Wanted some pizza tonight but not the ordinary, traditional pizza. We settled on this place after looking at the menu and deciding on our items. We went with the Bowman pizza and the spinach salad. The pizza was a thin crust with garlic and olive oil. It was covered in spinach leaves that were thinly payed over the oil. Prosciutto was on top with a sprinkling of cheese. Very yummy! The salad was a generous portion of spinach leaves, rings of red onion, crispy prosciutto and a dressing was to die for! We don't have any wine in the house so I bought a can. Um.... After the first glass was choked down, the rest was easy to tolerate. Yes, one can is really a half bottle. Definitely worth try! We enjoyed this place the first time that we went there two nights later!! We were staying in the area since we were in town visiting Glacier NP. With our previous experience, we didn't think we would find food that was good since it's a small town and limited choices. I used Yelp to find this place. Both nights we ordered for takeout. They were ready both nights in the timeframe given which was only 15-20 minutes. We found street parking and was able to get in and out quickly. The first night I ordered the penne pasta with meatballs. I wasn't expecting the amount of food I got! I was able to eat it for two nights! It came with a side of garlic bread. Yum!! My boyfriend ordered an Italian salad both times and loved it. They had a lot of great toppings on it. The second time, I got pizza and garlic knots! Sooo good. I was surprised by the quality of the food being in the middle of nowhere. There pizza was a delightful surprise. Thin crust and cooked just right! Not soggy. Reminded me of good New England pizza! Today was a long day and a good one for comfort food. The pizza and wings were perfect. We got the Hawaiian style specialty pizza as well as the huckleberry wings. The crust was perfect and the toppings delicious! The wings were the best I've had and surprisingly my husband rated both a 10/10 (this is very rare since we've tried a lot). Pretty darn outstanding, and this is coming from someone who eats the best pizza in the country (NJ and NYC pizza, don't @ me - it is the best!). Our whitewater rafting tour guide recommended this place and said it's owned by someone from NJ so we were thrilled. Overall the crust could be juuuuust a bit thinner but I'm overall very satisfied. Oh my goodnesssss, I can't eat gluten or dairy so I got their vegan pizza not expecting much, I modified it to their red sauce, with pepperoni (I can eat meat) and pineapple and OMG it was one of theee best pizzas I've ever had. North Fork, South Fork, East Fork, West Fork....It doesn't matter what fork you use, just eat this pizza (all kidding aside, I know this is referencing roads and geography local people). This pizza, and the food in general, is fantastic and reminiscent of a good New York style pizza with a little thicker crust around the edge.We ordered a couple of different types of pizza including the Blankenship. The toppings were super fresh (three different colors of bell pepper, all great) and delicious. We also ordered the garlic knots and the Greek salad with chicken, which was phenomenal. It wasn't your typical bed of lettuce with a couple of toppings. Every bite had feta, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and chicken. The dressing tasted home made and was to die for. We took our pizza to go, but the space is cute and modern with some awesome retro touches. The service in picking up our pies was also above and beyond and we left with enough Parmesan and red peppers to feed a small army (which we are, so we used them). I didn't see a ton of seating for huge parties, but you could push tables together and make it work. I would love to return and try some of the other options (huckleberry hot wings could go either way, but based on our other experiences I'm gonna call it for thumbs up on that one). The Fools Hen pizza was all around a good hawaiian style pizza (yeah yeah pineapple doesn't belong on pizza..) and the Camas pizza sauce was a delicious combo of pesto and red sauce. Pizza here is awesome, and there's a wide variety to choose from. They're a bit pricey, but the portion is massive and worth it to me. If you dine in, it comes out pretty quickly too. Yeah you're definitely going to want to stop here. Keep in mind that there's not a ton of seating. I don't know if we got lucky or what, but a table for two was open right away. Maybe it's at the time we stopped at? We came in at about 7 pm. You go up to the counter to order after looking over the menus and pay right away. I kinda liked that more. I really hate to do this, but we have been staying here in Columbia Falls for about 4 days, this is our last night and thought let's do pizza, Big mistake sorry to say. We walk inside smells good, friendly staff but we got a 16" pizza and salad to go. Half McDonald and Half white sauce with tomato and artichoke hearts, we get into the car and OMG it smelt so bad we start driving and we can't stop talking about how nasty it smells, we get back to hotel and before we walk in I said this is going to smell up the room and halls lol. No joke the onion smelt so disgusting we threw that whole half in the trash outside. Also my side had no flavor in the sauce. I would call to get money back but I'm tired and don't want to drive all the way back, also wished we would have just went back inside and tell them.
