, loud, and very annoying clunking sound. It was ghetto. They eventually reinstalled the correct way. $3,047.98 1/17/20 Engine running hot. Coolant extremely low. The hose popped off my reservoir tank the next day after I saw the coolant was low. I had it towed there, but told them I thought there was an underlying issue. They said they performed a pressure test and all was good. They replaced the reservoir tank and hose. $421.99 2/13/20 (shy of a month later) Engine still running hot and the smell of burned oil permeates. If it wasn't for the oil smell I would never had brought it back in because they had just told me the cooling system was fine. LOW ON COOLANT AGAIN. They ran a pressure test (again, supposedly, if they really did one a month back) and found a coolant leak in the water pump, and an oil leak. Yay, my car is finally fixed I thought! I got my car back with a strong oil burning smell (ok, fine, it's residual oil burning off. They said they cleaned it their best. I get it. I can deal with that.) There is now two large splotches on my hood where something ate the paint off. I literally got the car, went home, saw it, and drove back. I wasn't even gone an hour. The service manager walked over and pretty much insinuated that I did that to my own car because he has no idea what or where it could have come from, and told me to come back in a week. His attitude was very smug and he told me I shouldn't return to his dealership after they fix the mysterious paint issue. (We'll see if the burning oil smell goes away and if the cooling system is finally leak-free. My hopes aren't very high for either.) Not including oil changes I have spent $7,798.44 and every time I go there I end up getting the car back WITHOUT RESOLUTION or with a completely different issue that wasn't there when I brought it in- wrecked dash, misaligned wiper system installation and PAINT EATEN OFF THE HOOD OF MY CAR!! I am extremely disappointed in the behavior of the smug Service Manager Eddie Weisen and poor mechanic workmanship I have received. I'm not driving a 2020 Cadillac and I'm still a student so I don't deserve the same service as everyone else. Thanks Claude Nolan Cadillac! read more

6/21/21 I planned to purchase a 21 Cadillac Escalade ESV, with Steven of Claude Nolan Cadillac. I completed the application & deposit to lease. Unlocked my 3 credit bureaus then LexisNexis 6/27/21. I established my insurance policy as directed. They ran 6 hard pulls on my credit twice on 6/28, 6/29, 6/30 & 7/2/21. My credit score is 866! They insisted there was an issue with their IT dept & I needed to wait for them to resolve it. 7/5 Pete Riera told me the bank was closed for the holiday, which he knew & they sold the vehicle to someone else that same morning. I was not allowed to speak to anyone else in upper management to escalate the matter. I believe this was unfair, I was discriminated against and there were deceitful business practices. They basically sold the vehicle to someone else to make a higher profit and deceived me in the process so that I wouldn't be able to purchase the truck. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this particular Cadillac dealership. read more

Worst dealer service dept. i've ever dealt with. I had an 11am appt. on friday to have a recall about brake assist on my 2020 ct5. At 3pm i was called and told they couldnt get to it...4 hours after my appt. and to bring it back on monday. So i was at the dealer ship at 7:30am when they opened monday morning. Then no phone call till after 3pm and they say "we couldnt get it done today" 'corkey' said. I couldnt believe it, so i said "whats going on? youve had the car over 7 hours" I couldnt help but laugh lol. He told me GM has us run and i quote $200 dollars of fluid thru the transmission then replace it with a new kind of fluid. I said "transmission? whats wrong with it ?" he said "recall on it". I went to the website and there was no other recalls on my car except the brake assist. Next day i called he said "oh we had to take all of your airbags out". Now I'm mad. I say "whats wrong with the airbags?" "recall" he said . So I went down to the dealer ship and saw the service manager. The service writer saw me and followed me in the door; i asked for a time to receive my car....he looked at the writer and corkey said "2 more hours", "call us at 2:30". I said to the manager "whats taking so long?" he said "oh they have to replace the master cylinder". Thats where all the electronics are... lie # 100 ? so i called at 3pm corkey said "oh the part fell apart when installing it and it's not in stock, had to go another dealership to get one. You can pick up your car tomorrow". Back to the manager... he never mentioned airbags or transmission so i knew all that was lies. I now have my car back and I will never see claude nolan again. I have bought 15 new cars and trucks in my lifetime, all GM except 2, and never had any dealership hold my car hostage because i complained about shoddy service. As a matter of fact, I've never had anything but good to say about GM service but will rethink that next time i buy a car. I will be writing GM about the treatment i received from claude nolan. What a joke they are. I didnt mention the service manager wouldnt return my calls. I also called the general manager and he would not take my call either. Avoid this place at all costs. I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Gerry Eastwood in the service department, and will never return here for service again. After requesting some minor work to be completed including an estimate for new rubber trim, and to replace broken speakers amongst other things, I was advised via my invoice that I was being billed for the technician incorrectly diagnosing my blown speaker (how's that possible ?) and for the technician writing up and estimate for new rubber trim. As a former service writer I can tell you that there is nothing in the books that advise a tech to bill to these costs, yet Gerry was adamant that I pay the incorrectly diagnosed diagnostic and for an estimate, two big no nos to any service writer not looking to nickle and dime. Will never recommend or return here again as I advised Gerry, to which in assuming is prefect lot fine given he received his money. read more

