I did not want a giant heavy tire delivery. My mother, my daughter, my son, and my cousin are all coming to visit soon. I cannot risk blowing a tire. Aieeeee. So I went to Yelp and read reviews, and ended up at Zima. I didn't have an appointment, and the place was very busy. So I got my book and read while I waited. The owner, a very nice man, told me to walk with him and he checked my tires. He remarked that I must not drive a lot. I said mostly to Riverhead, and in CO everything was within 10 minutes. He checked to see if he had a slightly used tire in stock. He did not, so had to order one. It's $305 for a new tire, including mounting. He's going to rotate the tires for $20. I didn't ask if he does price matching. I might have gotten a better price somewhere else, but I need this done. He said that he'll call me when the tire comes in, probably today. But I have to donate blood in Flanders, and he closes at 3 on Saturdays. So maybe Monday. I asked about an oil change, but they only do tires.

Bought batteries, tires, oil changes…read moreetc. I was there yesterday, called fri and your desk person told me to come in at 8am , I needed brakes , told him to do all 4 but only needed rear pads and a oil change. Arrived at 8am , was told multiple times , your Jeep is being worked on. I saw 8 other people walk in , they were taken care of. Every time your guy said thanks and sorry for the wait to them. I never complained. I sat for 3hrs , no sorry for the wait or thank you. In at 8am out at 11am , $566. If he is still there I will never go back. Horrible , this is just a flat tire place , anything more than that you wait 3hrs.

I trust these guys, they do great work and really take care of their customers.

Went into to figure why my alarm has been going off randomly. They said it might be the auto start…read morethat was put on after buying the car but we told them that wasn't the problem since We had that removed then put back on by another mechanic since the alarm went after during that time. So that wasn't the issue. This mechanic still proceed to say that was the issue then took out the auto start and didn't put it back in after the alarm still went off with the auto start unplugged. We still payed for the first time and the second time since they said they'd put auto start back but didn't. They didn't listen. Didn't fix the problem and it was a waste of time and money for nothing to be done.
