While I normally try to give businesses a chance, especially if they give back to the military/veteran community sometimes it just doesn't work out. So, after finding the item that I wanted on their website, I added it to the cart and proceeded to checkout. This is when I messaged customer service and asked if there was a discount code to apply at checkout for the military discount. I had mentioned the item I was ready to purchase and the current price. Customer service replied with the same item but said that it was a different price, actually higher. I go back to my cart and well look at that, after refreshing the cart the price jumped! Mind you, I was still giving them a chance to correct the issue/error that they had made. Anyways... you can read the conversation. We had both vehicles towed to the nearest NAPA store and slept in their parking lot until morning. Before NAPA opened, the store manager greeted us and provided us with an area where we could work on the vehicle. Once the store opened, we met Randy who quickly found us the part we needed to repair the vehicle. The store loaned us the tools we didn't have and frequently check on our progress.