A woman backed into me & her insurance company recommended Claude Nolan for the collision damage repair. When I walked in for the initial quote, Bob & Allison were super friendly! During my quote visit, I mentioned I was fairly new to Florida & Bob made me feel welcome, suggesting many different accommodations for various things. Bob is genuinely a great guy, making my choice to use Claude Nolan an instant decision. I turned in the keys to my Jeep days later for repair, drove off in my on-site rental, & received the call to pickup my Jeep a couple days later. This was by far the most efficient & pleasant experience I have ever had in vehicle maintenance. Furthermore, this was most certainly one of the most positive customer service experiences as well. When I trade in my Jeep for a new vehicle in 2ish years, this will be the dealership I will use. Truly, thank you for everything, as I am very happy with my experience. Kudos to your team! I hope this doesn't BORE you and isn't to confusing. I established a Business relationship with CLAUDE NOLAN when I had an accident that TOTALED my 2003 SSR CHEVY. I purchased a XRL CADILLAC 2 SEATER CONVERTIBLE as a replacement. This was my second appointment with CLAUDE NOLAN, the first was a OIL CHANGE and replacement for a part that was located in the rear of the car. Today I took my car back to CLAUDE NOLAN for my second OIL CHANGE, sorry let me back up. When I had the FIRST OIL CHANGE I noticed there were some sort of "grease" on the outside of my doors, I mentioned this to my Service Professional, she requested someone come and see if it could be removed; it was removed but appeared again in about three weeks. When I returned today I asked the Service Professional to make a "note" of it on my paper work, I also told her to make a notation that I also had some "grease" on the carpet on the drivers side and I needed to have it cleaned. When my car was ready and I went to the office I asked to see the MANAGER of that Department, this is when the "fat hit the fan". I repeated the "grease" on the carpet etc., etc. The SERVICE PROFESSIONAL told me that I "needed" to take it to somewhere that could remove the "grease". I said NO it happened here so I was going to see if CLAUDE NOLAN could remove it before I took my car somewhere else. Well the Manager told me that they put "plastic" on the floor and seats and there was NO WAY that CLAUDE NOLAN EMPLOYEES were responsible basically. Plus he said my SERVICE PROFESSIONAL had SENT him pictures of the "grease spots" on the carpet. I responded that if I returned I would make sure I took "pictures" of my entire car INSIDE and OUTSIDE" or locate another CADILLAC DEALERSHIP for Service. I really didn't appreciate him implying that I'm a LIAR, but CLAUDE NOLAN EMPLOYEES tell the TRUTH. I really felt my HONESTY INTEGRITY and CHARACTER was being questioned, I decided to look for ANOTHER CADILLAC DEALERSHIP to patronize and take my BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Sales Manager Was the Rudest Man I have Ever Met We were ready to purchase a $85,000 vehicle and asked to speak directly to the sales manager. He walked into the office with a very combative attitude and was extremely antagonistic towards us when we were asking pricing questions. When asking him a question, in a demeaning tone he said "Do You Not Understand What 0% Financing Means?" I have never had a sales person undermine my intelligence and treat me like a child. I purchased my Cadillac SRX from Claud Noland. The sales staff is incredible. Very knowledgable about the cars they sell. Anthony was my salesmen, he made the experience seamless. The service department overall has done a good job, but they can use some improvement. In the past I made an appointment online, got to the dealership and they had no record. The person answering the phone for the service department often seems clueless. They are always accommodating by having me a loaner car. Overall this dealership is respectful to my needs and gets the job done. Update: I have tried to be patient with the service department at Claude Noland, (I've been numerous times) but they consistently disappoint me. One would think that you would get quality customer service at a high end dealership...not! This is the most unorganized place I have ever encountered. I had an appointment, but like always the person you have an appointment with is nowhere to be found. The other service people never offered any assistance. One lady did approach (after I got her attention) but said the person I had an appointment with was busy. Hello?!? You work here too! After sitting in my car waiting I finally got out and said I'm going in the lounge to wait, she can come get the car when she finishes. My goodness is simple customer service that hard. After waiting close to an hour for an oil change, I look up and my car is just sitting there ready and not one person came to tell me. This place needs an overhaul. I will NEVER bring my car back to your dealership for service. Also once I got the car back, services that show performed on the receipt weren't even done. If Claude Nolan wasn't the closest option by far, I wouldn't use them. The people who work there never smile, and the cashiers seem like they hate their jobs. After spending $2000 on repairs , my car was returned to me unwashed, not vacuumed, and with grease on my leather seats. I have had many great experiences with the entire dealership and because of that, I recommend Claude Nolan to anyone who mentions they are looking for a new vehicle. Some of the things I mention to people are: 1. I can always schedule appointments to drop off my vehicle for service in the morning on my way to work when it's most convenient for me. 2. I always have a loaner reserved while the work is being done on my car so that I don't have to wait at the dealership. 3. Someone always greets me quickly when I pull into the service department so I don't have to wait. 4. I am notified as soon as my car is ready to be picked up and encouraged to stop by after work because they are open until 6pm. 5. They usually detail my car so it's clean when I pick it up. Called to see if they would do a possible estimate over the phone. After getting transferred to the collision center I accidentally hung up as the guy was trying to explain. I call back to try to get back in touch with him and as I'm doing so he calls me. I ask the other guy I'm on the phone with if I could put him on hold as I think the guy is calling me back. It was him, he said "this is how it's done" then hangs up on me. Very rude staff that work here. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. That's how it's done. read more

