After the roof was gone over and any possible problem spots were addressed I came to pick up the RV. When I drove it out I discovered it was still leaking after a heavy rainstorm. I turned around and went back. They accepted it back into the shop with no problems. After a week or two I was called that the RV was ready. When I arrived they surmised the leak was caused by a bolt or rivet had backed out near the front of the awning allowing water in. After fixing the issue I brought it home and had no other issues throughout the winter. Until I can get my shop finished it unfortunately is outside in the weather. I'm confident they spotted the issue and fived it properly. After all of this said I wanted to address their entire staff that I dealt with. All of them were very professional and genuinely seems to care about the issue I was having. I could tell the manager and tech(s) were a bit frustrated at not locating the leak initially. It is a rare day anymore when you come across a business that has genuine empathy for a customer and does everything possible to fix the issue. Then this weekend, it stopped working again and they want to charge us again to come out. Clearly there is an issue with the hot water heater. This was supposed to be a high end water heater, but clearly it is not . The company only gives a 1 year warranty but according to the model number it has a 6 year warranty.