I had a horrible experience with their body shop. First, they (Mark Hodgins) lied to me on two occasions, so I had to call my insurance and I was told they were incorrect and called him to correct him. The next day I saw Mark in person and he did not look happy I guess because my insurance had to call and correct him. He was then extremely rude with me over the phone. Then they took more than a week to fix some minor damage. When I went to pick up my car, nobody went over the repairs with me, in fact they just handed me the key and I had to search for my car in the parking lot. Very disappointed and frustrated with their lies and horrible customer service. I will never go back there again and will definitely not recommend them. Rayne picked us up at our hotel because the car rental service we originally signed up for only had cars at the airport (40 miles away). So they picked us up at our hotel and brought us to our rental. When we left Jacksonville, FL they picked us up at the car rental location and to our destination. This door to door service feature is absolutely fabulous making life so much easier and doable when you're away from home, family and help. Loved the experience and plan to use this service again. This could turn into a really big review. My wife and I stopped without much thought that we would be buying a new car. Then we were lucky enough to get Brian Stream to greet us. (There is a difference at being GREETED) We presented Brian with 2 challenges. First find us a car we wanted and then the tough one, we had a vintage Corvette to trade. Well the first challenge was a snap, how do you look at a SRX and not want to have it? Then Brian spent all the time needed to explain CUE. Second challenge was a little harder but 3 days later Brian called with the good news, they wanted the Vett. now enters Pete Riera. Not only did he get us great financing but he told us about "XZILON which after his description of the product we of course now thank goodness have it on our new car thanks to an outstanding service department that made me feel like a VIP and finished the job right on time. If you want to get totally ripped off this is the place to go. I had been a loyal customer for 9 years until my last repair bill which was outrageous. Once your car is out of warranty, I promise you will get a much better price for maintenance and service at Pro-Tech located on the corner of Sunbeam Road and Old Kings Road. After the work was done I ask Pro-Tech for an estimate of what the same work would have cost at their shop and it was approximately $600 cheaper. In fact I complained to Claude Nolan they actually refunded me a measly $124.00. While getting my oil changed at Pro-Tech they noticed my tires needed rotating and rotated them for free. I was completely shocked because every time I took my car in for an oil change at Claude Nolan I asked them to rotate the tires too (which was a free service since I purchased my tires through them) and it was clear based on the tread wear that my tires had not been rotated. Very disappointed in them and would strongly suggest you get an estimate at Pro-Tech after you get an estimate at Claude Nolan. You will thank me. read more

i bought my 2012 cts-v from here that was suppose to be certified and have a clean carfax. i found out the car had been in an accident and had shotty body work done in the repairs. i call the dealer and they knew the car had been wrecked and didnt disclose this information. didnt even off to look at the work to see if they would fix it, they told me it was my problem to worry about. stay far away! read more
